Was in the other day to have some rims swapped around for new rims, plus I requested two tires be mounted on front after an all day wait I still had to go home and swap the tires myself as they didnt put the tires where I wanted them.. it wasnt even written on the ticket by the lady in front office..

Very nice family business we have here in Sheridan,I've taken my car here to have new plugs and wires out in,their service techs are fast and do a great job,on this visit I had to have a tire balanced,my car's not shaking no more,thanks B & B for fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend this business,let's keep our business local... Have a great day....

I've done business with B & B for some years now, my experiences with their work has been exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and all around nice people! I always feel like they are my neighbors and I make the trip from out of town. Kudos!

I have an older truck and its hard to diagnose issues versus a new truck but they communicated with me through the process to try to get it fixed. It didn't get fixed but I appreciated the communication and the reasonable prices.

Service was fast and thorough. They incorporated me into the decisions about my service (I had a fender well that was lose but it was so damaged that they were unable to pin it back so I suggested cutting a portion out) the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their mascot is as cute as she is fiesty

Pretty horrible experience. Went in with an unknown leak and also checking out why the check engine light was on, paid over $400 for essentially nothing. There was still a leak coming from the vehicle, took it in a second time they said there would be no labor charge, there was, paid a ridiculous amount again just to leave and still be experiencing the same issue. Oil has been leaking the entire time and they thought it was coolant. I m no expert on vehicle problems, but I don t see how you could confuse the two. Also was never contacted either visit on when or if the car would be done, essentially had to pester the very rude receptionist in getting an answer on when the car would be done, just for the same problems to still exist. Never again.

The best tire shop in town! Great people on the inside for customer service. Way above and beyond what you would expect. The techs working in the bays are knowledgeable and extremely expeditious! The only place I'll trust my car with in town.

What great service! Traveling through in our motorhome and had tire valve issues. Fixed us up immediately, very reasonable cost and super nice people. Wonderful to find while traveling.

Outstanding people who do outstanding work! Always looking for ways to save money for me. Stephen & Stacy are top notch owners! They've helped keep my cars running 20+ years! My career with Dem-Gaz Newspaper, I punished a lot of cars but B&B always put them back together and had them running like new!

It was my first visit to this tire shop. I had a blown out tire. I was greeted and helped on the spot with very little wait time! All the employees were wonderful to speak to.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have called to get a tire 3 times and when I make it there, they magically don t have it. I have wasted 3 work days leaving early trying to come get this tire and have been screwed 3 TIMES. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. These idiots have made me have to work the weekend. Just go to any Walmart, they are 10000x better anyway.
