Their service was very fast and they were very friendly but most important, the price was perfect. They were half the price of what most other Tire shops were, and everybody likes to save a dollar every now and then.

Excellent, prompt, courteous service by knowledgeable people. Couldn t ask for better service! A pleasant experience I have come to expect at Plaza for routine and not-so-routine vehicle care! Thanks, Plaza in Searcy, Arkansas for prompt oil change, routine checkup during travel. Also Thanks, Plaza in Anna, IL for emergency care several months ago. Great job!!!

I really appreciated the manager, Steve who worked with me on the repairs for my Grand Cherokee. I had taken it to 3 other shops and none of them worked to fix the problems I was having with the vehicle. Steve and his team fixed the problems and kept me informed during the process I NEVER made one phone call to check on the vehicle status. I wish I lived closer to this shop as I d bring my vehicles in for oil changes too. Next time I need brakes, tires, or repairs, I ll definitely make the drive to Searcy to see Steve.

A HUGE SHOUTOUT.... I didn't have an appointment but I had told them the day before that I would be in Saturday morning, but my workplace had other Ideas but I showed up at 11:45a.m. and explained my situation and they were very helpful and kind and had 6 tires mounted in less than 30min. And had me on my way .... VERY PLEASED

Huge thank you to Steven Tucker and the staff at Tire Plaza in Searcy! I had a blow out while driving from Jonesboro to Fayetteville for an AAU tournament. Although they were scheduled to close at 5:30 pm, they promised if I made it to the shop, they would replace my tire. I pulled in at 5:22 pm. The technician met me in the parking lot with a huge smile, and said "you made it!"They had the right size tire I needed, and replaced it quickly, and we were back on our way!They are very affordable!!I was a single woman traveling with three 16 y o boys! Steven was super friendly, made me feel welcomed and safe. I definitely felt God led us to the right place at the right time.I highly recommend them!Thank you! And we won the tournament!

I was in and out with all 4 new tires and an alignment .they didn t have my size in the tire I wanted in stock but within a couple days they had them! Got the new falken wildpeak at4w.

I have now been to Plaza Tire Service twice, once for an oil change and once to get a flat tire fixed and my tires rotated. Jerry is the staff person that helped me both visits and besides the great/friendly customer service he took the time to go through any questions or concerns I had. Each time my car was taken care of in a timely manner. Also liked the fact they have a clean waiting area. I would definitely recommend them!!!

We came in at the last minute on a Friday with a tire going flat. They still took great care of us. I think this is the second time we have done this to them, and they have been respectful and friendly both times even though I'm sure they were ready to go home. They worked quickly and found the nail I had picked up, and got us back on the road. I appreciate Plaza Tire Service for their professionalism, friendliness, and speed of service!

They were amazing! I went in on Thursday and they were able to get in the parts for my car the next day! They put on the new parts and test drove it all before 10:30am. I was able to pick it up and drive to work. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! They really make sure the customer is taken care of and help with payment plans. I will forever go there for my car troubles. I want to give a big shout out to Steven and Chris for helping me with my car!

Great place for tires. It's terrible for anything else. We took our suburban in twice for a leak they said they fixed. Spent over 500$ each time and still the problem exists. Will not ever go back.

Quick. Friendly. Discount applied. Taking our Mercedes tomorrow for an oil change.5 business.Sept 15, 2023Took Nissan in for brake check. Rotors rusted & brake pads worn out. New rotors, pads, labor, taxes $408. Time spent waiting x1 hour. JERRY BACON was so nice & helpful. Overall experience was great! Highly recommend.Nov 24, 2023Oil change done. 50% off! That's a great savings any day of the week. Jerry was all smiles as usual and service was quick, as usual. I appreciate these guys so much!

Honestly only place I ve been using since I ve turn 16 years old I am 28 now. I messed up and bought my tires somewhere else last min a week ago not only were they more expensive but the other services were too so figured go back to my loyal shop and not only did they get me right in today but less expensive, super professional and nice. They are very knowledgeable and so easy and great to work with, they explain everything to you and even offer and look for other ways help you out if you re in a bind, they are not trying find more issues work or get you out of your money. Overall don t waste your time going anywhere else please just come on to Plaza I promise you won t regret it

Stopped in for a tire leaking air today and the manager and couple guys tackled the job. It was a leak at the valve stem to air extenders on a diesel van. Once we got the hub cap off, it was an easy job to tighten and recheck for leaks to close out the problem. However, with the hub cap off, it was obvious that the last mechanic from our home city forgot to replace the hub dust cap. Got a new cap, the guys installed it and sent me on my way. Great getting this type of help as we travel through but can only imagine how much effort, service and good will he gives locals of Searcy! Thanks, again, to your whole crew!
