Good, reliable auto body shop that isn't widely known but should be sought out, especially if service is needed quickly instead of waiting on a long list.

Hit a deer. After it was fixed, I had coolant leaks that I didn t have before the accident. Wofford told me to have it looked at by a mechanic instead of trying to get a supplement to fix it, and that caused the insurance company to get an engineer to come up with an excuse not to total the vehicle after doing 8k in repairs. Going on 4k worth of repairs since January on parts either replaced or connected to the parts that were replaced. New owners supposedly but the same bad service. The Condenser is the most recent part that has gone out, but Patrick won t return calls or do what needs to be done to get the part. Sounds good on the phone but all talk!

They had our truck for 6 months and it s still messed up. They also left a random key in our truck, no telling what vehicle it goes to that s at their shop. The owner has blocked my number and i m not sure why. Good luck.Insurance fraud.

Took my truck to Wolfords in January after (not my fault)T-Boning someone that ran a stop sign. It took Wolfords 8 weeks to finish my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back I became aware of what took so long. In the bed of my truck were beer cans. So the two possibilities that I can think of are 1. Someone at Wolfords was using my truck for personal use, which included consuming alcohol or 2. Wolfords allows their employees to consume alcohol on the job. Neither option is great. Either way, I was upset with how long the job took and was put out of ease that there were beer cans in the back of my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my car was hit not my fault. I brought my car here with insurance check in hand. Micheal wolford told me not to worry my car would be fixed. After having my car a week they told me to come pick it up.The damage to my car was the front . Body lines did not match up. Messed up bumper cover and tried tohide it under a plastic front license plate. My car didn't even have one. The hood they got to replace mine was two years older. And look to have had hail damage and they just tried to paint over it. It looked really bad. My car had over spray all over it.so when I asked about it they told me just to bring it back and they would fix it. So another week my car is in shop so to pick it up. They did fix some but body lines don't match. Paint job is bad. The owner Micheal wolford has yet tried to make things better. Instead he wont it talk to me about it. Plus they charged insurance company another 2500.00 for fixing their own mistake. Rip off do not useServices: Painting, Body & Trim

After my accident I had to go around to get estimates, you know if you ever had one, I found out,, My first. Wolford Auto Body I will say are real people, they took the time to understood my situation and worked with me. During the whole process I knew what was going on with my car, they actually called thru out the process with up dates. I am a little old fashioned and in today's world alot of things have gotten lost with everything going on. I am more than pleased with work on my car, it honestly looks good. I wouldn't bother to write this review if I wasn't 100% pleased.Thank youDoug Underwood

Great customer service! They completed the work on my car and even touched up a couple extra spots with a sealant to prevent body rust. It all looks very nice!

I love this place. I use Wolfords for any auto work on my car. I refuse to go to a dealership. Wolfords gets me in and out in a hr or 2 and they have the best prices in Searcy.
