No one wants to get in a fender-bender but if you do in NWA, I highly recommend Bob Maloney Collision in Springdale! Thankfully, I have never needed their services before but my vehicle insurance company referred me to them. I'm so glad they did. After dropping my car off there, several different people told me Bob Maloney was a really great company. Not only did they keep in touch with me regularly about the status of my repair, they were also in direct communication with my car rental company, updating them as well. They finished my repair earlier than expected and the repair work is excellent--you would never know anything happened. They said the work is warrantied for life. Not only that, I was shocked to see they actually detailed the interior of my car including shining and conditioning the dashboard, and even shining the tires. They truly went above & beyond which they didn't have to do. Bob Maloney Collision in Springdale is the best!!

Bob Maloney s did a great job repairing my daughter s car after she was hit at college. They not only communicated regularly updating their progress but finished a day earlier than expected finish date! I highly recommend them!

When I received my vehicle there was a lugnut missing from my wheel, and another completely loose. This is not the condition I expect to receive my vehicle after the shop had it for a whole month. Torquing down lug nuts is Mechanic 101.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a great experience with Bob Maloney! I was notified promptly of changes and there work was good. Audrey was also helpful with her knowledge. If she didn't know she would call back with a answer to any of my questions.

TERRIBLE service! Do not go here unless you want to deal with a headache and a large list of problems. Once I got my car back after delayed repairs the interior was very dusty and they also lost a plastic cover to the door they fixed leaving exposed wires and frame. On that same door it cannot be opened on the inside now only outside. They also left plastic trim hanging loose. Called about this to schedule an appointment for them to fix and they said You may come anytime without an appt as long as it s before 4pm and not during 12-1pm . I show up today after a 45 minute drive there and they say they re too busy to look at my vehicle. Very unprofessional business with unqualified skills and management.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very kind and greatly promptly at the door, and my vehicle was immediately inspected. Even though I only needed a quick headlight replacement, I was treated as kindly and important as any customer needing major repairs. I would highly recommend Bob Maloney to anyone in the area, as the entire staff was friendly and thorough. Thanks again!

They did an excellent job. I was regularly updated on my car s expected finish date. When I picked up the car, I was glad to see a job very well done on my bumper repair! My car looks brand new after taking it to Bob s! Had an accident, and they worked with my insurance and got me in quick! Fixed it as fast as they could (with parts being shipped and all which is out of their control). Very impressed! Repairs were completed very quickly and earlier than we originally thought. Awesome communication and very easy process. Only little complaint is that I have dirty fingerprints in several places on my white interior of my car.

My car was repaired successfully, everyone was friendly and communication was good. BUT I had to be in a rental car for two entire weeks to get a 2x3cm door ding fixed. Hands down best experience I ve ever had with any collision center or any business I ve had so do any vehicle work for that matter. Friendly staff, finished before their originally projected date even though they had it over a holiday weekend AND it left cleaner than when I dropped off. Was absolutely terrible I got my vehicle back after getting the door fixed and now I have mechanical issues in the engine turns out they messed with the engine even though the door was the only problem and it took a full month to replace and paint a door.The front desk was also extremely rude and unresponsive as well will never use or recommend

Wrecking your vehicle is an awful experience, but the kind folks at Bob Maloney made the process of getting my vehicle fixed easy and painless! I took my car by to get an estimate, and I was able to get the estimate very quickly. It was very reasonable given what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, Emily handled the communication with them which was so appreciated. My vehicle was fixed so incredibly fast that I didn't even have to mess with getting a rental car! I know that is not typical, but it was such a great surprise! And my car looks amazing!!! They did such a great job fixing it, and it looks brand new. They even washed and detailed it which was such an awesome bonus. I cannot say enough positive things about Bob Maloney Collision Center and the people that work there. Their customer service is top notch and their work is so good! Could not be more pleased to this team. They did an outstanding job repairing the damages on my vehicle they did an outstanding job and no short cuts. Went to pick it up and found my passenger door would not open from the inside gave them a call and they fixed right away with no hassle and quick. I want to give my thanks to the team that repaired my vehicle looks better than it did when I got it. Really great job color matching the paint and you can't even tell half of my passenger side from my front door to my bed was terribly damaged. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to any one they really do take pride in there work. Thank you Bob Maloney and his team. Outstanding work. Very much appreciated. From estimate, ordering parts to finish, they had my vehicle repaired in 5 business days. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable in what was needed to repair my vehicle. They would text me throughout the progress of the repairs. When completed, they went through everything with me that needed repaired and gave me the check list. My vehicle looked amazing when completed and they also did some inside detailing! That was a nice surprise.

I felt very uncomfortable going into this location. First I was stared at by the fat old man in the front office. Then leaned to watch me as I approached the front desk as he was going around a corner. Then there are no estimates unless appointment is made, but a month and a half out? I get it from seeing all the cars on the yard. Looked more like a junk yard. So if it takes that long, how long would it take to fix my car? Pass, moved on. The fact that I was looked at like I didn't belong there was enough.

Excellent!! So professional!! Work done on car looks like my car is brand new! They worked so well with my insurance. They honestly made it almost too easy for me! They even worked with the rental company as well. I would recommend this business over and over again!!

They did a great job getting my car in and making sure all the damaged was corrected. It does take a little longer to get an appointment but is was worth the wait to have it done correctly. Between them and my insurance company, I didn't have to do anything but take care of my own daily responsibilities. I am very pleased. Emily Steele makes sure you know what is going on with your vehicle several times a week. Great communication.
