My car got damaged a few weeks ago and I brought it in for an estimate. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and transparent. I felt taken care of from the moment I set up an appointment to when I picked up my car. It was clean inside and out, professionally detailed. Reasonable prices and was only without my car for under 2 weeks. Would have been done sooner, but the holidays interfered. 100% satisfied with everything. Highly recommend.

When I first picked up the paint was the worst and then take it back in the shop and fix the headlight then I brought it back the next day for a whole fender repaint and they buffed the door not the fender burn the paint try to fix it just got back from a different body shop they told me defender and both of the doors would have to be painted . Told me I can take it somewhere else. 10 months later paint is pealing called to express me problems and got hung up on when I asked to speak to the owner. No a very good managementService: Painting

Shannon and the team at Truman Baker Body Shop did such a fantastic job repairing and restoring my van after being hit. They are talented, trustworthy, kind, and worked so hard to get my van done and back to me ASAP. It looks fantastic-they even washed and detailed it before returning it to me! Took vehicle in-super convenient location, quick drop off and pickup and loaner car available if needed for customers and calling ahead. And fixed other stuff at the same time No extra charge. I was happy about that! But when I got in noticed some new marks (didn't seem to wash it... maybe they did just the normal "hose it off" wash others do) but at home I looked closer and realized it had an actual ding :( :/ what!? (Kinda panicked but survived), called, gave me options to fix now or set up a time to fix. And they did. Now i'm happy.:)

Truman Baker was absolutely amazing! I had an accident an hour into a road trip and I was absolutely horrified by what I was expecting to experience between repairs and insurance. Truman Baker kept me updated on my vehicle, always knew who I was and which vehicle was mine, and always treated me with respect and purpose. Caroline, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing and always very polite! This team did an amazing job on my car, kept me up to date on anything happening, and my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. I m amazed. These guys are amazing. They worked with the local Hertz car rental office to help me get a rental vehicle while my Jeep was getting some bumper work. They were through repairing my car before the weekend hit, so I didn't have to pay for two extra days of car rental. Shannon and the entire shop get my recommendation 100%.

Shannon and his team did a great job on my Tahoe. A fair price in a reasonable amount of time and a great job. I highly recommend trimming Baker body shop. But even more than that I recommend Shannon Covington. Great guy and a true professional.

The people who work here are very nice, but I was very disappointed in their work. After they repaired my car I had to bring it back because it was making a weird vibration. They could not figure it out so I had to take it to 3 other shops. Each shop fixed something else from the wreck that they had missed. They used used parts on my car that are rusty and there is swirls all in the paint. A bad job all around.

Hands down best place to get your car fixed in the event of an accident. Good quality service and repairs at decent prices.
