Women should ADVOID this place unless you want to get treated Horribly and be degraded. Pathetic i have to leave this review here about this but something needs to be said about this. This can easily be a lawsuit but it needs to change. The attitude towards women when they come into this store needs to change, and some of the workers need to be and show more respect.

It's been a long time since I've worked at O'Reilly but since when do they not prorate battery warranty? 3 yr and 2 months and had to pay 230 bucks for a new one. They use to prorate them for 5 or 6 years....

Will never ask them to mix paint again taking 3 to 4 days just to get it delivered to lincoln n I showed up to get the paint but it was like they didn't trust me when me n my father have an account with oreillys for 8 plus years. Terrible service at hand.

Second time I have been in auto zone here in Siloam Springs Arkansas and they are always so helpful and go above and beyond one of your employees came out to my vehicle and installed my air filter and ran a diagnostic on my car I wish more auto zones were like this

Great customer service and standing behind their products. I had a problem with an alternator that had a change to the item number and was no longer in the system. Since it was not in the system exchange was not as clear cut as some. The manager just said take care of it, we know it's ours. New alternator is working great. Years ago I had stopped doing business at this store due to some of the clerks. Those issues have been addressed and are no longer an issue.

Just purchased a battery here and was looking at brakes as well. A sign says 15% off on a complete brake job. The guy said "that's when you do it yourself". The battery was suppose to be a 2 year battery. When charged, it came up as a 3 year. He said "no, I charged you for two years but I gave you a 3 year battery". Not true, on the receipt it says 3 years.

Daniel saved the family camping trip last weekend. We have an older car that s been in the family a while, and it was having some trouble starting in the cold weather. Daniel went out in the cold and snow to look things over and noticed one of the battery cables was loose. It was a quick and easy fix and we were back on the road in no time. I tried to buy him lunch but he wouldn t accept any money. These guys are good people.

I'll never do business with this joke of a store again. Wrong parts then the employers blame us for the wrong part they gave us, tried charging us more for the right part. Then when another employee came tried picking a fight. So I hope you have a good dental program, your smart mouth employee will need it

Love the store. Great prices (90% of the time they are cheaper than Autozone), and can usually get what you need quick, if not in stock. Wish they had oil recycling available. They do offer free alternator testing, starter testing, battery testing, engine code readings, new battery installation, wiper installation, and tool rental (deposit can be expensive). Give them a try, and save some cash.

Great help went to buy a wire harness for my car the associate went out of her way to help me find what I needed even though they did not have the correct part . Not their fault. Ends up the factory stereo required a different wire harness due to a factory amplifier. Who would have thought it made a difference.

I always change my oil on my vehicles and then I take my used oil to O'Reilly and they take it off my hands , always has parts for your vehicles at great price plus Veterans get 10% discount too.

There was a young lady i believe was. Called Sierra shes very knowledgeable... And was very impressed with what she new...shes. differently a keeper ...i know where I'll go to her instead of auto zone....thank for her she didn't even look at me like i was stupid...Cindy

It's your typical auto parts store, but they always have plenty of staff and help comes quickly. They'll install your new wipers and check your engine light for free! I love it there!

They don't have it? They order it. They will bench test about anything you can get in the door. Loan you a tool, translate a code, recommend a plan of action. Prices higher than Walmart but the service, knowledgeable, friendly staff makes it worth it!
