I called a service from Sheridan and got one much further away. I feel lied to as a customer. I canceled the job as soon as I figured it out. Don't call this one if you want someone from Sheridan AR.

My car stop at a church just south of Sheridan. According to the GPS, these people had a bogus location, they went out of business in Little Rock (East End Towing) so I had to wait 2hrs when I could have used one local! Upon talking to their dispatcher (female) whom was very rude, said that she would call me when the vehicle was picked up so in order to meet them outside and tell them where I want the vehicle parked.Well they never called, my brother saw a tow truck outside down the street around 10pm at the WRONG HOUSE with my vehicle. I call the dispatcher rude, unprofessional to ensure I have her the correct information (I did) and she just "okay" at that point I couldn't take anymore hung the phone up and ask the driver why,he said that she must have gave the wrong address which was already verified! They are deceitful and NOT professional! ....$188 LATER!!! I DID REPORT THEM!

he went out of bussiness east end is using this number out of little rock . now they responded by saying i give them a bad review i though i was giving all american the review that is ok at least i am not deceiving the customer out there by using a google page that states i have a yard in sheridan

Very very good prices! Awesome professional technician(Mr. Steve)! I have saved this business in my personal contacts for future use!! And hey my trucking folks... They can do tractors too!!

Great service....the driver towed my truck home then helped me change my flat..And he didn't break my wallet!!!!I highly recommend All American Towing and Recovery

The closest place to me on Google and told me they couldn't come that far... It should have not taken 3 months for you to respond thanks for proving my point
