Had my appointment made and arrived a few minutes early. They got me right in and had my new muffler put on in 30 minutes. Had my pipes evenly existing and all. Great work and knowledgeable.

My first 2 experiences with using this shop was very good. Made appointments and very prompt as well as exhaust work. The third time recently was horrible. Stopped in over a week ago, told them what I wanted done and type/brand muffler. They said no problem but had to order muffler. Scheduled to come back 4/10 @900 am. So today 4/10 I drove 40 min one way and they said I was not scheduled until 4/17 and they didn't have the muffler.

I ve been dressing up my Dodge Durango GTPlus AWD and getting it ready to enter some car shows this year. Just recently switched out the 2 1/2 inch standard chrome exhaust tips for 4 inch black stainless steel to match the blackout theme I have going on. $158.00 bucks and wonderful service. Friendly, efficient, and fast!

APE is worth the wait if they are a few weeks out for an appointment. Once it was time to take it down there, I dropped my car off in the AM and was done by 2pm. I know nothing about exhaust systems, so it was nice to go in there, relay what I was looking for and Zach help out. Will definitely be going there in the future if need be.

Great service. I went in for an estimate and they walked me through what they could do for my rusted out exhaust. Brought it back in and they did a fantastic job for me. Looks solid AND it cost about $100 LESS than I had expected. My Vanagon no longer rattles!

They did a great job and a good price, nice as well and even trimmed my bumper to make the new muffler fit perfect. Will definitely be going back with more exhaust work.

Couldnt do a less than 1 star but i do not recommend this place simply because of poor customer service. I called the week before Christmas to schedule an appointment for January 2nd which they confirmed. They didnt put into consideration that they were closed January 2nd ao i drove 40 minutes up there for nothing.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The staff was awesome. I brought my F250 in because of a rattling muffler and asked them to replace it with a better sounding one. For a little over $200 they installed a magna flow that sounds excellent. They came and got me 2 different times to walk me through their install. Totally professional and knowlegable. And......they took care of me that same day while i waited....30-45min. I highly recommend these guys!!!!!!! Jim S. : 9/18/20Service: Exhaust

I can not express how very unhappy I did not give them the chance to mess me out of my money over the high price and bad customer relation experience I briefly experience. But thanks to the guys at the muffler shop I got great quality work at less time and good value in Little Rock, Ar on University ave.

They did a fantastic job on the exhaust of my son s 2012 Avalanche! He wanted a low rumble sound and it s perfect. Also super affordable. Highly recommend!

Pleased with promptness of service. They fixed my car in less than half an hour. In addition, the man showed me where the problem is coming from and was the first mechanic who has ever shown me the root cause of issue. Clean waiting area, clean restrooms, safe feeling environment, comfortable for a lady while waiting.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone about receiving a quote & he couldn't seem bothered to care what I was looking for. I got my quote, and I felt i was doing a disservice for asking. So their customer service seemed poor. What did I do? Headed down the road to "Marty's muffler" where I made the best choice of my life. His quote was also 53% cheaper for the same job, and I'm assuming better quality than what this shop can provide. If you're interested check out his 5/5 reviews!

Brought my Lexus GS400 in after another shop sat on it for a day before telling me they don't do exhausts.. APE had the work done in an hour! Also they gave me a price and showed me the issues before I even left the shop. Price was also great. Will def recommend these guys for any exhaust work.

Place does great work. Jason, Zach and the 3rd guy {wish I could remember his name} are personally involved in the work. They may not be the cheapest {I cant be sure about that but I had no reason to look elsewhere at the time "you get what you pay for" thing}, prices are reasonable, not cheap discount shop but I expect that when I want technically proficient guys to work on my car. The work bays are very clean and to me that's a sign that they take pride in their work and are organized. Never made me feel intimidated or treated like an uninformed owner or like a consumer that knew nothing about the work I wanted done. Very meticulous and I felt like they were working on their own cars. They're "gentle" with your vehicle, careful and meticulous if that makes any sense. I had headers installed on my Porsche and they did an awesome job. They were recommended by the shop that I use that does work on Porsches and I definitely recommend them as well. No need to look for another exhaust shop.

I have had a couple cars exhaust work done here. FANTASTIC service. Just recently had a Cat-back put on my 1990 Nissan 300zx and they did it perfectly for a wonderful price. They even stored my car in a garage overnight because it was going to rain. Thanks for all the great work you do!

Year after year whenever I want to get a quote and find out what my options are in central AR for exhaust work, when I call this place it either immediately disconnects the call or it rings forever with no answer.I was able to manage to speak to someone once by some convoluted method of getting in touch with someone else who knows them personally and had them contact me. That's only because that person recommended them and I told them that they never answer the phone.Now in 2021 since they continue to have issues establishing a working phone line, there has to be some kind of feedback left to let them know to fix it. If you can't even call the business, what's the point of having the number listed online? This isn't some isolated, temporary issue -- it's been happening for over a year, possibly at least 2 years. So many people recommend them but they don't answer the phone and I'm not driving all the way out there to ask simple questions.

Jason the owner went out of his way and did everything he could to make sure I left a happy customer. I wasn t quite sure what I wanted to modify on my Challenger and ended up getting some new mufflers. He switched out several options for me and let me pick out what I thought sounded the best. If you know exactly what you re looking for he s your guy and he can beat anyone s prices. If you don t know what you want. He can certainly lead you the right way.

Had them "modify" several cars I've owned.. resonator deletes and such things. Very friends, works Is top notch, prices are great. I will for sure continue being a customer with my weird projects and cars.

I've been using them since 2002, they fixed a exhaust job someone else messed up and I've been pleased with their work ever since and don't plan on going anywhere else, they have done work on my 02 Dodge 05 Dodge and now 19 Dodge. Friendly professional staff and I won't go anywhere else if I can help it

This service was great! Got 2.5 inch exhaust with a magnaflow glasspack on my mazda 3 2.0L for a little over $500. I'm really satisfied with the sound. More of a grumble rather than a cannish sound
