half the price of OEM which was a product of Mexico.Aftermarket made in China, with only small variances visible.only time will tell it can hold up to the original of 350k miles

I needed a tire pressure gauge. The young man at the counter was very friendly and laughed with me when I advised him to not get a vehicle with low-profile tires --a flat just waiting to happen! He helped me pick out a handy gauge that holds the pressure reading till it's reset. A nice store.

The manager, Freddie, was great! Installed new battery for me and was very helpful regarding explaining my options. Really felt he wanted to take care of me. Outstanding customer service!

The young man who helped me with a new battery today was professional supportive and kind. He promptly confirmed that the battery was no good and So I purchased a new battery. He was skilled at taking out the old battery with no difficulties. He placed the new battery with no difficulties. He assured me that I would be okay and not to worry about getting stuck anywhere. He assured me the battery would be fine. He was speedy and friendly. I highly recommend this store and I appreciate the help and support I received today.

My fuel pump went out in the parking lot and these guys here found me the one I needed at another location! Went and got it for me since I couldn t drive the vehicle which is awesome! Great crew they have here appreciate the business/Help

I'd rather rate them 0!!! An employee has stolen $440 of MY merchandise I tried returning and I've been going back for 3 days now and NOBODY knows ANYTHING!!! I'm going up there and calling the police to make a report y'all should be ashamed!!! Corporate WILL be notified tomorrow as well

Went to change a bulb for the turning signal light they were not helpful at all and didn't even care when I came back within minutes to returned it telling them it didn't work had no knowledgeof what I was telling them. Went to the other locations down the road and change the light bulb and it work just fine. Hope this helps it was on a Sunday morning.

Went there because my check engine light came on, asked for a free check and the dude gave me the device and had me do it myself as he stood outside my vehicle. Lol ok Elmer whatever's easiest for you the worker I guess, I can't be too mad because I got what I wanted but that's the first time an O'Reilly employee had me do that. Definitely won't be going here for any help in the future

Awesome staff. Free basic engine light diagnostics. Advice given with no pressure to buy.Free battery jumps on site and will often give you a place to call to get your estimates started.

This place has great employees. It was 20 degrees last night and the young man came out and assisted my parents with changing my nieces headlight. He also was willing to do more.

I went to have my car battery tested because it died on me three times today. It was so dead they couldn t even test it! James was kind enough to help me choose the right battery, gave me options, and even installed it. I so much appreciated him taking the time to help me on this cold evening. Thank you!

I have gone to many parts stores over the span of my life, and this location, as well as the one in Cabot have the most courteous and helpful staff. I cannot say enough about the guys at this location. They are quick to help, very knowledgeable about everything I have ever asked about when visiting. When I need parts and accessories this is my first stop!

We bought car parts and rented a tool. When we got home, we realized the tool was defective and returned it. The clerk said it was defective himself and we were assured they would return our money by check, which despite several phone calls and visits, we still have not received. Never will go there again. That is fraud! You aren't the only auto shop in town, you know!

My wife pick me up some brake pads yesterday gave all the right information got the wrong item...not really a big deal but this is not the first time this has happened it's actually the second consistent time that its happen. anyone work on a vehicle know that when you start and you have to stop and go back to the store to get something corrected that they wronged it automatically put you in a bad place. to top it off at the end of my experience he told me I owe him $4 and 68cent for the exchange LMAO I think they owe me more than $5 for my time. This the first report I ever made sorry wasn't a good one.

They don't have a great deal in stock. Instead of ordering it and coming back I found Stockton dr store in North LR is their main warehouse. More staff/more parts=Fast and Fixed

I got a AC compressor for my half ton Chevy truck and paid for a lifetime warranty,however it went bad an tried to return it under their lifetime warranty and they would not honor their warranty, therefore I had to buy another one from Autozone and I still have the bad one from Oriely auto parts, I plan on taking this issue up as high as I can in there corporate office and I know a lot of people who use these people as I have for years

Friend is the manager here. He runs a great shop and makes sure his staff is taking care of people. They answer questions and offer helpful advice.

My starter went out at Walmart. O'Reilly's was right next door with a knowledgeable and very helpful salesperson who had me fixed up with a new starter and socket set quickly and fairly easy on my wallet.
