I love Young's. After buying a pre-owned vehicle, I had an issue with the car refusing to start the key would turn, but the engine wouldn't. They pointed me to a reasonable tow company and then figured out the problem without charging me a penny! That kind of service definitely solidified them as my mechanic of choice.

One of my tires went flat today. I called Young's, and they were very friendly and professional on the phone. They then patched my tire and installed it back onto the car for me. They even put the donut, jack, and tire iron back into the car properly and covered it back up. I am fully satisfied with the service and will be back for my future tire needs.

Youngs provided excellent customer service, and they do great work. They are a good, honest businesses that don't try to take advantage of their customers. That's hard to find in today's world. I highly recommend them.

Friendly.Moved thru the process quickly. They even backed my car in upfront after it was done so I could easily get out onto the ever busy Race st. Love the nostalgic experience of the coffee station, candy dispensers and of course that awesome rubber smell. Oh and the price for fixing my flat was great too!!

Ok. I bought new tires for my truck from someone that I trust and have a long-standing business relationship with. He told me that I needed an alignment but that everything else was good. I called Young's and made an appointment for 2 days later. After looking at my truck, Young's said I needed $1635 worth of work to my front end before they could do the alignment. I proceeded to take my truck to someone else to check. I was told that my upper ball joints had a little bit of play in them but there was no need for me to replace anything at this point. Had I not had it checked before I went to Young's, I would have been distraught. Things are high enough in this world without people trying to take advantage of you. I am furious with them. How many people go in there not knowing any better and get cheated. Maybe my front end wasn't perfect but it is a loooong way from needing $1600 worth of work. Shame on you Young's!

Outstanding staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to shoot you straight on what repairs you NEED now and what repairs can wait. Getting your car serviced at Youngs is like having a friend in the business. I ve trusted all my vehicles to Youngs for a decade now.

They were super nice. Updated us on the process. It was taking a little longer than expected but our tires were sent to the other store. Once they arrived, we were done in no time at all. Great place to get tires done.

Professional, easy to work with, timely and cost effective. Young's went above and beyond. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs, were quick to diagnosis the issue, provided a courtesy vehicle for me to drive for a couple days and stood up for me when the local tow company denied their part in damaging my vehicle in tow. I was driving from Michigan to Texas when my car broke down unexpected. I am so thankful that I Young's could help me get back on the road home. Thank you guys!

These people don't know how to balance tires. They think because you are a woman you don't know anything about a car. They just make up excuses.

This is where I go for my oil changes now because they rotated tires for free when they change the oil. They also helped me navigate getting break pads in my last car after an out of state mechanic told me I needed my rotors changed too. They let me know I didn t need that (just the pads), and they won my trust in the process. Thanks young s!

Young's Tire (Race St.) is my "go to" place to use whenever I can avoid a dealership. I've used them for years. The front desk people are honest & up front and don't try to sell you something you don't need. They have a wide selection of tires & accessories. My experiences here (12 years) have always been positive.

Do not recommend coming here whatsoever. Been here since 1030, it is now 100 and still waiting very slow very disorganized. I should have known when it took them awhile to find my paperwork from the tires I ordered

I've been visiting young tires for more than 10 years and they always exceed my expectation. Everyone has always been professional friendly just good wholesome people and I appreciate everything they've done for me!

I went her to get an alignment on my car, they said they couldn't do it because my driver side tie rod was bad. So I told them to fix it for me. 2 hours later and they tell me they can't fix just the one tie rod. I gotta replace all 4!! And it would be like $300+. So I called around and found Moudy Repair. They fixed my tie rod and aligned it for less then $100!! So don't go here unless you wanna spend a lot of cash and wait forever. Go to MOUDY !!! You'll thank me later!

My friend went for the 5tg time in 3 months to buy a brand new low profile tire,and when he got his tire and rim back,his chrome rims had a huge gough in it that wasnt there before!! And then the manager was rude and just a jerk,and told us not to come back!!what he seemed to not realize is that my frie d has insured his rim so tbat if something happens hes cover!! Was just an aweful experience!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

Have bought tires here, good reasonably fast service.Took my truck there for front and back brakes, had alittle wait, but still got me out in time for work. Very goog service.

They were so friendly and helpful. I had a 2 blowouts on the freeway because of road construction. They found tires in Little Rock and had them sent that day.

Staff was OUTSTANDING! Waiting is never fun but their area was spacious, clean . Good coffee..TV.was good and Fab magazines...Great experience and will return.

They didnt have my tire size in stock.So they asked if l wanted a larger tire? But they would need to cut my front fender
