I wanted to purchase a new Sea Doo and trailer and I wasn t going to pay MSRP and asked for a break on the deal! The salesman was Nick and he said we have a no haggle price but would match other offers? Well I did my homework and searched and spent almost a full day and found the exact same Sea doo with a trailer at almost 5000 less than his asking price at RIDENOW in Dallas! I sent this to Nick and he said the owner would match it knowing that I wasn t going to buy it there. Nick than told me that since it was a cash deal that he didn t care and makes more off financing it and was a horrible salesman that was not only rude but made me do the homework on getting the deal I wanted. I explained to him that I want to keep my money in Arkansas as you would think the owner would. So my deal went from almost 20,000 with tax to 15500 in Dallas? In my book that s a big difference in money! If you want anything from this dealership do your homework and search the web and boat trader because there are plenty of dealers that will bargain! Nicks attitude was very disrespectful when guys like me grew up with the customer is the priority! He treated me like my money was no good and neither was my cash! And some of the text messages were just disrespectful and shame on LEV BRADFORD. Nick said they have been in business for 54 years and must be doing something right? He could be right because they are overcharging and no haggle pricing is not the way to do business. There is always a way to make each party happy. But when they make you do the homework and it did take me 8 hours of calling several dealers why would I screw the dealer willing to give you a good deal! So I m going to Dallas this weekend to pick up my brand new Sea Doo and trailer with a five thousand dollar savings. I will have to pay taxes at Arkansas DMV but I would have to pay taxes anyways. It s just sad I couldn t keep my money locally and SUNRISE MOTORSPORTS has the same products and they were awesome to deal with! They just didn t have the ski I wanted. Good LUCK EVERYONE!

POOR customer service. I called this establishment to order 5 different accessories for my new 2024 Defender limited. The total of these parts would have been well over $4k, and the dealership told me to call back they where all in a meeting. I guess my money is not as green as others......

My smart keys on my Can Am stopped working. 2 new keys cost me $187. That seems a bit much.

would not recommend. Staff was very unhelpful and acted like they didn t wanna be there. Barely gave us any info about what we were signing and then tried to make us pay extra for a spare tire. We spent ALOT of money on a brand new boat and did not feel like we were treated like good customers.

Excited to get our new pontoon, however the customer service was terrible. I m not one to write a bad review unless it s horribly bad!1-phone calls leading up to purchase, extremely rude.2-Drove over 7 hrs straight to get to our appointment, which we were on time, had to wait an additional hour to even get started.3-Boat run through, was so fast couldn t get questions answered. Felt like we were an inconvenience.4-We asked to make sure all manuals for accessories were there, they assured us everything was on the boat, got home, wasn t there. Had to call over and over and wait weeks to get it mailed.5-Going on 4 weeks waiting for paperwork to register/license so we can even use this very expensive boat!!! Not a good experience. Would not recommend working with this group. Find something elsewhere!(Hoping the boat runs better than this group of clowns, I ll update my ratings if I ever get to use it.)

I believe the service has improved since the new service manager has come on board. Prices have increased but the service is more thorough and by the book.

Tyler and his team were extremely helpful through our experience purchasing our new pontoon!! Even after the sale they have done an amazing job helping me with accessories that I have wanted to add. Overall customer service has been excellent!! Keep up the good work.

These guys are great.I went in and needed a new prop for an old Mercury outboard.They were able to figure out the correct prop and had the item in stock.I paid $15-20 more than I would have online but knowing I'm getting the correct part the first time and being able to bring it home and install the same day made it well worth it.I recommend this place.

We bought our Can AM Commander there. Everything was great from assistance with the sale to service going over our new SXS. Would definitely recommend them.

I advised anybody not to take their stuff here their mechanics can't even do the job that was on the ticket an atom all he wants to do is argue with you Adam told me that his guy did the work that they had the top off and just did a valve adjustment I know he didn't cuz the bike is still the same no compression and the ticket that I paid says no work was done ,(no work was done!!! )I will be reporting to better business bureau for a full refund for no work done they've had my bike for 3 months , the first month of them having it I called and they said that it's bikes blues and BBQ they come first I was charged $145 for a compression check I did that with my finger before I took it down that's why I asked them to adjust the valves and he said it could be timing. Basically the bike was taken in already knowing that there was no compression ask for a valve adjustment that didn't get done either so the bike just set there for 3 months and charged me $145 for no work done...

Purchased two Ryker motorcycles, long five month wait (Blame that on BRP), the first bike was a nerve racking rush to get paid, big push to use in house financing, had my check ready and headed that way only to be told it hasn t been assembled yet. The second was a smooth process, I figure that was because they knew I was committed and had my ducks in a row.

Took our 2014 spark there to get the hull fixed. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, didn't hear from them until I called them on Friday. Still didn't have a quote ready. The service manager didn't seem to really care that I wasn't happy. When I picked my j.s. up, he didn't even come out to explain anything. I am taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame too, because I have decided to purchase another spark.

I bought a brand new Yamaha jet boat from another dealer and after taking it to the dealer three times I decided to take it to Bradford Marine and let me tell you Billy rolled out the red carpet to me fixed all the problems and they didn t even sell me the boat! In my book this is A1 service.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING... took in a small boat for repair and got a $600 estimate. Went to PU the boat and bill was $1200 and they never told me it changed. On top of that they replaced a part that was not needed ($110 plus labor) and failed to fix the problem that part was said to have fixed. I tried all i could to work with them and even offered to "eat" half of the $600 i was over charged and they would not do it even though I proved they were in the wrong. Glad to learn now as I plan to get a Z17 next spring and now I know to go to Springfield rather than shop local because they are just a bunch of crooks

Watch out for hidden costs. I bought a bass tracker in March of this year, 2021, and paid cash. I paid in full and now I get a bill 4 months later stating that I owe them $628.45 for a service that was never mentioned when I paid for unit. Not a happy camper. I recommend go somewhere else to buy your fishing rig .5 string

Purchased a boat brand new there 3 years ago with an 8 year warranty on the motor. The warning horn went off on the motor the other day. I took it in to have them take a look to see what the problem was and asked them to go ahead and change the spark plugs and fuel filter while they had it, out of convenience. Not only could they not figure out what was wrong, they charged me $247 to change two spark plugs and a fuel filter. They also had my boat a week and a half. Really felt like I wasn't valued as a customer while I was there.

I'm restoring an older boat and just stopped in to see what parts they had and what I may need to order.Employees were very polite and helpful and they didn't try to "push" me into buying something right now.Very nice, clean, quiet environment.

A friend and I went to Bradford Marine on Friday, April 12th, to purchase two (2) Can Am Spyders one for each of us. It went great until we got to the point our packages were to be submitted to finance. We went to eat a long, relaxing lunch, to allow time for processing, and stopped by to see if everything had been approved afterwards. Nope! Our paperwork hadn t even been touched, because there was a boat closing taking place. We went home on that Friday afternoon and never heard a word from Bradford the rest of the day. I got a credit check alert the next morning before 9 am, but didn t get a call until almost a couple hours later, shortly after my friend had received a credit check alert. My loan was approved, but my friend s, who is in a much better financial situation than I was, was not. I was told they couldn t do anything (work with other lenders) until Tuesday (they are closed Sun and Mon). So, on that Saturday, April 13th, we went to Pitbull Powersports in Joplin. We both received approval for loans over $31K each from Central Bank, at a BETTER interest rate than Bradford had given me, and we were proud owners of new Spyders, in well under two hours of our arrival ! When I told Bradford we purchased our Can Ams at Pitbull Powersports, and that there had been no issue with my friend s financing, I was told something about Pitbull using some sort of creative/in-house financing. But, they had not. They used Central Bank for both of us. Bottom line, Bradford obviously did not want our business. To not even submit our loan apps before close of business on Friday is inexcusable. To this point, someone last week asked me if there was a Can Am dealer locally. I said, Bradford Marine, but I bought mine at Pitbull Powersports in Joplin because Bradford Marine obviously cares more about selling boats. The person snickered and said, I can tell you, they don t care about selling boats, either. On a side note, Bradford charged us a non-refundable $100 fee each to process our loan apps. So, they still made $200 off of us, though they should have refunded our money since they couldn t be bothered to process our apps on Friday. Pitbull Powersports charged us NOTHING!!!!Also, Bradford only allowed us test drive a Spyder in their parking lot. So, we never really were able to know how they drove, being relegated to donuts and figure 8s. Pitbull put us on an RT and F-3 and told us to go anywhere we wanted...even on the interstate! We switched halfway through our test drives, so we both experienced what it was REALLY like to drive the machines!

You lost a sale. Next time a customer walks in and says run my credit for this boat act like you want to do it and stop with the $100 deposit to check it. I got the impression I didn't look like I was worth your time and felt very judged. I left and bought a new boat from a dealer that acted like they wanted my money. April 28,2018 @3pm.

Had been a long time customer buying 3 boats and 3 jet skis over the years. On our last boat purchase in 2013, they said we didn't need to buy a trailer, would do dock service or would use their trailer to pick it up. For the past 2 years we couldn't get them to work on it. Finally gave up and traded in at Rainbow Cycle and Marine. Also, the Tahoe 215 deck boat has a lot of electronic issues. Depth gauge and speedometer never worked correctly, and gas gauge was a problem as well.

So, bought a new Tracker Boat here in 2017. Finance guy tells my wife and I that anything that happens to the boat cosmetically (torn seats, rub rail damage, etc) is covered by these warranties that we purchased. When you go to make a claim, it's a totally different story. Everything is "yo fault." They also tell you that if you buy a boat there you will have a "Bradford Advantage." This is simply not the case. Service department acts like they are doing you a favor to look at your boat because they are "so busy." When the boat was less than a year old, battery 2 wasn't holding a charge, and really letting me down during bass tournaments. Took it in to the location I bought it from and was told everything is ok. Still the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Took it to another location and the mechanic there addressed the issue and changed the battery that was bad. Funny thing is, the guy that got it right (Navy veteran,sonar expert, good guy) quit working there shortly after. The guy that misdiagnosed the problem is the guy that will be looking at your boat/jetski/atv. It's always the good employees that leave you, the bad ones you can't run off. I wouldn't work there either. I cannot describe in words the way that I implore any potential boat/atv buyer to go elsewhere and do business. Bradford Marine, you can block me from your Facebook page, but I promise you, I will be in every closed Facebook group, bass tournament, tackle shop, bar room conversation, or anywhere someone is considering buying a boat in Arkansas to tell my story. Shame on you.

Great sales staff purchased 2020 Can Am RT. Would recommend. Saved over $2,000 buying from them in stead of Pitbull power sports who had an arrogant attitude

Thank you Bradford Marine and Billy Smith! We haven't taken our 2009 Seadoo out regularly since our son went off to medical school. As a second year Emergency Medicine resident, he got a well deserved break (from all this COVID mess) and wanted to come home and take the seadoo out this weekend! Yikes! I called Billy and explained the situation. He worked us in last minute and completed the work the same day! The staff all wore masks and were very professional and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else...you shouldn't either!

Service dept rep told me to be there early sat morning and I could get my seadoo serviced. After driving 60 miles and arriving before opening hrs I was told it will be 3 weeks before service. KMA!

If I could I wouldn't even give them a star walking around trying to find a boat and you couldn't find anyone to help you and when you did they look you up and down like you they look like you had money so they wouldn't waste your time on you.we turned to ask about a boat and he walked off. Ill take my money and time somewhere else. This was 03/28/2022 @10:50am.
