So I took my car to Southern Tire in Searcy AR to get new tires. I also told them the car was shaking when you pressed the brakes and the guy said okay I ll change the rotors and brakes I said that s fine. $2,800 dollars later I get new tires but the car still shakes. No problem it happens so I took it back but this time they jacked my car all up so bad it had to be towed from Southern Tire to the dealer and that s not the issue the issue is the guy lied and said the car came in with a light on and is leaving with a light on. Well let me give you some future advice BMW can download a car via Satellite. That light was NOT on. The tow hook plate in the front was missing when tow truck came to pick up (it was on prior to arrival) and dealer informed us that YOU never hooked up the rear brakes that s right no rear brakes. In the future admit you messed up order a tow truck and get it sent to the dealer had you done that I wouldn t be spending my time writing this review. Instead of just pawning the problem off to a paying customer. I fully understand things happen and don t go to plan sometimes. But this is just neglect.

Very friendly guys! Came and aired up my flat where I was stranded at had me follow to the shop where it was nice cool and clean in the waiting area and so was the restroom. And I could not believe how reasonable the bill was, I was totally surprised how cheap it was! I would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service!

Claimed they did a tire alignment. If they did it only took 15 minutes. However, the manager said it takes an hour and then started back peddling that it can only take 15 to 20 minutes. He said he could pull up the camera. When I asked him to do so, he said I will not! I told him he was the one that mentioned it, he still refused! Manger said it didn t matter if it had been done or not. The paper work showed it had been done. I said, it does matter because you are going to charge me for it! He said, yes, I am! Very rude manager, his name was Dan Draper.All he had to do was show me the video that they did have it on the rack but he absolutely refused. Even though it was his idea in the first place!

Brought my RV in after an exciting night of changing a flat in the dark and the realizing I needed 2 additional tires. So, next morning, was a "drive-in" appointment to fix 3 tires and the guys are AMAZING!!!! Excellent customer service. Spoke and treated me like I was worth their time (unlike the place down the road where I took the RV first, but that's ok). Seriously, just come to these guys first for your tire needs. Don't waste your time with the first tire people in the "Google Search". Southern Tire has great service and reasonable prices. AND, I didn't have to hear the song-and-dance of "oh, we're going to have to order that tire..blah, blah, blah". Great job guys!!! Thanks for being awesome!

This is the best tire shop in town! Always friendly Staff, and fair prices, and treatment! Joey or Jim always tries to get you the best price and fair, price they can on tires, or what ever your Truck, Suv, or Car needs! Thanks for all y all do!

When we dropped the car off the guy at the counter was fine but when we picked up and payed, the lady was not polite or friendly. She did not answer the two questions we asked and was rude in my opinion. It showed me that one employee with a horrible attitude can affect the customers entire experience. Not going back or recommending to others.

I've never had a problem with STM Searcy. Great customer service. A really good selection of tires with decent prices. Been with them for years and 3 of my vehicles have their tires with annual alignments. Check it out!

Just tried to scam me out of two tires. Was told they would be changed. I watch red the whole time and if I didn t mention they didn t do the whole job it would not have gotten done. Make sure you watch these guys. Scammers

When I had my car sent for alignment I had new parts put on. Instead of stating something was wrong they tried to align my car and then called to tell me there was an issue on the driver side. Never once was anything said about my passenger side. 1 week to the day after it comes out my passenger wheel disconnected from my rack and pinion causing me to lose control of my car. Everything besides the rack and pinion was good but they tried to align anyways and took my money and my wheel fell off on the opposite side they said was wrong. Their procedure is to make sure everything is tight before working on it. Why is my driver side noted but my passenger side falls off. Hmm. Incompetent and inconsiderate of others lives.

Great service! We were in and out as fast as you can be when having 8 tires replaced. They were very nice. We asked lots of questions (we re new super c owners) and they were very knowledgable.

Good prices and they are NOT demeaning or snarky to women how have little vehicle knowledge. I live an hour away and make the drive to be treated nicely... if you could bleach the bathroom through that would be lovely

Always excellent service, friendly employees. Just had a baby less then a month ago and reaching my tires to check air pressure became to difficult to accomplish on my own but the guys here had no problems doing it for me... Always quickly, never a complaint and never a charge

Passing through town on an early, rainy Saturday morning, with a low tire light. Called them when they opened to see if they could check my tire, bc I still had 3 hours on my trip. They told me to bring it in. I was worried when I arrived bc the parking lot was full, as was the waiting room. But when I finally took my turn to give them my keys and let them know what I needed... The gentleman remembered I had called first thing when they had opened (I arrived about 15 min later), he got me right back. Checked and aired all the tires (thankfully none had a leak ). And he sent me on my way, at NO CHARGE!If I lived in the area, I couldn't see using anyone else... Totally explains why their parking lot was full. Excellent service!

Very good service. However. There prices fluctuate so much it s hard to get the motivation to go there unless I m driving by. For example. On 09/19/19 I bought 14 pky tire for 71$ each. On 10/02/19 same tire. 110$ each. Smh really? Never again tho.! U don t value ur customers or u would be consistent with ur prices.Ark Ridge transport LLC.

They were so nice!!! We are from Borger, Texas and here in Searcy, as of last night, for business. Our car started making terrible noises shortly after arriving.Took our car this am to get checked out. They drove it to listen to it and decided it would be safe enough to drive until we were back home Friday, even making stops in Bedford and Lubbock Texas on the way.They checked it out and did not charge us anything.

Came in for mount and balance. Referred by Jose. But a different guy helped me out. I forgot his name but he was a Hispanic guy that went above and beyond making sure not to scratch the brand new rims. The other workers were too busy slight attitude and you can tell they didn't have much "people skills" other than that, A+ I usually get this kind of level of service from my relative kin owned shop.
