This is a long review because I have been buying bikes from Sunrise Honda since 2008.I love Sunrise Honda in Searcy, Arkansas! I have been riding for more than 45 years and Sunrise is by far the best dealership I have had the pleasure to know. So far, I ve bought five bikes from them, including three gold wings (2008, 2012, 2018) Every transaction was friendly, low pressure, professional, and moved at the pace that I wanted it to move. Over the years I have met many great people at Sunrise! Right now, Greg is my main salesman!When I buy a bike for my daughter next year (Med school graduation), he will be our sales person!! He is awesome if you re looking to buy a new motorcycle, go see Greg. My old salesman, Bryan, is now the general manager! He is freaking awesome too! As a matter fact, everybody there is amazing! I have no idea how they assembled such a great team of so many cool people!The reason I m writing this review is after six years, a check engine light illuminated on my 2018 Goldwing s dashboard. When I called Sunrise to get an appointment with them, they told me that they would squeeze me in the next day to do the diagnostic on it Who does that these days? Sunrise Honda does! When I took my bike in for service I met Chase and Bryce for the first time! They were young, but totally professional and turned out to be awesome to work with. Within 15 minutes of giving them my keys Jayson (my Mechanic) showed up and started asking me questions about my bike and what I was doing right before the light came on! I told him very high speeds on the highway But I wasn t speeding ! Next thing I knew he was gone and so was the bike! When I went back inside, Sondra was there! She has been the service manager there for a long time and she knows how to run a service department! She is also the primary organizer running a 100+ bike escort for the opening ceremonies of our local special Olympics! Yes, she is freaking awesome! One hour later, Jason found me and asked me if my battery had gotten low or died in the recent past. Yes it had! He told me the low battery triggered a bunch of sensors which triggered the light on the dash and that nothing was wrong with my bike Except my failure to maintain my battery! . It was a hilarious moment But more importantly, he didn t try to upsell me, rip me off, BS me on anything He basically said, I reset everything and you are good to go!When I finished with new bikes and service department I headed over to see my friend Dustin in the used bike department. He is such a good dude! He sold me the bike My daughter is currently riding! I did make one observation when I was looking at the used bikes They are the cleanest used bikes on the planet! When I mentioned it to Dustin He said nobody wants to buy a dirty bike so we make sure , they don t! Anyway, I wrote this review because I really really really love what they are doing up at Sunrise Honda! Sunrise Honda is the friendliest dealership I have ever been to. They are friendly and courteous. Sunrise Honda pays attention to detail and their communication is excellent. They offer the best prices and there were no hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend Sunrise Honda to anyone who is looking for a powersports product new or used. They work hard to earn your business.

The associates that helped me (Jay Justin & K.B.) were extremely outgoing and helpful in making my purchase. Throughout the process they were straightforward and honest with me the whole time, and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchases. They were sure to give me ample time and information to make the best possible decision! It was an overall positive experience and would absolutely recommend their service

I didn't actually end up buying from them but they were a pleasure to deal with....very fair and honest. I was looking at a bike on the internet and compared to a lot of other dealerships on cycle trader, the sales staff were straightforward.

No customer service at all. I struggled to unstrap and unload our side by side for warranty work and 6 different men walked by and never even offered to help. The bald salesman that was on the lot couldn t stop cursing within 20 feet of me and when I spoke up, he addressed me as darlin. The self identified manager Brian Carson approached my vehicle after I was done and in my car to defend their lack of helping me but couldn t bother to help when I was struggling with straps and tie downs.He then tried to make me take my Honda with me and deny my warranty work. When I asked if he wanted to call Honda with me, he changed his tune.Would not recommend. Not a Karen .just sick of poor customer service.

We bought a SXS in 2018. The buying experience was great. The service has been awful. Rude. Today Ashley who works the front counter was very rude. For the last time will I put up with that. After reaching out to my friends about this I was not surprised so many have had similar experiences. Making our last payment and was going to buy another but not from them. The list added the cleaning fee that she so sarcastically snarked that started the whole bad experience to begin with. I m picking my SXS tomorrow and they re now a Sunset , no longer Sunrise in my book. When they re so many wonderful places to go why choose a place that allows this ? Spend your hard earned money with someone who deserves it. Customer service is not hard. It is for them apparently!

2/16/24: Honda placed a STOP ORDER ON ALL GOLD WINGS SALES UNTIL AT LEAST END OF APRIL 2024. DON T BUY!!!I had a verbal agreement with salesman named Greg, but their management refused a cashier s check acceptance that I would have FedEx d from either of my banks: JP MORGAN CHASE or 5/3rd Bank. ThIs would have been after a CC deposit/earnest money. (He said they received a bad cashier s check before.) So f ing what? A CHASE cashier s check will clear in 1-2 days, and I can include a certified letter. You can t even sell your motorcycle for 2.5 months???AND WHY NOT WIRE FUNDS - CAUSE SO DANGEROUS. I have had a bad experience with a vendor giving the wrong/outdated information.AND, If one person in the process types-in a wrong number - possibly to another account - you could lose all your money

"I started an internet search for a 2023 HONDA PIONEER 1000-5 and after shopping several different dealers I made the choice to go with SUNRISE HONDA in Searcy, Ar. Absolutely the BEST decision I could have made. I knew the drive would be 5 hours ONE WAY but Cody, at SUNRISE HONDA, made every minute of traveling worth it! Cody s Honda, trail, must have accessory, and customer knowledge was on point. No frills, no problem and no pressure. Awesome sales associates!! Justin and kieth couldn t have done any better they hooked me up on a nice rig got me in and out in 25-30 minutes. If you need an atv side by side or trail bike they are they guys to shout at!!

Always a pleasure doing business with this crew. Saved me thousands and couldn't be happier with my machine. They even went so far as to allow me to enjoy the bike over the weekend before loading up for the trip back home. Give these guys/gals a shout and let them earn your business. You won't be disappointed 5 stars.

Went on a saturday morning to purchase a new Rancher! Sales was well informed, and had the process streamlined. They have access to a large field next door to go and try out what you might want to purchase, and are really laid back on testing out the equipment. they also have several other facilities at the location including a gun store, archery counter and boats!

"Stopped in on the off chance I might find a helmet to fit me (hard-to-find helmet size). This shop doesn't deal in my type of motorcycle or rider very much, but they went out of their way and bent over backwards to help me find a helmet that worked for me, and were successful. I was so suprised they would be so helpful to an old fat Harley guy who most likely wouldn't even be coming in for parts or other things again that I went ahead and got the other accessories I needed (charger, emergency light, phone holder, etc.) from them as well. The helmet they sold me is absolutely perfect. After that visit I emailed them to thank them and asked a technical question and they got right on finding the answer for me. When I was young, motorcyclists of all types were tighter than they are nowadays. I once had a grizzled old chopper builder just reach into his used parts bin and give me a stock Harley muffler that he thought might fit my Japanese motorcycle just because I needed one to keep on riding that week. It worked perfectly and I stayed out on the road on two wheels. It was all about the ride, and helping riders. This shop embodies that spirit. Harley dealers don't even do this anymore, and no Harley shop would have helped me as much as they did. It's good to know that there's a place I can go like this right here in the town where I live. Five Stars well earned."

Salesman lied multiple times while attempting to purchase a Harley. Then he ran my credit after I told him I was no longer interested and was not present nor gave my permission to do so. BEWARE!

Excellent service. Great sales rep, Greg. Took all kinds of time to show us new and previously owned UTVs. He took his time to show us all the extras. I was given an honest trade in value for my trade. Service mngr. Bryan added top of the line rear view mirror. We were given a great finance percentage rate. After all the paperwork was complete and we were ready to load our new Pioneer 1000 on my cargo trailer, we discovered that the cargo trailer roof was not tall enough to load the UTV. They told me it was no problem. The loaded the Pioneer on one of their open trailers and followed me home 60 miles away. No hesitation. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Sunrise Honda and Greg for your next purchase.

This 2nd side by side by side from here, there was reason I came back for another 4x4... Corey was so easy to work with, showing several different bikes, finally bringing in Bryan which was an awesome guy to work with... ALL of our needs was met, after hours of explaining the different bikes & options we fit what we needed... No more... NO LESS thanks again

When I called the day before, Emily, told me it s $112 to buy a dirt bike tire. She went on and said if I purchased the tire from here, they would put it on for free. I made a 2 hour trip with $150 in pocket got there gave them the tire and she said the final price was $213. Now most of the employees was friendly but if I wasn t with someone who could have helped me finish the pay now what would I have done? Definitely need to warn people over before hand of this extra pay.

Sold me a bike with 585 miles on it brake rotors were shot. ( my fault not checking, have pics the day I bought it and zoom in they were shot rotors) asked 2 sale people the background on it, said they didn t have none. The person that did my paperwork after I sign the last line said that s my old bike it s a good on .it s been a wrecked bike before I bought it. I ll bit the bullet just hope I save someone!

Justin was great. Had everything lined out so when I got there it was less time. Mario was my finance guy. He was super easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys for your service needs. Will be back again for sure
