My husband and I bought a Ford F250 4WD recently from here. We drove four hours from Springfield,MO to get it. They were kind enough to hold the truck for a few days until we arrived to see it. We drove it and loved it. I can t say enough good things about these guys. They are quick to respond to questions. They are some of the nicest people we have met. I honestly can t believe we found the truck we got for the price. If you are looking for quality AND price you HAVE to come here! Next time we are in the market for another vehicle we will come here first!

Wonderful experience Very professional dealings. Glenn was open and honest with us about the history of all the vehicles on his lot and he even stayed late to help us make the purchase as we drove from two hours away to buy the truck. His mechanics were very helpful and courteous by allowing us to check out the trucks for ourselves and offering up help along the way. We will definitely be referring others to him and be shopping from him ourselves in the future! Thank you for. Professional experience!

I have bought multiple trucks from Glenn and know several others that have bought from him as well. Wide variety of inventory and wide range of prices. Would not hesitate to buy from him have had nothing but friendly and helpful service and great vehicles that I've had absolutely no major issues out of after years of ownership. So stop by and form your own opinion. You wont be sorry

We just bought an 07 Dodge Ram 1500 from Sims and I think we got a great truck for the price! Him, his son, and the mechanics went out of their way to show us the vechile and get all of the paperwork done so we could purchase the truck in the morning. They stayed an hour after they closed just to help us and we are super appreciative! So far no mechanical issues and we are very pleased with the truck. We will definitely be repeat customers! I highly recommend if you need a great truck for a great price.

Very disappointed in our experience. My husband was shown a vehicle that was being prepared for sale and told to return at 9am the next morning to test drive the vehicle. We did (we live an hour away), and we told when we arrived that while getting the vehicle ready, the mechanic had made a mistake an broke a part that would have to be fixed to test drive it. He said that the owner would go get the part and he could have it repaired within 3 hours. The owner told his father (who runs the front desk) over the phone that we would have to put down a cash deposit in order for this to happen. We waited until lunchtime to call and see if it was ready and was told that they still did not have the part. They finally were able to get it in around 3pm. After the part was installed, the mechanic and my husband went on a test drive. It was a nice vehicle and we had the cash to buy it, but we discovered that the engine had blow by. My husband went in to tell the owner this and was treated very rudely, told that every diesel engine had blow by (if this is the case with their trucks, then I would be cautious of buying them), and very rudely returned his money. I had already referred someone else to purchase a truck there but called them and let them know not to go there. While I was there I also witnessed another customer being told that only the owner could give him the price of a vehicle, but the owner was on the phone. The customer had a family emergency and had to leave, but left his phone number for the owner to call. When the owner was told this he said, "I don't call people, he'll just have to come back if he is interested." Very poor and condescending attitude.

Great customer service!!! We are very happy with the truck we bought from them today!!!! Great price for an awesome truck!!! weve looked for months for a decent used truck and they have exactly what we were looking for!!! Will do business again with them!

Being on the hunt for a specific truck can be exhausting but I couldn't be more thankful for finding Sims Auto! We took the 2 hr drive from Memphis with confidence that we would not only find what we were looking for, but also be in good hands. The honesty and transparency from the start of the process is beyond appreciated to know exactly what we were getting and how we would be getting it. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. If you are looking for quality wholesale trucks from an honest hard working team....you won't be disappointed here!

Purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon all the way from Pa,.Glenn was very prompt and communication was A+. I highly recommend this place for wholesale vehicles. Truly a blessing.

Gave him a deposit for a truck that was completely different than what the picture showed. It wouldn't crank, wouldn't make it down the road two miles transmission completely shot, 4 wheel drive would not work. Now won't give me my deposit back these guys are cons. They totally deceived and misrepresented. Buyer beware of their deceptive practices.Still has not refund my money after months of shameful reviews from me and others with bad experiences, I would not call that a christian.

Drove 3 hrs to look at a truck walked the whole lot no one helped us. Found the truck I was wanting too look at and it had the a hole cut in the floor of the bed from fender to fender

I was given really poor service. After waiting all day, the part was not replaced that I was told would be. They wanted a deposit to test drive the vehicle. Then when I found mechanical problems with the truck, they growled, give him his money back.... rather rudely. A day from 8-5 wasted, for some of the worst customer service I have ever seen from a dealership. Will not be a customer in the future.

Great customer service no pressure buying. I probably test drove 6 trucks and a couple more than once. Left with just what I was looking for, and will be back next time. They made sure to answer any questions and that any concerns I had were takin care of.

Very friendly and willing to work with you on buying a used vehicle. I will recommend Sims Auto to my friends and family. The owner keeps his word and to me that is something that is rare especially in car lots.

I'm not saying everyone will have the same opinion but, everything they have comes from auctions of course but also has tons of miles for a high price and when i went to look at some diesel trucks, well,, 4 that i crawled under were soaked with oil leakage... So that tells me they just buy cheap at auction and do nothing to them but sell at high street price...

They will take your money and will not refund you right after telling you they are good christian folks. Wolf in sheep clothes. Stay as far way from them as possible.
