I called asking for the road service guy to come out to my house and look at my truck to see if there computer was telling them something i couldn t figure out. He told me $125 service call & $100 an hour. I agreed. Communicated clearly the current issue. They come out and spend 3 hours diagnosing and everything and send me a bill for $630 saying we don t know the issue but get it towed to our shop and they would figure it out. After arguing the incompetents they told me $500 would cover it. when they beat me down to pay them immediately after the job.A company down the road same mileage away as Roadmasters towed my truck to their shop and fixed the issue and had me back on the road in one day for $220. I then called and showed Roadmasters the invoice to try to get some reimbursement and they won t return any calls or text. I feel it s a lack of experience & hiring whoever they can to turn a wrench. Which then puts a bad face on your company when they aren t trained right. Very disappointing I ve known the owner for 10 years. I can truly say I feel I got robbed. Now I m out $500 for absolutely no reason. Thanks RoadMasters for stealing my money.

Went for driver side air brakes leak and washer fluid motor replacement. Air brakes were not fixed and ended with coolant leaks, oil leaks. I understand the mechanic was raw and I don't recommend at all

We were driving through on the snow and ice and the tire pressure dropped. Pulled into Loves and tried to air it up myself but the pump malfunctioned. Roadmaster was open so we drove across the street. Very helpful and kind folks. Got the tires fixed up and got us back on the road.

I received fast and professional service with the staff at Roadmaster.Their hours are:Monday - Friday 7am to 5pmSaturday 8am to NOONSunday CLOSEDI came in on a Saturday, when they only had a couple of people working, yet they still treated me as if it were a normal weekday.I needed service on my 2013 Coachman Leprechaun. They changed my oil, checked my tire wear and pressure, inspected my breaks and checked all the fluids and filters. They even called O'Reilly auto parts and had them deliver the proper filter in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Roadmaster Service Center if you want quality work with courteous and professional staff.

I came into the store to get my window pushed up for safety and for the rain and they destroyed my window charge me $80 then when I went back up there to show them what they had done they said I can fix it for you but it ll be another $80. Worst customer service and a terrible at their job. They put cardboard in my window for $80.

The guy at the counter told me they would have it done in one day. I go there the next day they never even pulled it in the bay. They never called me. They kind of left at me when I came to pick it up. Go somewhere else where you can get service and respect. It's worth it.

Got me in the door 30 minutes after I showed up. Did the job for $1000 less than TA and faster with better quality. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area.

Had my truck hauled to them was quoted 10,960.00 for bad diff. had the truck towed to a different shop that said it didn't look like it was opened to inspect. long story short the nut fell off the yoke that's why it quit moving cost less than thousand dollar's. called owner was very rude and didn't care to hear me. be aware these guys our thief's.

Hmmm....wow. We had Roadmaster do some work a couple of years ago and had a major failure because of their work. We thought we would give them a try again with a small project. We felt the need to "supervise" the work. I'm glad we did. We noticed the tech using old bushings instead of the new ones that came with the part. That was only a part of the questionable service we saw. At the time of settling the bill, we reviewed the invoice and noticed a difference from what was quoted. After we decided to pay, Trey, the manager, told us that if we were not happy with their service, then don't come back. I guess that customer service we received sealed the deal for not having any more work done there.

Broke my Tie Rod coming into Lonoke Truck Stop. Called several places (4 pm on a Friday). Nobody wanted to be bothered. Landed on Roadmaster who cheerfully stepped up to the plate.Justin, the mech who responded to our situation was on several road service calls before our turn. He kept communicating and updating (unlike a lot of places where you just sit and wonder if they forgot about you). Justin picked up the part on the way, and when he arrived, got right down to business. Very cheerful and understanding of our plight. True professional. Made sure the job was done RIGHT before even thinking of calling it a day. The issue revealed 2 other problems related to the failure. He pointed these out, and gave his professional opinion on the course of action needed to resolve in the near future. Unlike other shops, he didn't try to "Milk" the job for billable hours, and completed the task efficiently and with skill.Hoping I never have to call someone anytime soon, I'm CERTAIN that, should the need arise, Roadmaster is on speed dial.Thanks folks!

I call for service call to get a steer tire to get replaced and that brought the wrong size tire and that blame me for it and there inpack didn't work had to go back to get different one and over charger highway robbery with this guys

Awesome place. Very fast service, highly knowledgeable staff. Their shop is the cleanest I've ever been in. They were doing a full Detroit overhaul, axels on a camper, fuel system on a dodge ram, and more, the floors were so clean you could eat of it. Tools, mostly Snapon, were cleaned and laid out neatly or put up. I was shocked at the quality of their shop. Highly recommend them for anything you may need.

Probably the best service I have ever got.I understand it was the holiday weekend and most truck repair shops were closed for repair the earliest appointment I could get was the day after labour day and I needed to leave fast but the great service. hard work and knowledge base they have made me feel worth waiting for them to get to me.Justin Free was very knowledge while other mechanics were scaring me of the worst he came by boom boom boom!Already knew what my problem.I would recommend you guys to anyone passing by Arkansas n needs his truck fixed.Thank you guys I really appreciated your assistance.

I m a full time RV er that had a 12:00pm appointment for my class A motor home to check the transmission and look for a bad ground. I told them that I had food in the freezer and refrigerator and they said that isn t a problem and that they have shore power to plug it into the shop to keep the refrigerator running. I dropped it off at 10am and it sat in the parking lot, unplugged until 3:30pm. At that point they brought it in and checked fuses, plugged in the scanner, and checked the transmission fluid until 5:00pm. They found water in the transmission fluid and advised me that they could flush it for about $700 in which I declined due to the food in my fridge already getting hot and it being 5:00pm.At the end of the day I sat there for 4 hours, they charged me $250, and it left in the exact same condition it came in, except that now I ll have to go buy food for my refrigerator.I was hoping they would be the solution to my problem but instead my time and money has been wasted. I have nothing against the technicians, they actually referred me to a transmission shop that wouldn t waste my time, but I will not be using roadmaster again, especially after a $250 bill for 1.5 hours of distracted labor:/The bad ground issue was also never investigated.Service: Transmission

6 STARS* Exceeded all my expectations. �I didn't know Roadmaster worked on smaller cars, trucks and RVs. �The shop is connected to a new parts store so everything you need is right there.I'm ASE certified, retired professional engine builder/mechanic and very picky about details. �I only write reviews when it is worthy of my time.I had Roadmaster replace some suspension parts on my 1 ton truck. �Unlike most customers I check all work I farm out to include torque, clips, screws and fluid levels if they are part of the service I have requested. �My experience from this visit was a step beyond most automotive work done today. �They marked all bolts after proper torque and the installation work was clean and near perfection as it gets. �No hammer marks or witness marks from wrong tools. �They did it the right way using proper pullers and press equipment that doesn't damage parts. �It doesn't get any better than that.It was easy to speak with the service manager and explain what I wanted done without confusion. �They are providing more than friendly conversation. �It's an understanding of people providing service you can trust will be done right. �They have earned my future repair work and that is not easy to accomplish.I hope this helps others discover this trusted repair, parts and service as this is how it should be.6 STARS* �from a perfectionist is no easy task.

I called Them and asked the price for tire , they told me 400 with everything and when I came to replace , it became 520 even I asked about the price on the phone twice

10 stars. Polite and professional from the 1st minute they answered. I called on the spot and they said yea we can make time for you I drove an hour up to them and they got me in a bay within 30mins despite being super busy and fixed my issue!! Had a fifth wheel issue and they were super quick and knowledgeable about it. They even showed me how to fix it in my own incase I couldn t get to a shop. Take ur business here even if it s small or big problems. They got you

Roadmaster Service Center is the place to go! Harrison was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Harrison as well as the rest of the staff did everything possible to ensure my truck was repaired quickly and as cheaply as possible. If you are looking for a place to take care of your needs quickly with top notch professional service this is the place you want to come.
