Prompt, friendly and professional service!!! Ken, the driver who picked me and my vehicle up single-handedly turned a horrible experience into a friendly encounter! I don't wish a broken car on anyone but if you need a tow call Phillips Brothers and let them take care of you. Faster service if you call them directly and then submit for reimbursement from your insurance. The lag time of going through insurance first is a hassle and can be a dangerous waste of time if you're stuck on the interstate during rush hour traffic.
