I came here to get a simple tire change and when I came to pick the car up it, my car was scraped on top of the curb because they pulled it all the way up and tore off my lower guard. They claimed it was not them and it was like that before. I asked them if it was drivable how it is now (because they said it was wrapped around my tired) and they said no it s not and I argued how would I of driven it to the store if it was not drivable like this. They kept making excuses and said it was not their fault. Keep in mind I got a tire change so how would they have not seen this??! Never coming back due to their lack of accountability and care.

I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment but they were finished with it in less than 45 minutes. And they were busy too. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Very happy with the price as well.

Called 3 times and let it ring out each time and no one answered the phone. When I decided to go in there the lady working was rude to me because SHE asked ME the wrong questions about what I needed. I made it really clear I JUST needed to purchase a tire and she got exasperated with me when she started the process for bringing my car in for service and had to start over when I reminded her I did not need anyone to service my car. Truly ridiculous. And why on earth do they need my full name, address, and phone number for me to buy something from them?

I know there must be at least monthly board meetings of these customer reviews, so I will be as fair as I can; as I know, Walmart management will attempt to fix the issue.Pros:1) Customer service was politeCons:1) I was there at 6 PM to get a tire patched by 7 PM. I was told they would not have enough time to do it. Now, I may be ignorant, indeed. However, I saw two cars in the parking lot and whatever they had in their garage/bay at the time but have been what they had left. I am not exactly sure whether or not it is customary to only perform certain tasks until 5:30 PM-6 PM and deny service to other customers despite still being open for an hour. If this is the case, I am sorry to staff for being inconsiderate, but may I suggest changing the closing hours to 5 PM or 6 PM for the Auto Care center, as it is very misleading. On the contrary, if this comes as a surprise to management, let me be the one to bring it to your attention.Additionally, it wasn't only the fact that I was told I would not be helped, but it was the manner that I was told I could not be helped. The auto tech. simply looked up from his phone (or possibly his Walmart scanning device) and told me they were "closed for the night."2) One might ask, "Mac, why didn't you just call instead?" Well, I did, I was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes, and it disconnected. I completely understand there is a labor shortage, and it is very difficult to find quality employees to answer the phone. So I can't entirely blame this on the staff or management. On the other hand, and also in complete fairness, the employee behind the counter at the tire center, was always with a customer, so no wonder they could not answer the phone.3) This is a minor criticism, but the employee behind the counter was not very knowledgeable about his craft. Perhaps he is new, in which case I completely understand, and I can not fault him for that.Essentially, I asked him if there were any other local services that could patch a tire, and he referred me to O'Reilly's. Now, I believe most people know that that is not a service they offer; in fact, I am not even entirely sure they sell tires at all.I feel that if a company (in this case Walmart Auto Care) is to not offer an essential service (as I would consider tire replace to be) during their own business hours, they should at the very least refer me to another local business in which I can repair my pregnant wife's car tire. That alone would have at least allowed me to give this business 3/5 stars.I have officially finished my rant, and I will be back to visit Walmart auto care in the morning. If they can successfully patch the tire, I will change this to 3/5 stars. Have a great day, everyone.

Trash. I got tires put on my 18 clarity. Yes the tires are a good price for the service but a day later, my rear fender panel was falling off. But maybe that's coincidence. A few days later I needed an oil change and tire rotation on my 17 crv. They didn't put the protective plate undercarriage on properly so it fell against the road and mangled itself. No longer coincidence. 2 cars now need, albeit minor, repairs. Also, incredibly slow. Each trip was nearly 2 hours. Presumably for the inexperienced techs to figure out how to remove a tire or swap the oil... It's not worth it.

Was just denied service for returning batteries for core charges on batteries purchased from this store. Bigger guy with 'service account Manager' tag said if I don't have a receipt on me for both batteries, even if on file and purchased from that store, they won't take them back nor refund the core charge. Pretty sure that's deceptive, not EVER mentioned to customers, have never had that issue before, and borders on consumer fraud. Will be reporting this to consumer protection. SO TIRED OF STORES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE. Get your act together Walmart.

While I was assuming it wasn't their fault the wait was so long just to be seen. When the manager came back and walked through the doors leading to the shop area, the techs were sitting on tires on their phones. I guess I shouldn't have expected much since it is Walmart but I've had some decent experiences with automotive before. I just wanted a tire rotation because I was being lazy and didn't wanna do it myself. Ended wasting time in the process. Don't go.

Actually quite helpful service at the desk, and in my case a quick turnaround for tire installation at a better price than nearby specialty tire stores. The text message alert system on my vehicle status worked well and I was able to do my shopping while I waited and knew exactly when my vehicle was in final stages of completion of the work.

They kept the vehicle 4 house to tell us the lug nuts were swollen. I removed all the nuts by hand with the manufacture lug wrench and they still wound not see ice the vehicle

I understand this is walmart and they have corporate procedures but I came in needing a tire plugged and I'm at an hour and still waiting. No they are not super busy. In fact they have 5 employees in there and I was there second customer of the day. I'm not a walmart hater but this is kind of silly. Go to bills tire down the road. I only went to Walmart because bill's didn't open until an hour later ...at this point I could have just sat in his parking lot and been on my way by now.

So I have a flat tire when I woke up in the morning. After putting on my spare tire and getting the kids ready I took my tire up here to have it fixed. Upon getting there I realize that he wait time is 2 hours because they only have 1 person working in the back. After walking up every aisle walmart has to offer and not hearing my name over the speaker, I proceed to go check on the wait. They tell me the called my name 30 minutes ago over the speaker....NO! Then on the receipt it shows me that they checked my tire pressure in all of my tires and they all read 35. Please tell me why when I get in my car and look at the computer tire pressure measured by the sensors in my tire they read 28, 37, 35, 40. I had to then turn around and go back so they could fill my tire up. They LIE and only do what is necessary for them to move on to the next car. I will not go back for this.

Went to get an standard service oil change. I think they changed my oil, but pretty sure that is all they did. Supposedly checked fluids, but that didn't happen. I checked them myself afterwards and a couple of them were low and the wiper fluid had not been filled. Were also supposed to vacuum the floor, and that for sure didn't happen... I would call and complain but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't do anything about it. They ripped me off, so I'm never going back.

My wife waited over 2hrs for a simple tire change. I called to speak with a manger (Dustin) and he said, there were several cars ahead of you and we just can t skip around . He tone was sarcastic and condescending. I will not be back and I ll tell others.

I've had enough time to walk every isle in Walmart. It's been hours. Waiting on a simple oil change. I'm starting to become delusional . Everything looks the same. I've grown a beard, forgotten what my wife looks like. I'm trapped in here with the blue vested minions. Im becoming one of them. If someone sees this tell my family I love them. I fear I don't have too long before I start telling people to have a good day as they leave. I hope I can make it out alive. But I do believe my time is short. Listen to my warning. Beware of Walmart auto they will kidnap your soul.

Fixed my flat tire. They took a long time, but did a good job. They did not tell me I would need a sensor for my pressure light, before starting the job. At the end.

Horrible experience. I went to exchange an everstart battery under warranty. I got there at 6:54 a.m. they open at 7:00. At 6:56 the repair technicians came in and set up. At 7:01 I get out of my car to go inside, but the doors are locked. I wait a few minutes and walk down where the repair stalls are and say the doors are locked, he said come through here. Now I'm walking to the check counter as though I work there. At 7:07 a cashier comes and looks at me as though I'm early. We get the exchange completed, but if you say you open at 7:00 you can't show up at 7:07.

I just went in to Walmart on hwy 107, and asked for an oil change. I told the lady I wanted mobile one, and to be sure they know that is the brand I wanted. Synthetic oils last two times longer that regular oil, and I have noticed a few times my car tells me it's time to change the oil in.my car in my opinion too soon. This time a waited out side and watched After being assured the service tech would be told what brand of oil to use, I see him filling up a container with pennzoil. I don't know if was regular 29.99 oil, but I am paying 49.99, and not getting my brand. I find out after I yelled to the man, because I'm not allowed in the work area, that's not what I asked for, he then told me that they were out of the oil I wanted, and I guess going to put anything in there just to be done with it. The manager, told him to tell me after my oil was drained that I I wanted that brand, I was going to have to pay full price for the bottled oil in the store. I confronted the manager about that, and asked him why wasn't I told before the drained my oil the store was out. After quite a few words, he just walked off without saying anything, and talked the the tech for some time. The manager, came back and just said I fixed it. My point besides the horrible treatment for wanting what was right, if I hadn't took the time to watch, I may be driving with 29.00 oil, after paying 49.00 for it.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Came out of work at 5:30pm and had a completely flat tired, aired it up, already flat again by the time I drove 5 minutes down the street to Walmart. It was 6pm when I arrived. The tire center doesn t close at 7pm. I had to practically BEG to get my tired patches so I could drive back home to Cabot. Was told they were too busy and that I should have called AAA. Basically after refusing to leave and telling them I had no literally no other option they patched it. And guess what... they were done by 7pm at their closing time. Worst customer service, especially when someone is desperate and just trying to get home. Will not return and don t recommend anyone else using them. You should just call AAA

They had the nerve to ask me how did I want my tires. I was very confusedand when I asked for clarification, they said they were four different options. Two hours later I still hadn't had my tires rotated, so I left.

They will straight up lie to you , don't trust them. I was extremely clear on the 2nd day in a row i was up there and today will not be a third . I am straight up out 100$ because of these dishonest mechanics . I saw someone else get upset too while i was up there for being lied to and having a bigger bill. Do not reccomend , do not go . Trash automotove end of discussion.

Slow service friendly workers. Also they indicated my high beams were good and get home to see one of them was out. Now I question did they do a thorough check as advertised

Actual service of installing the tires was fine. However, the customer service given before that was horrendous. Unfortunately, I find that par for the course with Sams as well as WalMart tire and auto departments at this point.

Never have time to service customers, and never answer thier phone. Just save your self some damage, time, and money and go to Jacksonville to put some tires on.
