This has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything. Jeff my salesman was easy to talk to. Ernie was so nice doing the paperwork. The showroom had so much to pick from and I got a Honda Rebel 500 and in love with this bike. I will ONLY go to Sunrise for any motorcycle needs

Recently purchased my 2024 z900. As with my last purchase from them it went exceptionally well. They gave me a reasonable trade in value on my overly used bike and worked with me on tradingy my other financed bike and finding the best financing available.Other than the over hour long drive to them they definitely have the best selection of power sports and both times I've purchased something it had been an easy process and get exactly what I wanted. If the need ever arises again for another purchase I will gladly drive the hour one way to see them.

Candice at Sunrise was on point to help us purchase our new RZR. She and all the staff there went out of their way to make the buying experience one of a kind. We walked in right as they were closing, but everyone was still eager to assist us. I even had three different employees of Sunrise ask to help me tie our new rig down even though it was well past their closing time. I highly recommend Candice and her team!

As with most dealers, being deceitful and pushing in a direction they will benefit is the standard....Sunrise doesn't disappoint. They rank right up with there with the rest. My recent purchase was no different and slightly worse than other deals I have made in the past.Would like to add that the Service Dept is one of the most friendly I have come across regardless of vehicle type.

I purchased a new Polaris XP 1000 Crew Texas Edition from Sunrise motorsports. I worked with Keith Rice and Keith walked me right through everything that I needed. He communicated well and was very prompt to answer any questions that I had through text or email. Once that I walked in to purchase my machine it took no more than an hour to get the paperwork done and I was on my way home . Thanks again to Keith Rice in sales there at sunrise Yamaha motorsports.

Candice was great to us!!! She let us look around and test drive different vehicles. She checked us on us frequently, but was not overly pushy like some sales people can be. She helped us through the entire process of purchasing our side by side and checked on us a week after our purchase. Very professional, very cordial, very respectful. HIGHLY recommend her at Sunrise Honda!!

First of all I WILL NEVER ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TOUCH ANY OF MY EQUIPMENT AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!! I had a full service done on my bike back in November all I did was bring it straight home nothing more. I had had a mishap where I broke my ankle so had not ridden it since, all the oil had leaked out so I called them to let them know that I had a leak and was told that I would have to pay to have someone to tow it there. I also was told that it may not be their fault but when a friend came over the bolts were not even tightened ,now I understand that sometimes they will rattle loose but I've never come across one that would loosen that much. When I brought the bike in to begin with I'm hit with "well I can't guarantee price on oil services because something else could be wrong with it other than and could run thousands of dollars".so I get a call while they have it same guy telling me it needs new gasket s but again couldn't guarantee a price still could be up in the thousands better off to sell my bike. When I went up there to get clarification he started in on how it could be as much as a thousand or more right then the machinic walked out saying it was only the gaskets. Well even though I have tightened the screws it still has a small leak and one of the gadgets on the tail pipe is still leaking and I'm afraid to bring it up there as they may charge me a arm and a leg for them to fix their mistakes and buying 3 quarts of oil is not cheap. My advice is stay far away from this place. If I could I would give them a zero!!!!

This review is only for Service Department on the Suzuki/Yamaha/Polaris side.I brought my new GSX-R750 in for service, exhaust installation, a power cutting problem, and a suspension adjustment knob that was sunk much deeper than the other three into the clip-ons. The running problem is subtle and can only be felt at constant highway speeds on a decent highway after it's reached full operating temp. It's terrible to drive the bike when the problem can be felt. While the feeling is masked by bumps and accelerations, there's no reason to believe that the power and stability aren't being negatively affected. At steady speed, good highway, my body is quickly jerked back and forth due to the cutout. A very big deal.Despite doing the exhaust and service in less than 3 -1/2 hours after I dropped it off, they had the bike for two months. Once during that time, they called and said the "mechanic" could not replicate the problem (under conditions that didn't match any of the conditions I described for them when I dropped it off). When she also said that the mechanic wanted to know what gasoline I use, I knew that I'd taken the bike to the wrong place. I should have just picked it up then. I re-explained, but they never tried replicating it. Since they couldn't verify that I wasn't lying about it, they didn't bother diagnosing it. I picked it up today with the same two problems it had when I dropped it off two months prior. As a kicker, they were going to charge me $1050. I was still a little shocked at the insanely low skill level of their mechanics and the department's poor internal communication, but thankfully I realized that was almost double what it should have been and so was charged the appropriate $650.I'm sure they can change oil pretty well, but if something is wrong with your bike, especially if the bike's computer doesn't tell them what to do, don't bring it here if you want it fixed. I would pay to ship my bike cross-country to a skilled mechanic before I would visit this joke of a shop.Update: One item I asked them to look at was one of four damping adjusters on top of the forks, right compression specifically. I had the two compression adjusting screws turned out ~5 revolutions and seemed to work ok on the slightly bumpier roads around me. The problem was that the adjuster in question is visibly much lower into the clip-ons than the other three. I'm not sure that it affects function, but I am sure that Suzuki didn't decide to sink one of the screws and leave the other three roughly flush. I'm also sure that I need to be sure it's good when I'm riding the bike like it likes to be ridden. The bike has 860 miles on it. The adjuster being incorrectly installed, or broken, or just fine (but positioned differently) is a craftmanship deal which is a warrantable item. Instead of fixing under warranty what is quickly and easily identified as incorrect using nothing but eyesight, these idiots just turned that adjuster ~4 - 1/2 turns in (a half turn from full stiff). To their immense credit, the adjuster was then sort of flush. Riding it that way felt terrible everywhere, but it was flush. To me, that says it all. Those that ride these bikes will understand. If you want your high-performance bike to be worked on by people that have no idea what the bike's systems even do, that's your decision, but I'd sure recommend against it.I'll be contacting Suzuki USA about this service center. Their "mechanics" will hurt someone someday.

Guys are always competitive with pricing and selection and I will happily continue to do business with them. Have bought several machines from them now, and they are always willing to go above and beyond with making sure you get what you want and are happy with it. Great, personable staff who are always eager and quick to respond to any questions you may have before the purchase. Highly recommend. 5 stars

I have done business with these people on numerous occasions. From buying equipment to selling equipment to buying merchandise. These are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people you will ever meet. The folks I have worked with up there have been completely immersed in their craft and it is refreshing.

I would never recommend buying a used motorcycle from them. I purchased a used bike from them, 2 days after the bike quit I contacted them they came to Little Rock and picked the motorcycle up and fixed it (so I thought)but I had to pay for it and the service manager kept saying it's a machine and how they go through every used vehicle.. to make a long story short they rigged up the solenoid on the bike and when I checked the fluids on it the radiator and reservoir was full of stop leak and the slave cylinder was shot.
