Positively, Auto Glass Now was quick to respond, timely in scheduling, and efficient and effective in their replacement of my windshield! The front office staff was also very kind. I highly recommend them on all these accounts, which is why it was disappointing to notice after I was on the road that small pieces of debris were in my dashboard near the windshield installation as well as a mark on the upholstery. For such exceptional service otherwise, I was disappointed to notice that the small details were not considered. A simple vacuum or air spray could take care of the particles and a spot clean to remedy the upholstery. I keep my dashboard clean with a cloth I keep in the car, so unfortunately I notice when there s new dust or other debris!

Had a rock fly off a dump truck and hit my windshield. I needed to get it fixed ASAP because it was obstructing my vision. I called several places for estimates and they were at least $100 higher than what Auto Glass Now quoted me. Plus, several of them didn t have a mobile service. Alyssa was very quick to get me on their schedule (the day after the rock hit) and had me scheduled for a mobile service. She was very police and professional. The morning of my appointment, Alyssa called me and told me their mobile person had called in sick. She apologized and told me if I brought my Jeep in, the manager guaranteed me it would be done in 45 minutes. She was very polite and sincere. I went in. The office was very clean. I was greeted by Alyssa and right away my Jeep was taken care off. The windshield replacement took about 30 mins. I was very pleased with how clean and sharp it looked. I hope I never have to do business with them again (lol no more broken windshields!) but if I ever need another windshield replaced, I will use them. Highly recommend. Great price and great customer service!

I ve been using this company for several years and have never had longer than a 1 day turnaround on repairs. I ve moved farther away but still drive to Springdale for the service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I went in this morning to get a quote on a windshield. I expected to make an appointment and wait until the glass came in to take my vehicle back in. They looked busy to me, but they still offered to do it right then while I waited. Great service and very friendly in the process. Highly recommend.

Auto Glass Now responded quickly and were easy to schedule with. They were able to change my windshield in less than an hour. I hope to never have to replace my auto glass, but if I do, I know who to call!

Called on a Thursday after 5 pm and made an appointment for 10 am the next day. They had my car in and out in about an hour. Very quick and courteous staff. Definitely recommend.

They do great work and they are honest. I was told by 2 other glass companies that I would have to pay to recalibrate, my vehicle does NOT need calibration. This company is honest.

Within 3 minutes of calling they had given me a quote for my windshield replacement (way cheaper than I anticipated) and said my new glass had been ordered.I dropped my car off that afternoon and the next morning they called at 9AM saying they had started the replacement.An hour later I was driving away with a brand new windshield!They are on top of their game, no frills, and I highly recommend them for an ASAP windshield replacement.

Absolutely professional work looks great and very much appreciated ... The only negative thing I can say is he forgot to replace my antenna... We brought it to his attention... So he took me down to O'Reilly's and bought me a new one for the replacement... And all I can say is that how you do business! They made a mistake but they made it right .. l highly recommend this guy he did a great job

The person who helped us was really nice the windshield is cracking all the way in Arkansas they don't give an inspection tag and If a state trooper. county.or city they can stop you and write you a big and suspended your liscence so we can get tagged or inspection done

I called to get a quote on a self installation window. Alyssa was nothing short of AMAZING when helping me with my needs!! Glass is fine however left the exterior and interior covered in black greasy mess. Our vehicle has a light tan interior. We had black everywhere, seats, head liner, console, you name it. They left tape and other debris in the cabin as well. Definitely not professional. I could not recommend to anyone unless you have a beater and could care less.

Discount Auto Glass is the best! A rock hit my windshield this morning. I called and they told me to bring it right in. Juan got the job done in under 10 minutes. These folks do great work at a great price! Took very little time to schedule an appointment, they got me in within 24 hours, I received a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment, and the technician kept my Jeep spotless while doing the job. I couldn't ask for better service!
