This tsc has went downhill since they moved. Trying to get propane filled before the storm and they won t fill it bc they only have 2 people working. Might want think about more people.

The clerk in the garden center was the most Un-helpful. After waiting on her and trying to ask a question twice I finally got her attention for a price check. I went to exchange the product for a smaller size and she commented that she'd put it back too.Not good for sales I'd say.

Good place. On this particular visit they where not well staffed. Did have to wait over 20 mins for somone to help me. As i did purchase over 1200 dollars of merchandise,they should have had another person working the floor in the store. Update!! Buyer beware!! THEY NO LONGER DO REFUND/ EXCHANGES ON YOUR POWER TOOLS, ECT THAT YOU BUY A EXTENDED WARRTY ON UNLESS YOU CALL A NUMBER, SEND IN PICTURES AND RECEPTS ECT. THEN AFTER ALL THAT IF THEY DONT HAVE OR NO LONGER CARRY THE ITEM YOUR JUST OUT OF LUCK AND TOLD TO GO TO ANOTHER TSC STORE! AFTER BUYING 10 OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF TOOLS HERE THEY COULDN'T REPLACE A 69 DOLLAR 3/8 INCH IMPACT!

The place is very nice but they never answer their phones, I called around 10 times yesterday throughout the day because I live 26 minutes away and wanted to see if they had what I needed in stock. I never got ahold of them ended up driving the 26 and the did not have what I needed and they were just standing around because it wasn t busy. I tried calling today and still no answer.

When to the petvet on the 18th of this month got my dog heartworm tested still waiting for the results I was told 5 days from when they took the blood I called Friday the 26th the petvet nuber got told its 5 busses days and that I should know by the end of the day I don't think u should be letting liers like that in the building bc it looks bad I already called them and all they can teme is to wait bc the number u call is to a out of state office that can't tell u anything about your pet don't use them for your pet if they can't hold up there end of the dill

I'd went to get some rabbit feed about 15 till 8 yesterday. Seen a heavy set . Kinda tall boy wearing glasses standing at the door . When he seen me getting out of my truck. He ran to the outer doors locked it and turned , ran towards the back of the store. I wouldn't have been no more than 5 minutes getting what I needed. It was plenty of time to get what I needed and checked out before they closed. I bet I'll find another place to do my trading at , from now on . And I spent at least $ 200.00. Every time I'd visited this store. What a pity to turn down a good paying customer.

Ive been doing business with tsc for years as a loyal customer .But no more.TSC markets their dog chew toys as non destructible double stitching. Ive bought several different name brands.we have a small chichiuallua and 20 minutes after we return home its ripped into .My issue is ive spent around 500.00 on chew toys in the last 3 months and TSC wont stand behind them if your going market your merchandise as good products at least stand behind themthemtheforhours3 months ive spent a

My husband needed a new pair of boots for work the next morning, because of their later hours...we were able to go in after work and shop for him a pair. The employees were friendly and helpful, they had a great selection and awesome sale prices. We were very satisfied and will definitely shop here again.

Always been a tsc customer, but a young man who works at the Searcy store, named Brandon has me thankful, grateful and spoiled! If he is working, you never have to ASK for help, lifting any heavy feed bags to your cart, or out to your car, need something off the top shelf?- No problem! This young man always has a pleasant attitude, always QUICK to say "Let me get that for you", and so polite!ALL tsc staff is great, but Brandon is my all time favorite! Hope he works there forever! Give him a raise!I recently found myself in the Lowe's parking lot trying to load a 98 lb bag of Portland cement by myself, yelling "If Brandon worked HERE - this bs wouldn't be happening!Great customer service Brandon! Keep it up! You are worth your weight in GOLD!

I normally shop cabot with great customer service, can call and get great service there also. However I have had bad service from Searcy store have been calling for 5 days now and no answer! At this point I no longer care if they have the product in stock I'm just calling to see how long it will possibly take ....today= day 6 with 15 rings!

Very helpful staff and very well stocked on the supplies I needed. We started raising chickens this spring and they have had everything we needed from heat lamps to feeders to even the feed itself. They also carry the supplies to build the chicken coop and chicken run if its needed. I had to build my run from scratch and they had the fencing, the laying boxes, water and feeders that will last a long time.

Good store, very clean and easy layout. What's more, the staff are always very kind and helpful and quite knowledgeable about most things.You can get chicks and ducklings here, but PLEASE do not give them as simple throw away gifts for your kids. If you intend to actually raise them or give them to someone who will, then this is a good place.They have a bit of everything: work wear, chainsaws, welding supplies, feed, tools, some heavy machinery. If you've got a job, this is a good place to start looking for supplies.If they don't have it, they probably know where to find it.

I have yet to not find what I needed here. The staff is often kept busy in the back so finding help is sometimes an issue. And I have had to wait in a long long line more than a handful of times to pay out since they normally only have one register open. But it is my favorite go to place for my animal care.

Nice employees but stuff is always out of stock. They told me they don't order something until it's completely gone but the area for the horse brushes and combs has been empty forever.

Went in today. No one asked if they could help us. Finally we went to the counter. CHRIS was at counter, never greeted us, smiled or even asked what he could help us with just stared at us. We finally told him what we were looking for and he seemed to not care. Told him we saw item we were looking for on their website and was told to go order it off the site. Wow! Very rude and customer service was awful. Never again!

Walked in and was greeted within the first minute by a nice young lady asking if she could help us find anything. She took directly to what we were looking for. We were in and out in a very short time.

I spypoint cameras online. After receiving an email saying ready for pickup, I drove 1 1/2hr to pick up only to find out they didn t have any. I got a sorry . Not a good way to do business! Will not do business again personally or my farm.

Not a bad store for first time being in there could have had more workers for help but I didn't have a issue finding what I needed cause I looked on my own but other than that decent price and easy to find what I needed and it's clean

I was able to order parts here for a brand of fan TSC no longer Carrie's. The store in Batesville would not try to help. The manager would only say we no longer carry that brand. The fifty mile trip was worth it, they went to the previous supplier and identified all needed parts. They then gave me the part numbers and a 800 number for the supplier. The store in Searcy is much more customer friendly.

Always a good experience at TSC. Usually have what I'm after and although their folks stay pretty busy they try to accommodate. Very handy to have around!
