Big O is always the best of the best! They are always super helpful and respectful! I don't plan to ever go anywhere else. Specifically, Steve was wonderful to deal with on my most recent visit. Also, whoever the technician was did an amazing job. You can't go wrong with Big O in Springdale!

I m very pleased with the outcome and results of my new set of tires a couple of months ago and my recent oil change. The ease of setting appointments I needed and results have been great! I highly recommend!

I had a vacation with a lot of miles coming up in a few days and needed someone that could take care of my issue quick. These guys were super helpful, super fast, and did an awesome job. The price was better than anywhere else I called, and I got real customer service which is always appreciated.

Bought a set of tires waited 6 hours for installation. I had multiple issues with the work done including my center caps flew off the first time I drove it. I took it back 4 times to try to get the issues resolved. The last time I had an appointment but they took other work in ahead of me. I called the corporate complaint line and was told a manager would contact me but no one ever did. The only thing they did right was reimburse me for new center caps but I had to install them myself.The service and attitude of the people was terrible. In fact, this event was the first time in my 60 years of life that I have ever called a complaint line or given a negative Google review. IT WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!! If there was a way to give a negative 5 stars, I would. Take my word for it, go somewhere else.

Springdale AR Big O s is awesome. I went in and got 4 tires and an alignment on my 2007 Eclipse and it drives better than when it was new. My salesperson was so helpful and informative as I gave my list of needs for this vehicle. The service team members listened to my request and responded with a super job. The business worked as a team and communicated with me each step. Great job by all!

Every time I go into this store I have a good experience. They go above and beyond, they ve caught things that could potentially be dangerous for my daughter and I, and they re always incredibly friendly. The customer service is also great. Even when they re slammed and busy they make it a point to make sure you ve been helped, as well as do all they can to get you out quickly. Only once has it taken longer than anticipated and they were slammed so it s understandable. They also helped work w me to get it to a point I could afford, looking for ways to help. All in all a great company and store.

The people at Big O Tires in Springdale really know how to take care of people. First off, I was over an hour late, secondly I gave them the wrong tire size and they pulled the wrong ones. No problem, at all, they gladly still served me and then explained my mistake very kindly. The manager, might be Teresa, but I forgot her name, told me about all the services they offer and I will definitely be taking my Bronco back to see them.

Got my oil changed here as well as my tires rotated. Steve was great in helping me find tires in my budget that also kept me safe and on the road. I go here for my oil changes and tire rotations as well. Sometimes there's a wait but they always warn me ahead of time so I can have someone come with and just drop it off. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I was in the area visiting my best friend when I noticed some issues with my tires. They were able to help me out and do it for a decent enough price. Getting the tires mounted and balanced took about an hour. Thanks to Luke and Jeff. You guys were amazing.

Had an appointment to get 6 new tires put on my truck, I should have realized what is was in for when I go the call 2 hrs before my appointment wanting to know why I needed 6 tires and not just 4! Because it is a 1 ton dually truck that has 6 tires! Price was good on tires, time to install was horrible! 4 hrs to put 6 tires on and then an extra $108 charge that I was not informed about for warranty. I paid $89 for an alignment and right after they charged my card decided they could not do the alignment. They said they had no way to give me my money back and that I would have to find a location that can do it! I will never give them my business or recommend them again

Big O really did me a solid with their complimentary inspection when I brought my car in to repair my flat. I had purchased the roadside hazard protection and knew they would cover the fix, but I wasn't expecting the inspection and I'm really really glad they did it. They showed me my cabin air filter which is disgusting, but more importantly they discovered that my oil cooler housing is leaking on my 71,000 mi Chrysler 300. I've been a customer of Big O for tires for several years, and I will continue to use them for tires and now more knowing how thorough thorough they are.

I came to Big O a few months ago because I had some car issues. So I took my car to them and met Luke, who was incredibly helpful. I don t know much about cars, so he broke everything down to an understandable level. I d recommend Luke for anybody, and he got me back on the road as soon as possible.

Don't fall for the pricing on their website. I just bought 4 new tires that the website said were $836 but it cost me almost $1200 before all the taxes and fees. Definitely ask the final price before you agree. I expect some fees but dang

Came in with my heat not working, service engine soon light on and tire pressure. Waited over 2 hours before they finally pulled my car back after mentioning it to the lady up front which I was then told that there mechanic took longer on a job then expected and the lead mechanic would be jumping on it. I asked realistically how long before I know what s wrong with my vehicle at this point and I was told 20-30 minutes. Another hour and half goes by I go up to the lady at the counter and ask any news? Oh yea they said it might be a blower motor and the mechanic may know a few tricks to where it ll work they re working on it now.Another hour goes by and they tell me that they couldn t get it to work.that they can look into getting a blower motor to try out but it probably will be at least another 2 hours when I thought they were just going to switch it out if it s not working. They also couldn t guarantee that s what it was or why my service engine soon light was on. One gentleman told me it was from the oil not being reset when I had it done there last so that s on them as well and the lady told me it could be from my blower motor or maf sensor. So no straight answer there.I asked them did y all at least put air in my tires? Oh yes absolutely. Another 15 goes by as they are relaying info back from there mechanics. Finally say whatever just let me go thanks for my keys. Get in my car my tire pressure light is still on. Went back in they apologized and told me to pull around the corner. Now I m concerned about if they even looked at my vehicle considering the easiest thing (tire pressure) wasn t even fixed.

I went in there around a month ago and they wanted me to get the top dollar tire and that s not what I wanted and they acted like they couldn t be bothered when I was still trying to spend around $1200 and not $2000. So I took my $1200 to Plaza and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this place.

This company does not stand behind the tires they sell. A tire rated for 55k miles was purchased and was showing bald spots at 30k miles. The staff at Big O put the blame on the manufacturer and said there was absolutely nothing they could do without paperwork showing regular tire rotation on an all wheel drive suv. Their warranties are tentative on small loop holes they fail to mention up front and the whole transaction feels like a scam. I will never use Big O Tires again for anything.

Took my car in for an alignment and they caught the bigger issue that was causing it. Jeff and Tabitha were able to get the parts that day and the next business day get it in and fixed. Would highly recommend

Do not have anything done Mechanically through this store or any of their stores.Just for tires only .New management is horrible at this location ! They will lie to you . Management over all this area of the stores is a horrible dishonest person!

Big O replaced weak battery in my car.Arrived before my appointment time and they immediately starting replacing the battery.I was able to leave before my scheduled time.I recommend Big O in Springdale for your vehicle service and tires.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and quickness of the service. I went in for brakes and an oil change. The only negative was the first clerk couldn t find my appointment that I made online.

Came in to get new rear tires, was told I needed an oil change even though I had done one only a few months ago without adding hardly any miles to the vehicle. Agreed to have them do it, they then decided it could wait another week after starting it. Found a couple days later my dip stick and oil cap were not put back in my vehicle. How does this happen? Extremely upset.

Everybody was very professional and extremely helpful. I needed some last minute tires on my trailer on my way out of town and they got me right in and took immediate care. When I added an extra tire for a spare, one of the guys dropped what he was doing and ran down to the warehouse to make sure he could get it on my spare rim by the time the other two tires were finished.I like to hang out in the lobby while they are working on my vehicle. Two separate customers came in and were on a first name basis with the staff. The customers asked the tech to identify the issue, take care of fixing it, and let them know when it was ready to pick up. To have that much trust in a service shop says a lot about the quality of the crew.

Mounted and balanced 4 brand new tires for me on 4 brand new wheels. Didn't leave a scratch on them. Great work and great balancing job too. Fast and professional service.

Luke Friddle is probably one of the best mechanics I've had the pleasure working on my car, real down to earth you drop your car off to him and he will get it done and do it, I know about cars used to work on them just don't have the means to work on them anymore and I can say after looking inspection he does it Right will continue to go to him
