Just had a windshield replaced a Armada.Office ladies are friendly, helpful, they keep the schedule well and they also make sure the job is priced correctly.Glass Tech was upfront & honest with his findings and his work is done woth quality.I would recommend this location with no hesitation.

Great price, fast service and great people to work with. I called Kendra on Wednesday to inquire about a replacement window for my daughter's car and was able to come in on Thursday to have it replaced. Even being a man down that day we were out the door within an hour! Kendra was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning for any and all window repair or replacement needs!

Place is awesome. Fast, professional , and cost efficient. Had have 2 windshields replaced with them and they always take care of me. Kendra is great and very knowledgeable. Will always use them for glass services.

The service here is fantastic! I appreciate the fact they were so willing to be patient with me. I rescheduled my windshield repair 3 times but Leigh was always considerate. Once I got there, I was greeted warmly by Kendra and she directed me to the entrance (I was walking in the wrong direction). My service was performed by Roger. 10/10 service with no leaks or lingering fingerprints on my windshield.I would highly recommend this establishment for any of your auto glass needs. Wonderful local shop. I was in and out in an hour fora whole windshield replacement. The whole team has a great attitude and the pricing was half of what Safelite wanted to charge.

Shout out to Auto Glass Now for not only doing a great job and helping me when my drivers window regulator decided to quit on me, but also for phenomenal customer service. Not to mention I got a good quote! I really, really appreciate yall and though I didn t remember to tell you before I left, I will be going back to get my windshield fixed as it has a huge crack easy to miss but better safe than sorry down the road. Anyhow I m rambling now thanks again Auto Glass Now and special thanks to Alyssa you re the best girl!

I had my windshield replaced.Positives: They were quick and efficient. It was nice that they have Free Wi-Fi with Password Accessibility for customers. They provided TV with cartoons for my toddler.Negative: The downside is they didn't have a Public Bathroom, which I understand. However, I have a toddler and she frequently uses the bathroom. I would have rated 5 stars if there was a public bathroom.Last Positive: I like to leave reviews on positive, if I can. I had a decal sticker for college. Kendra was able to save it and give me some pointers on how to get it to stay on new windshield. My overall experience was Satisfactory and I'd recommend.

This place is Awesome! Friendly staff. Watched the Glass Technician work and he was amazing. Took 45 minutes and he worked alone. I was impressed. Great job! I called them Friday or Saturday can't remember but got in Monday morning (today) and was there for about 1.5 hours which wasn't bad. Usually for any car work it's like 3 hours plus so I'll take it but the people there are friendly and I was satisfied with the work. No issues with windshield (doubt I will have any) and they were about $300 cheaper than safelight for same product and services.

Auto Glass Now has been my go to place for many years. Whether it is a ding, a shattered windshield, or to replace a perfectly good rear glass they are the ones I call! Kendra is so easy to work with, she provides the details needed before and after the repair.The shop is easy to access, plenty of parking and the area is always clean and inviting. Plus, you can't beat their prices!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The situation I was in they were able to remove the windshield and save it from being cracked and replaced with a new one. Refluxed the original windshield in and treated me very well at a fair price. Can t thank you enough

Can't even g8ve a quote without a Vin number. May want to change that. Should b able to give an estimate with make and model. Especially since ur competitors can, kinda help customer service.

Auto Glass Now offers low cost premium windshields! They are the best place to get your damaged glassed replaced or repaired. When you call to schedule an appointment, their friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you with everything!!! The insurance process is super easy and while I had a deductible, they were able to put it one two different credit cards so that I could have my windshield replaced. And if you are not sure how to pay, their staff offers helpful suggestions that can help you.While I was there, someone came in with a crack that needed to be patched. He didn't want to use insurance and paid out of pocket. When she told him his total, he was surprised by how inexpensive it was to have repaired. The staff then helped him understand how repairing a simple crack can avoid a total windshield replacement. I wish I had known!!!! But I do now, so any doubt you may be having about glass repair....give them a call and they will be happy to help you make the best decision for your vehicle.You will not be disappointed with your service from Auto Glass Now!! I HIGHLY recommend them. :)

I was quoted $220 for a windshield replacement on a 2009 Ford Flex. The day of my appointment, I called to confirm my quote and was told by Ashley that they had sent me a text letting me know that it would be $390 because of clips and side panels. I don t remember getting a text of that nature, but that s not the issue. Ashley told me they would charge $390 INCLUDING tax. Thats $170 more than I anticipated, so I m already upset. However, once they finished replacing the glass, they charged me $419!!! Absolutely unprofessional in every way. Not to mention, once I finished paying and went to my vehicle, their men had taken a tray full of coins on my dashboard and SLID IT OFF INTO MY FLOOR. Didn t even bother to set it on a seat or my console. There was also debris and dirt all over my dashboard. Absolutely will NEVER come back here for service or recommend them to anyone, EVER. Rude!!!!! Only good thing was that they finished it quickly.Service: Auto windshield repair

Replaced my son s windshield one day and then my own cars windshield the next day. Quality work done in the time they told me it would take. That included the recalibration on both vehicles. I have used them twice in the past as well. I ll be back again if/when I need another one.
