Our salesman Ryan was fantastic to work with. He explained everything very thoroughly and worked hard on our deal to get our business. Luke was also fantastic to work with in the finance department. He was low key no pressure about everything and very nice. The experience was amazing and very fast paced in and out buying a New Bronco in less than 3 hours. Thank you all so much for staying late and getting the deal done fast!

Worst ever. I was talked to like a dog, when I simply asked my salesman if I could chat real fast. Just wanted to see about check they owed me. Once I bought new vehicle the customer service was over. Ryan Harness. Was so rude and nasty to me and my wife. Find out that Tom Harness was his dad. When I tried to correct the issue I got gained up on. Never ever again would go there or recommend there to anyone

The service department is great. Straight up pricing and great communication. They even gave me a ride to and from my house since they had my truck.I got my truck back about as fast as I could have hoped for and 4000 miles later and my truck is still running perfectly. If I have another issue and I'm anywhere close, my truck will end up back at Riser Harness Ford for repairs.

Overall I had a great experience. Friendly staff, the schedule was as prompt as could be given the circumstances of the warranty issue my truck had, and most importantly my truck is fixed and has remained fixed after leaving the lot. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, is the looming wonder of if my truck ended up leaving the lot overnight to go home with the technician, which opens up a slew of potential liabilities and worries for both parties. The reason I say this, is my truck was spotted by family and people I know at a local breakfast place between 7 and 7:30AM that we are all commonly at. So they thought it was me until I said no I didn t pick up my truck until 8:30-9AM. I hope people s vehicles aren t going off the lot overnight, allowing the potential for unnecessary risks to customers vehicles and liability. I hope it was a test drive the morning of to ensure the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup and the turnaround point was our common breakfast spot; unless they get started way before business hours, then my truck may have been driven by the breakfast joint coming from the technician s personal residence. Since my home and work place is so close to that area, it s just crazy how small the world is.

They serviced my truck really fast! While checking on what I thought was the problem, they found another problem. They proceeded to check to see if warranty would cover the situation. They contacted me a couple days later with the good news and an appointment date to fix problem. Great service!

On December 6, 2023, Zach Cross, sold a Bronco, 2023, to me and was excellent at sharing the driving information and teaching me how to operate this updated vehicle. He was great at getting an affordable payment and interest rate for me. I felt comfortable and offered me a good trade if I wanted, and even though I had trouble letting go of my old car he made me feel more confident. I must admit I had some fears about buying a new car, but he could see that, and made me feel comfortable and less apprehensive. Thank you, Zac, for your help and I am loving this car! First Ford buyer here!I was already overwhelmed and burnt out from car shopping. We went to a few dealerships: ORR Chevy, Mclarty Toyota in Sherwood, and Ford in Cabot. So when Mr. Cross starting approaching me and my husband when looking at a Ford Bronco Sport I was hesitant to talk to anyone else. However, he wasn t pushy, he knew his stuff! Explained even the small details of the Bronco and had me sold from the get go! Very personable and made the process easy for us even though we had our 10 month old and 4 year old with us. We bought it that night and drove off so happy! Then a day later there was a hiccup with the contract. Luke got it squared away and did what he could to make up for the small issue. Nothing but respect for this dealership that kept their word in providing the best customer service to us. Not a lot of dealerships or salesmen impress me, but I will come back to this dealership and Mr. Cross for our future purchases. I ve bought my last 3 vehicles with Mclarty Toyota and Riser Harness Ford impressed me so much we will be staying with them!

I recently purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle from out of state. I asked the sales representative to send detailed photos of any cosmetic or other damage. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was a crack in the windshield, the dash speakers were busted, the passenger seatbelt wouldn't click in, and there was trail mix shoved in the backseat. Being a CPO, I was shocked to find these issues when the vehicle is supposed to undergo rigorous examination to meet the CPO status. How did safety features like a working seatbelt or entertainment features like busted speakers get overlooked? Why was I not made aware of a crack in the windshield when I asked for detailed photos of any damage? Why wasn't the candy removed during detailing? Within a few hours, I immediately followed up with the dealership to express my concerns. They said they were unaware of the issues and would not cover the deductible to make the necessary repairs. To them, they had done their '"due diligence." I know that if someone had been at the dealership to purchase the vehicle in person and noticed these issues, the dealership would've covered the cost of repair which is significantly higher than a $100 deductible. While it may seem like a small amount to some, I flew over 1,500 miles to pick up the vehicle and drive it home. This is no small expense, especially with the added cost of replacing a windshield that I didn't crack. I have video evidence to show that these issues were present before I had driven the car for more than 10 miles, but the manager didn't care. I am seriously disappointed with this dealership's definition of "due diligence."
