I have a commercial account that I use for a variety of reasons. I drove to Springdale store to pick up a radiator. Found out it was the other option. Siloam store had correct radiator, so I went there to return the wrong one and pick up the correct one. They need to train better on the commercial system, the guy helping me didn't really seem to have any idea how to operate the computer to the point where he FaceTimed his manager to walk him through. They said I had to go back to the Bentonville store (where my home store is set up on my account) Shouldn't be necessary in my opinion. Basically learned that this store doesn't know how to process a return on commercial accounts. Parts are good quality though and truck is back up and running.

Cynthia Switzer is a 2 time aggravated trafficking charges still pending all over state of Oklahoma. She will still u blind. And take a drug test random watch see if she don't walk out.. she is no good and hateful to customers and your gonna lose all BUISNESS because she is a doper looking at 45 years. And she goes to work hi everyday. She broke in my house and stole all my mother's things. She has another pending charge breaking an entering. She will still u blind everyday little by little. You have been told. God bless

I was from out of town and needed a jump so I could get to Autozone. They changed the dying battery for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Their service and attitude were simply superb.

Duralast brand of AutoZone is garbage the lifetime warranty is garbage changed out my break pads and rotors and it s already trash and squeakying and rotors are rusted to the core

Excellent service Came in needed a battery. Adam really helped me out a lot I really appreciate his help and everything he did for me. He even helped put the battery in for me, I tried to tip him but he wouldn't take it. I'll definitely go on back even if I need a battery for my key. Thank you Adam for all your help.

Great quality parts at a good price. If for some reason a part or tool doesn t fit or work they make exchanging easy.

I had a old battery I was using to charge and take it home for electricity lights mainly it died and autozone had a reconditioned one the was huge for 50 $ I tried it last night its power pack could run a tv so now I need to find a tv cool huh

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Quick service at a peak hour. Clean store. Ample parking. When I called about my part, they put me on hold for a minimal 2 minutes and were very courteous and held my part overnight with no issues... Good dudes right here.

Argued with an employee on the phone about a part that is not aftermarket. Guy proceeded to tell me that he has owned Hondas his entire life, and that I was wrong. Safe to say I called O'Reilly's and they had the part i needed and the customer service was better. You guys are not mechanics just an fyi

Nice, fast, got the job finished. Just small problems I with they would have tried harder with. Felt like I was always looking for them. But everything worked out with what I needed do fix.

Always got the parts you need when you need them. But the customer service is...strange, to say the least. The brakes and rotors they sold me for my dodge were A+. The throttle body for my father s Chevy came exactly as needed. I fortunately discovered they ve got great deals on bundles for oil changes. But when I tried to call to ask about a part for my truck, I got 58 seconds of someone breathing and no one responding. I hung up, and tried again. This time all I heard was the sound of my own voice playing back at me through my speaker, before being hung up on after 12 seconds. I figured why even try a 3rd time but I did, and this time they didn t even pick up the phone. A parts store should be one half quality parts, and another half customer service. They ve 100% got the quality, but the service could use a LOT of work.

AutoZone is the best auto parts store in my opinion. Awesome service and great people behind the counter. I pulled in with a broken wiper and a worker seen me trying to fix it and he came out and fixed it for me. See great people.

My husband and I went in to the Siloam Springs location with absolutely no idea what could be wrong with a new car we had just bought. There we met a sales associate named Bryon Harrison. This man went above and beyond trying to help us diagnose the problem(s). He never got impatient and was giving us real life advice given our situation. Kudos to him and his work ethic. My husband and I both have never experienced this type of genuine customer service or help anywhere else! Sincerely, The Morgans

We bought a new battery for our 09 suburban they put it in our truck in less than 15 mins. Great customer service. Friendly staff. It our go to place for auto related items. Very knowledgeable

I went to O'Reillys first for help with a fuse and the guy was rude and refused to help me. Came to Autozone and Thomas was beyond helpful. I explained my situation and that it may be a fuse. He went to my car and checked my fuses in the car and under the hood. Found the fuse I needed repaired. Went in and got them. After I paid he even came back outside and put the fuses in. He had me check to make sure that was the issue. Thank you Thomas for being so nice and helpful.

Guys at the Siloam Springs Auto Zone are very nice. They always have time for questions and seem to be very knowledgeable. They may be a little pricier than Walmart, but unless you know exactly what you need and have zero questions, I thinks it s worth it to make most of your auto parts purchases there.

AutoZone is a great place to shop for repair parts. The staff are knowledgeable. The one star that is missing is for the way they changed their rewards program. It used to be that you where able to shop and save you rewards but now after you get the reward you jave to use it quickly or it goes away.

We're from OKC and ended up spending the majority of our weekend at autozone in siloam springs. Adam was amazing! He went above and beyond trying to help us out. We really appreciated the guys putting up with us all weekend.

Piss poor service. Associate and a manager (I assume) were loudly arguing in full view of customers. I received no help as the person behind the counter didn't have a clue what he was doing. Across the street to O-O-O-O'REILLY'S I went...
