Purchased remotely from Florida. The salesman, Garrett was excellent. All promises were kept, photos and videos of travel trailer were accurate. We were very happy with the process. The business manager Chris was great as well. I enjoyed working with them both. The rest of the staff that assisted with our delivery were very helpful. I would recommend this business based upon my experience.

If I could give more stars, I would. I was blown away how different this place treated me compared to Camping World. It was totally stress free. You can go see RV's in the lot on your own, no sales person hounding you. Garrett, our Sales person was nice, knowledgeable, and listened to us. The waiting room area was spacious, clean and inviting. The walk-through/inspection was not rushed and Tim, our Sales Consultant, answered all our dumb questions (being RV novices). The paper signing was organized, quick, and zero pressure to buy insurance or an extended warranty.Lastly, they installed a weight distribution hitch quickly and showed me how to work it.I am bummed that Camping World is buying them out and only hope they can keep their own culture and practices intact.

Krista (GM) and both Chris, John, Cody, Chad we re all very helpful and great to work with! Took older Travel Trailer ( Heartland Wilderness in for repairs and will drive out 7/19/2023 with a new Winnebago 2801HBS. So far service and customer service is fantastic! Hopefully my Winnebago is trouble free!

We love our particular RV. They are not abundant and Crain has the insight to carry a few of this model and at a very good price. Bradley, our salesman, was great to work with. No high pressure. No haggling. Just help. I appreciate that as I am so tired of the hidden fees and tricks. Not at Crain for us. Just a good price out the door.Chris also did us good at keeping it simple. Thx.

We had service completed. They were able to get us in quickly and even had the option to drop off the RV the evening before with the sales staff, which was greatly appreciated due to our work hours. We had some trouble with call backs due to them being short-handed. Pricing was very fair.

I want to start my new review of Crain RV by stating that I have took my time writing this because I want to be really far in want I say. Like any where there are pros and cons the Crain's. Pros and the people that work there are really nice. I really liked the men working in the parts department and the Lady working at the front desk.Sorry I have forgotten their names. Pro number 2 is they did have a nice variety of RV's to choose from. Now for the con's 1 the salesman lied about the warranty and what it covers. 2 in my first review saying that the manager called a ask/told me to talk down the review and they would look at our RV and Work with the warranty company to try and fix the floor. ( the limonon got a bubble where the glue did stick very well.) She made me feel uncomfortable. I don't think she meant too but I felt like if I didn t remove the review she would help us. 3rd con was when we took our RV in (at the appointed time) the man working didn t know we were coming so im guess the manager did not inform him or he forgot?. 4 was They changed us to look at the RV where she made it seem as if they were going to look at it for free because of the trouble with the salesman's lies. I understand they need to make money so I paid but I do think that it was wrong for her to imply one thing and do another. 5 When we got it back it was dirty, not just outside where it had been in the weather. But the inside had muddy footprints and dirty hand prints on my contour top. On our side I understand but you would think that they would put paper down or something. All of this for them to say the floor can not be fixed it must be replaced. We called a local RV repair center and they looked at it and said it could be fixed. were even kind enough to tell us to fix it ourselves to save money. Charged us only half of what Crain s did. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the people the the parts department being so kind and the nice lady at the front desk.

They went above and beyond to get me my beautiful travel trailer! The atmosphere was quite calm. The salesman was not pushy! He listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly what I needed Pictures to come...

We bought our very first camping trailer last week from Crain RV. Our salesman Josh called us after we inquired online about a camper. He helped us find exactly the floorplan we wanted, we were never pushed, only given great information, and feel like we made some new friends along with the new memories we will make in our camper. Did I mention they have great prices? Yes, they do! They will also show you exactly how everything works. Very fast getting the paperwork back to us as well. Thanks for a great experience with a very new adventure for us.

The buying experience was stress free (except for the salesman, Bradley, and the manager, Chris, as I am not the easiest person to deal with.) Everyone was personable and respectful. Glad we chose Crain. Can't wait to get our new camper out!

Crain RV treated us the very best! While traveling on our inaugural trip in a Thor Class B RV, purchased in Ohio, we experienced electrical problems. We called to see if our van could be looked at and Jon Wlock, Service Manager said "Yes, he would make time". After a long investigation (with Jon under the van helping to research) a problem between the alternator and the coach battery system was discovered and repaired. This service was done for us, traveling through, at zero cost under a warranty repair. Jon Wlock and CRAIN RV treated us better than could have been expected. Great business model!THANK YOU!!!Mark Blakeslee, Avon, Ohio

From the first time we went by to look at the RV until the last moment we left with our new camper the team was top notch. Tyler was very helpful and never pushy on trying to make a sale. The entire staff was over the top when it came to customer service. Once we made the deal the shop manager took over an hour to walk us through the functions of the unit we bought. They wanted us to be knowledgeable on how to enjoy the camper as well as how to maintain it. I even had a follow up call from Tyler the next day to make sure we made it home safely and that we were still happy about our decision. I highly recommend the team at Crane RV!! Good job guys!

Absolutely the best buying experience we have ever had from beginning to end, we purchased a North Trail 24 BHS 28ft and everyone there were professional and took care of us to make our purchase as painless as possible which it was, our walkthrough was the most simple easy to understand one we have been through since rving, paperwork was simple as well Chris Smith made us feel comfortable and didn't try to cram anything down or throat he took the time to explain certain things to us. Our salesman Chris went above and beyond (I really mean this) to help us out in any way possible and still is, he never bugged us nor did he follow us around trying to sale us a camper we didn't want he let us find what we wanted and never once tried to sway us to a different unit like some do he's a great salesman. I do believe that all dealerships need to come to this establishment and get schooled on how it's done. Everyone at Crain RV are awesome folks and my wife and I and grandkids ty.

My husband and I recently purchased our beautiful camper from Crain RV of Springdale. Like most places the sales staff is short handed but we was able to work with the most genuine finance manager Garrett Williams. He helped us from beginning to the end. We could not be happier! Thank you!!

Had to have some service work done to my 5th wheel. The dealer where i bought my RV was busy so Crain got me in and completed the the repairs. After bringing the RV home the trailer brakes locked up when trying to backup. I called Crain but on Saturday there are no service personnel available. i was leaving for Colorado that same day so if I needed to backup I would have to unplug from truck. On Tuesday i receive a called from Cody in the service department. He said that he was told the problem. he then asked if I had purchased the trailer new and I responded YES. He said it looked like the electrical box was an after market. After our conversation i thought it odd that he would say that so i looked for myself. i found the problem! Someone at Crain, while using a forklift, had missed the ball on my trailer and pushed my 7 way harness against the electrical box and all the protective coating had been stripped away. When i returned from my trip I stopped by Crain and told Cody I had found the problem as to why my trailer brakes were locking up. He came out to the trailer looked at the 7 way harness and said that was like that when I brought the trailer in for service. I responded that it was not like that. Cody said, " That's your word against mine"! Well, with that being said I knew by the look on his face that he was the one that damaged the harness and was not man enough to take responsibility. To be fair the service manager said that they would replace the 7 way harness at no charge but I would rather take it back to my dealer and pay out of pocket. NEVER will I ever set foot on Crain RV property again. For a dealership personnel l to say , " That's your word against mine" is reason enough not to do business there. Beware of this dealership!

Visited Crain RV of Springdale on the recommendation of Garrett Williams. We have dealt with Garrett at two previous locations in the NWA area. Not only has he been an outstanding wealth of information, but a true professional. I would highly recommend Crain RV to family and friends as our experience at each store has been wonderful. Garrett has been our main point of contact during the financing stage of our purchases. We have never felt pressured or uninformed about the obligation we are about to take on. This means a lot, because this is usually where the entire experience can go downhill. Having all the information clearly spelled out and from someone that is honest and a true professional makes the difference. Thank you Garrett and thank you Crain RV, we truly do appreciate such honesty.

We left feedback when we bought our camper over 6 months ago! It was a great experience! Now after having a leak in our slide that was leaking from the factory we again are very satisfied with Northwest RV. Bruce and Josh and the rest of the service department were great! They restored the entire top of the slide to correct the leaks. They also went above and beyond on the entire camper. I can not recommend these people anymore then the fact they are excellent! We will definitely work with them again when we are ready to purchase again! Thank you guys so very much. We Love our camper!I think I screwed up and wrote over our first feedback. The jest of it was that they treated us like family. They went way over the top getting the camper ready for our 4 month trip south! Wonderful bunch of people! Like I said before, if you don t go to Northwest first, you are losing out!

It is now a 5-star review. (See original review below.) Seeing how the manager has taken the time and effort to respond within a couple of hours tells me that Crain RV places a high value on the customer. Most deserving of one more star. Well done, Crain RV!!Original review: Would have been a 5-star except for a bit of communication breakdown at the start of the day. I had a 9:00 a.m. appt for a 45-point inspection on a 2017 Aliner Expedition. Because we just purchased this unit, I wanted an authorized dealer to give it the once over. So I made the 2.5 hour drive from Springfield, MO and arrived around 8:50 a.m. I was impressed they went ahead and checked me in even though they were not officially open.I was told it would take about an hour. I called at 10:30 to see how things were progressing and found out the person I needed to speak with was not there at that time. I drove back to the dealership and saw that my camper was still sitting in the service bay and nothing had been done to it.I spoke with the service manager who told me that the 9:00 appointment only meant that they could check me in at 9:00, not that work would start at that time. He also told me the person who would be doing the inspection was running an errand for the dealership.Soon after this, the inspect tech arrived and began to go over my camper. I was able to view most of the inspection. He was VERY knowledgeable about the camper and did an outstanding job answering my questions. After I received my inspection, I had a couple of other questions and the service manager took the time to visit with me and answer my questions. He even took the time to help my set up the camper to point out some things inside the unit.All-in-all a VERY positive experience. My only concern was the 2-hour delay in getting started. Had I been told of this delay upfront, I would have been prepared for the extra wait.Techs were very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend Crain RV of Springdale for your camper service. I only wish it was not a 2.5 hour drive from Springfield, MO.

Read great reviews and decided to stop by to see about getting warranty work done on my new trailer that I bought out of state. Skylar answered all my questions and got approval on the work needed. Communication via email and phone calls by Skylar and Cody through the process was awsome. I don't know the name of the guy who performed the service work but all was completed as planned. Walking in the first time is great. Walking in the second time and they act like they have known you forever. These people are just great and personable.

We had a great experience purchasing our travel trailer. The team we worked with was wonderful, laid back, and extremely knowledgeable. The process of purchasing was seamless and easy. Bruce in the service department was extremely helpful walking us newbies through our trailer, and didn t mind the 5,000 questions we had.

I made purchase from this team back in May of this year 2022. I had some concerns after the purchase with water leaking into the cabin and the bathroom plumbing I thought was clog but it was my own problem not being knowledgeable about RV s. Well that is where these guys come in. First of all the sale was very customized to my needs. Yea we had a few issues but when I finally just decided to quit being stubborn and call the guys who know that stuff. That my friends is Crain RV, Cliff Rackly was amazing, if I spelled his name right. He acted fast to my complaint and followed the right path for his response to send help right away, then came Justin Dawdy and the other guys of the service department and inspected my issues, made sound recommendations and acted as quick as they could to correct all the problems, if you want a good deal and your not afraid to allow these guys work for you then you have certainly missed professionalism at it s best. Thank you Crain RV and your team of professionals. You want to deal with an honest team, then hey get on over there and find what you need at Crain RV!!!

We sold an RV to Crain. They never sent us our check for the payoff. Contacting someone in finance is practically impossible. We have tried contacting them for two months, and we rarely got any callbacks. The answers were always different from each person that did call us back. The dealership is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. This is not to be hateful; I just want to forewarn anyone before dealing with this organization.

This was by far the best experience I have had when purchasing a travel trailer. Most of the transaction was handled by email due to me being 300 miles away and them having the exact model I wanted in the color I wanted on the lot. Their final price was very reasonable and they gave me a good trade in price. I have bought several RVs over the years, but this was the easiest, and the best outcome. When I went to pick it up it was ready for a walkthrough and I wrote a check and signed the papers and left with my new Micro Minnie.I read some of the negative reviews below compared to the positive ones. Based on my 55 years of owning campers, they are man made and all have issues. The difference in dealers is how they deal with problems, and after spending time with emails, and meeting them, neither Allyson or Randy fail to deal with issues whether it be modification or pricing. I never heard the word "final" come out of their mouths. They were willing to spend the time to negotiate the process, and I feel confident that the entire team does the same in every situation. I prefer family owned businesses to Camping World or any other large company, and this family owned business is among the best!

Bought Dometic fridge from *prior dealership owner* last December (Crain just bought the dealership very recently). Could not get fridge to work on shore power or 12v. Skylar Nelson (Crain dealer) gladly took it in for warranty inspection/repair. He kept us updated, and his team's workmanship, professionalism, timing & charge were all just right. Skylar explained the issue & completed the work really timely. We did schedule the service with Skylar over a month in advance, so be sure your expectations are reasonable. Extremely satisfied with the experience.

Unfortunately my experience was not good. My propane system was not hooked up and I had a maintenance guy come out and he had never seen anything like that 40 years in the business. It could have killed me he said! On top of it I later find out my entire furnace system and ducs was not hooked up beforehand either. My husband and me have owned an RV b4, so this was quite shocking to say the least. Be sure to check your RV inside and out no matter who tells you what, but you would think some basics would have been handled correctly.

I wasn't going to write a review even with mounting customer service problems until I had the last straw. #1 - My travel trailer was on the lot 1 week before I could pick it up, yet it was not ready when I arrived (3 hr drive), even with a scheduled appointment. #2 - I paid $150 labor for Crain Tech to install a powered exhaust fan. It didn't work when I got it home. Discovered myself after disassembly that tech wired it to the Solar Panel on roof. Tech Sup didn't even offer a labor refund. #3 - Three weeks had past after paying cash and still no title received in mail. After a phone call, I was told it was being mailed from corporate that day. A week later, still no title. Another call and promise it was really being mailed that day. #4 - Discovered at camp site that the Tech left Water Heater drain plug off. I had to go buy a wrench from the middle of nowhere to tighten it back on. #5 - Last but not least. Upon camp departure, starting to drain holding tanks. I pulled the drain cap to attach hose (which I had to buy myself as not provided). That's when I found out the Tech left both holding tank drain valves open. I was embarrassed and horrified as both my tanks dumped on the ground at my feet. First camping trip done. Thanks.

My husband and I were looking at buying and RV and one of our friends recommended that we come here. the owner Josh Pettit assisted us. he was very knowledgeable about all the RVs which was super helpful because we really did no know where to start. We wanted to get an RV to be able to travel around the country and we had been to a couple of other places but they could not compare to our experience here. Josh made us feel very welcomed and did not look down on us because we had so many questions. The other places we went to acted like we were a hassle for asking all the questions, but Josh made us feel right at home and gave us all the information that we needed. Overall it was an amazing experience and the customer service was top notch. I am very thankful that my friend recommended us here. Now we have our RV and we are planning our trip! Thank you so much for all your help Josh!! And thank you so much for the great experience and getting us in the right RV for us and our family! If you are in the market for an RV I would highly recommend going to Northwest RV and Auto Sales and working with Josh. I am all about good customer service and I must say that it was great here! Thanks again Josh!!
