When we needed them the most they was there to help. Our Toyota could not have been in better hands. The workers are very compassionate and understanding.

Perhaps you might do good buying a mower or a weed eater here, but for auto sales? Stay far away!!! They charge twice the value of any vehicle, and they want weekly payments. Better hope it doesn't break down while you are struggling to make the sky-high weekly payments! The owner Charles asks nosy questions about your job and income, and then decides he will make you do weekly payments GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT.....I don't know if this place is associated with the Rock House restaurant here in Searcy, but if it is, then they just lost a faithful patron of that establishment as well...the owner should be ashamed of his business practices. And I hope they see this review!

I bought a mower from this dealership and when it broke down they could not fix it due to parts I had to pick it up weeks later and carry it to Beebe to another dealership to have it repaired and they had it fixed the next day rock auto never contact me telling me of their issues with parts so it's sat there for approximately 4 weeks.

I wanted to look at the spartan mower. They are nice. They have new boats for hunting or fishing. Also sales used cars and trucks and other brands of mowers.
