Do not use!!!! This guy drinks the entire time while on the job. He will leave your vehicle in worse shape after he s done with it than it was when you dropped it off. If you can even get your vehicle back. I am having to take my vehicle somewhere else now to redo all the work he did on my vehicle. It looks like some 5 year olds worked on my vehicle. He didn t even hook things back up when he was done and my doors wouldn t open, can t lock the vehicle, he damaged the door and one of my windows so now I have to have those replaced. How is this guy even in business???Services: Painting, Body & Trim

my son had to use Lunsford after a snow and he got stuck in a ditch. the driver told him he just moved and couldn't find his swiper so he could take his credit card-like that's the customers fault. He doesn't have a PIN for his card and the credit card company said they have to mail him one. So we made arrangements to borrow cash from his grandmother, but then the driver said he couldn't follow him to her house so my son was going to have to meet him later and bring him the cash--and by the way the price went up $50 for my son to bring him the money!!!!!! terrible service. Don't use this company.

i wrecked my car right after Halloween and they STILL have my veichle, unprepared, unorganized, and have given me FLASE estimates of when exactly it'll actually be completed this entire time. it is now December 21st and i still have to rely on everyone for rides to and from work and my home and i FULLY regret taking my car to this place of business because i am completely unsatisfied with everything about the situation. never again.
