Took my car in for some recalls, came back scuffed up and with interior trim panels not fully attached. Claimed to have never touched the areas that were messed up and refused to do anything to fix it.If you hire me to mow your lawn and afterwards you point out that the edge of your flower bed is messed up. If I say all I did is mow your lawn, I didn't touch your flower bed. You might not be able to make me fix your flower bed because you can't fully prove I messed it up, but you definitely wouldn't hire me to mow your lawn again.

Had a difficult issue with a truck. It was handled completely professionally and with the utmost respect and courtesy. Highly recommend.
