Rent one in Searcy is amazing. Very friendly and family oriented. Especially Aubrey the manager. He goes over and beyond for his customers. Hes one of the best managers ive ever seen.

Was very satisfied with the quick service wit our new furniture then a about two weeks had to get a washer and dryer called and they delivered it the next day.

Rent One is absolutely amazing! Prices are low and staff are great! Matt, Jacob, and Genell were great and very helpful with the entire process! Genell made sure to get me the washer and dryer that best fit my families needs and made sure I stayed within my budget! Matt and Jacob delivered the product to my home the SAME day and even installed it! They were amazing all around!

Sabrina was AMAZING. She helped us with the perfect living room, made it so quick and easy. Next day delivery? WHAT , i didn t have to wait weeks or multiple days.

These guys are awesome! I had the best experience with Aubrey who helped me with buying my washer and dryer and the delivery men Gary and Bo were super quick and efficient! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Great experience all the way around guys! Keep up the awesomeness.

I love shopping at rent one they are always very helpful and get me what I am looking for. They are just great and they work with you on monthly payments weekly payments or biweekly payments.

People in the store were great. Service was fast and friendly. Delivery was on time, very efficient. Matt and Sabrina were very polite, hooked up my washer and made sure it did everything it was supposed to do before they left. Sabrina explained the paperwork to me very clearly and professionally before I signed. They were courteous, on time and very nice. Definitely glad that I went with Rent One.

Found a beautiful coffee table on their facebook and decided I wanted it. When I went to the store to get it and felt (only felt at first) a couch and love seat that I loved and decided I needed them too. They were friendly and made the experience very smooth. The payment plan makes their quality items easy to manage. Matt and Riley delivered my couches on the dot and were also friendly and organized as they brought in everything. I love my new living room that now looks complete. I look forward to working with them again.

This is my second round with Rent One! A special shout-out to Darian Aubrey and Gary! I also want to say thank you to Cheryl Reggie and Sabrina! Great group of people. And very satisfied with my experience. They helped me in every way possible and had my things to me in nice timely manner! Also, I found a box spring from here which was hard everywhere else just to buy the box spring. Thanks again Rent One searcy. I wasn t home the time of the deceivers but I was told even the delivery men were great!!! Couldn t have had a better experience

Well everyone has a favor and ms Darian is very polite and help with me with getting my furniture to my home on time and the new manager is great and even when I couldn't afford, they held it for me... the delivered guys gets in and out as quick as possible... they are a great team and company... Thank you to Joseph Arroyo! He has went above and beyond to help me! They have a personal shopper program that can get things from other stores and you can make payments on it from them! I never knew about this until now! He went above and beyond help me get a portable ice machine that I could now afford through them at a weekly price! I would definitely recommend talking with him! He s polite and actually listens to what you want and will help you get the things you want or need! Thank you again Joseph!

Me and my hubby love rent one we have almost got all our furniture from them... we love the low payment option. Cheryl Lisa, and now that I'm typing this I can not for the life of me remember one of the delivery guys there he is super bubbly gives amazing customer services when coming into people's home (cracks us up every time ) ...

Cheryl and Lisa are absolutely AMAZING! If the whole staff had their customer service skills and caring attitude that these two have for their customers then they would be the definition of perfection! They truly go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with not only the experience in purchasing, once the product is delivered as well. If I ever need anything this is the place to go and these two are the reason I go! If I have any questions they are the ones I go to because I know they know what they are talking about and if they aren t quite sure they will always find the correct answer! It would be amazing if everyone in the customer service field had such an awesome attitude like these two do! I know a lot more people would spend their money at those stores if they did! Even if a problem arises they never change their attitude. Everything is always dealt with the utmost respect and consideration for their customers! If I could rate more than 5 stars I surely would! If you haven t met these two or even been in the store, go check them out and let them help you! It s worth just going to check out what the store has just to meet them! You will not walk away unhappy!

I just want to say thank you to rent one and it s staff! On 10/8 my dryer had an issue. I contacted the manager of rent one and she had my issues resolved the same day in record timing. They brought a loaner dryer and took mine to be fixed! If you need to purchase those big items for your home on payments see Lisa at rent one in searcy and don t forget to ask for Matt for delivery!!! They are awesome!!! 5 stars! THANK YOU!!!

Lisa is great! Couldn't ask for a better store manager! She does what she says she's going to do..that says alot about her character. And her staff is one of a kind! I have used RAC in the past, but I will not go back there for anything. Staying with Rent One!!

Thank you to Rent One for being so helpful and friendly. My dryer decided to kick the bucket unexpectedly on me, so I needed to get one fairly quickly.I had went to another lease store, and they were absolutely rude and unhelpful.So, I went to Rent One. (Searcy location) They greeted me when I came in, found exactly what I asked for, and had it delivered in just a few days. I felt comfortable in the store and not flustered like before.HUGEST shout out to the 2 delivery folks Sabrina and Matt!!! They were so nice, and careful not to scratch them or dent them while installing them for me.Absolutely wonderful, friendly techs. Both washer and dryer work great, and I m finally caught up on laundry!

Monica is a great sales-rep, she went above and beyond to help with our purchase and all the staff at Rent One was very helpful as well and knowledgeable about their product. They made me feel at ease with my purchase and treated me with kindness. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Five stars all around ! Thanks Rent One !

Genell was very helpful today. She hooked me up with a new Xbox and some other goodies. Lisa Cheryll and Reggie are always ready to help you and serve you. If you re looking for great service and not to get ripped off come see these folks at rent one. They are phenomenal.

I came in and spoke with one of the co-managers and she was absolutely wonderful. We were really in a bind and she did everything in her power to get us what we were looking for. Also Devon and Jacob delivered our furniture very last minute and they were very courteous and professional. I really appreciate you Rent One of Searcy!

Absolute stellar business. I love everyone who works here. Always a smile and greeting as soon as you walk thru the door and the most reasonable people to work with! Yall go see Lisa and let her get you in what u need today! Best service you will recieve in a 100 mile radius of Searcy!
