Got GREAT service with Pro Dent and collision! Scheduled a date for work to be done and got car back a day early, personally delivered to my door! (I live very close by). Byron and Blake were friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions I had. They also took before and after pictures of the underside of the car so I could see the work done. Price was fair and honest. Will definitely come back here again!

I had a dent in my back bumper, along with a busted taillight and dropped my car off to Pro Dent & Collision and my vehicle was fixed in no time! They were fast and the work was excellent, they matched my silver color perfectly!!! They not only take care of big jobs but the small ones they can get you in and out in no time vs some of the big-name repair facilities. The owner was so personable and conversed with my husband and I like he had known us for years. I highly recommend this place to get any of your paint or body work done! :)

Owner is a crook. Take your money and time else where. Owner is the most unprofessional human I have ever met. Dude will literally go out and grab the insurance check you were supposed to receive, which is way more than the damage and repairs so he s pocketing all the cash, and then break your vehicle and say it was like that so he needs more money to fix it. Then when you show him proof that upon delivery the damage wasn t there when it was dropped off, he continues to lie through his teeth and only when facing a possible lawsuit will he back off. Him and his sons are the most unprofessional, dishonest human beings I have ever met.

Best Place Ever!! Blake matched my red color perfectly and did an amazing paint job!! (The last place couldn t match the paint and they were my car dealership.) Blake also scheduled me in right away when other places told me 3 months from now. I will tell everyone about this place!! Nicest people too!! Oh, did I mention I just loved how comfortable I felt right away!! I could just tell Blake was an honest guy and would take care of me!!Service: Painting

I cannot say enough about Blake and his team at Pro Dent. I brought my truck in for a replacement panel and paint work. For starters, their customer service is second to none. They kept me updated on the process and we re honest the whole way through and had my truck ready for pickup in a matter of two days from the day I brought it in. It s clearly evident that the put the customer first. It s hard to find great customer service and good work ethic these days but this team is top notch. I would highly recommend Pro Dent & Collision to anyone needing work done on their vehicle because I promise you will not be disappointed.Service: Painting

They replaced my car door after an accident. The owner mentioned me being a female more times then he mentioned the car door he was fixing. I trusted this being a family owned business with a bible quote above the main door but wow what a mistake I made. I called to find out when my car would be ready and he started talking about me being a female. He also asked me if I was having issues with my car starting - I have been the sole owner of my vehicle and have been working on it myself since 2012 - I got my car back and it died when I got it home. The connection between the battery and the alternator had been messed with. This female fixed it all by herself and I truly believe they messed with my vehicle thinking I would need their male assistance. I will never go back to this place for service or recommend them to anyone who doesn't feel like being spoken down to. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he had misplaced my keys, and then handed me keys to someone elses car. The car was older and worse then mine or I would have said, thanks! Just very unprofessional and concerning.Service: Painting

Very professional. Kept me informed of all issues and worked very well with my insurance company to return my expedition to as new condition as it was before accident. I would recommend Pro Dent if you have an accident.
