Nice people and quick service. We needed a 97 Toyota starter rebuilt and they had it done within a couple of hours. Really fair prices and it works great. Thank you Osborns for saving us $167.00 for a new one.

I've known these folks and shopped at their store for over a decade and I can say they are the best! They're genuinely helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and kind, and work hard to find what you need at the best quality and price point. They've been doing this for generations.

Haven't had to go into an automotive store for some time but, after stepping into Osbourn's I kinda with that I had. Not only did they give me reasonable prices, the service, hospitality and sincere kindness was on a whole different level. Not only did they earn a new customer if like to think that I gained some new friends. Some of the nicest folks that I've met in many many moons. I'll never go anywhere else.

I have been using Osbourne's for over 25 years now and they are hands down the best auto parts supplier in Siloam Springs. As a family owned and operated business they always do all they can to assist and guide.

Some of the nicest people on earth! Came to get my battery tested they tested it and replaced it for me. I would never go to any other parts store without stopping here first.

The guys are Osbourne's know their stuff the business was started by the grandfather the father has ran it and now the sons are taking it over these people will treat you right and they will help you in every way they can. And they're very prompt and getting parts if they don't have them already in stock. This is my go-to place over O'Reilly's and AutoZone and all the other ones in town. I really don't think you'll find a better place in the Siloam Springs area from the dealings I've had over the years their prices are very fair

Every time I've gone to Osbourn's Automotive, I've found them extremely helpful and often they've saved me a lot of money. Yesterday my battery was dead because I left the dome light on. I thought the battery might be dying and had called three other stores in town for prices. I drove by Osbournes, then decided to go back. Their price was 40% less than two of their competitors and they even installed it for me.I most highly recommend this store!

They even charged my battery and it was a different companies battery. After autozone wouldn't let me return it. Or, try to charge it. Osbourn's takes care of their customers.

All of my family have dealt with the Osbourns for many, many years and they are second to none in getting what we need, when we need it. You won't find a better place to do business with anywhere. They go beyond way beyond normal customer service. Big thumbs up!!!

These guys are some of the best partsmen in the county. No doubt. Tons of experience and knowledge. Old school type of parts house where it is customer first. Not a chain store experience. Highly recommend.

These guys will do everything to help you. I had some corrosion on an old battery that needed replacing and they cleaned it out, changed the battery and were incredibly nice! I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

Been going their for well over 3 yrs wounderfull peopleGood service but the last couple times I ve been in their I ve gotten one employee that seems to be one of the most errogant people I ve meet and he s not afraid to tell you how he knows more than you about everything and tell you how he would do it instead of listening to his customers

The people at Osborn's automotive are more than what you see when you walk in the door. Years of experience and a talent for being accurate is a friendly way for you to know know that you're in the right place when you've got to solve a problem with your car or truck or tractor or lawn mower. You would not believe all the things they cover. Even hydraulic hose fabricating...
