Beware! The collision center and the sales/dealership do not have anything to do with each other according to multiple staff members. When my car was sent in for repair, I was not even allowed to setup a time to get my car back. Then when I try to convenience them by waiting until the bulk of their customers get serviced, I still do not get good service. Derek, the GM told me 3 times that he would contact Jeff to see if he could help me only to find out 2 hours later while sitting in my truck that he never even tried to call Jeff. Apparently however Jeff would have tried to work something out with me if I could have reached him. They still have my car and I have no expectations of when they might release it to me even though it IS repaired. Of course they all wanted to talk to me when I told them I needed to buy some cars when I get back from vacation, but as soon as I ask for the customer service/help to get my current car back so I can leave for vacation the next day, Derek won t even come out of his office, stand to greet me or shake my hand. He, in fact, has such.a flat affect that I do not have any idea why he is in any sales or manager position. I will not be doing business with any Crain dealership, and since I have a business that involves cars and many people ask me for advice, I will be sure to warn them of the lack of customer service that was given in my case.

Just purchased our third vehicle form Crain Buick GMC of Springdale. We used Wally as our salesman for the third time and again he was extremely professional, upfront and honest. Ryan is finance was very thorough explaining all the finance paperwork as well as answering all my nit picky little questions. Derrick in finance was also a huge help making sure all the details of our deal worked out and in securing us a fantastic lender. We continue to be impressed with the hard work and honesty we receive from this dealership, our situations haven t always been the easiest and they have always made things work for us. We will continue to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to give them our business. This team is truly the best we have ever worked with!

Our family has utilized Crain Collision Center in Springdale on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. Repairs were excellent quality, office staff were professional and helpful with the insurance claims and setting up our rental vehicle. Definitely recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They have junk used cars that they charge way too much for and to top it all off they don't even detail them until you want to purchase it. They should detail them before they ever decide to sale the use vehicle. Plus they lie to you. The Bentonville Nissan dealership even said that the mclarty Daniels Chevy and dodge dealership in Springdale are the worst in northwest Arkansas

I had a wonderful experience at Crain Springdale Collision Center. Mark and David turned a pretty stressful situation with my car a lot better. My insurance agent was not very communicative and they did all of the work communicating back and forth with my agent until the repairs were complete. They always kept me up to date and aware of what work that needed to be done. Thanks Crain Springdale Collision Center!

They repaired my car just fine but now my paint has swirl marks across my entire car. If you don t care about your paint or it already has swirl marks then these guys are fine but if you wish to keep the paint your paint swirl free this is not the place.

Only reason it's not a 4 star is because the mechanics did a damn good job! Other then that it's expensive as hell and the girl who was working in the service department was incredibly helpful.
