These Owners and Staff ate the BEST EVER I have worked with beginning with an online reservation that was followed up with a call to ms from the Owners. We stayed in touch daily as I was running into a few issues and unable to make the move in date. It was not a problem. They continues to hold my Ground floor 10x20 unit, climate controlled AND Downstairs. They also pro-rated the $50 per month as well as furnished the lock if Needed. They went above and far beyond in customer service. They deserve more than 5 stars and a 10+ if the scale was 1-10!! If you are looking for quality storage and excellent people to work with please reserve with Timberland Park and Storage. They are the best and I know from lots of experience what QUALITY should be. This place and staff are all of that and then some.
