We ve very good credit and we were in to buy a newer but used pickup for one of our boys. We very plainly told the finance man that we did not want our credit pulled more than once. We were offered only one bank and the rates were higher than we d like but understand it s based on banking interest rates right now. We made the purchase and left.In the last couple of weeks we have received 9 letters from 9 banks that hit our credit. If you value your credit score don t visit this dealership.

These guys are the best dealers in the country. Our entire sales to registration was completed in just 5 business days with an out of state title. Wow! Thanks to Patrick who sold us the 4 Runner and Clifford Humes, finance guru for the super amazing experience. Thank you, Orr Toyota of Searcy. Keep up the great work!

My sister took her car to ORRS Toyota , she smelled an odor, and the man lifted up her hood and told her that her transmission was leaking and was no good, and also told her that motor was going to blow up, she was so scared to drive it, (I believe they use a scare tactic on people not just women ) They talked her in buying a car for $16,000. she explained to the salesman that she could only afford $250 a month which they agreed she signed the contract on it and then he went over her payment. It was $399 a month instead of the $250 they agreed on, By the time they added the tax, title transfer it was 37,000 out the door she since then told them to come pick up that garbage, also two days later, after the trade in she saw her (trade in) car driving down the road, . It was already sold. They must ve fixed the bad motor and transmission in it before they sold it in two days. (Wow) l am writing this for my sisters behalf, because she is not Internet savvy. I wish I would have been there but unfortunately I live in another state . FYI Just read the reviews as this is buyer BEWARE!!!! . But this is what they will send they sent this to everyone. We work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It is discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. This has been sent to the GM to be addressed

Place and people are nice but dealerships try to charge "market adjustment fee" between $4-6000. I went out of state they had vehicles and great selection and got the exact car below MSRP. My advice dealers stop the abuse of pricing

Husband purchased preowned vehicle. Salesman claimed their service department went over it and nothing majorly wrong with it that they wouldn t sell a car on their lot even an as is vehicle if it wasn t good. Only thing told was that car had a slight miss which was probably just spark plugs. Car is nothing but problems. Will never let my husband purchase here again if I have any say over his next vehicle.Had my oil changed while he was purchasing vehicle. $80 for a oil change with a complimentary car wash we are new to the state so not sure on oil change pricing here but seemed insane to me. Only to be told I needed an oil filter housing because mine is cracked severely and would be almost $1000 to do. Glad I drove it away and found a garage that is honest. They will be replacing it for around $650 and it s not as urgent as their service department claimed it to be.

Stopped in for service on our Toyota. The woman in service wasn't very professional or helpful but she ended up leaving and we were taken care of by Derek. He was super helpful, friendly and took the best care of us. Definitely gave us a 5 star experience here and would definitely return.

I purchased my vehicle in March of this year. Zach was my salesman and he deserves a raise+. He went above and beyond to assist me with a purchase. The service I received will make me a permanent customer. He didn't try to oversell or under sell me based on my credit score. I love my car, it has everything I wanted plus. I waited to give my review so that it would be accurate. If you need or want a new car, don't hesitate and ask for Zach you won't regret it!

This dealership sold me a car with damaged break lines. I can t drive the car and they will not help me with a fix. There mechanic inspected the car before selling it and they still sold it with damaged break lines. Now the break lines are back ordered with no delivery time. A very dishonest company. Stay away!

On July 24-25, 2023 we went to the Orr Toyota of Searcy to look at a 2023 Toyota Highlander XLE for 45,489. A salesman met us at our car, said the Highlander was not on site, however, he had a 2022 with 25014 miles on it. We test drove the vehicle and we like the SUV. I asked the salesman in the backseat was it a flood vehicle or anything strange about it and he said no. We traded in 2 vehicles. 1 was a Ram 1500 Big Horn V8 Hemi 4x4, with tow package, bed liner and foldable truck bed cover. The truck had less than 70,000 miles. The 2nd vehicle was a 2011 Nissan Murano SL with 100,648 miles. The car had some cracks on the leather where the passenger airbag was located. The rest of the vehicle was in a great shape. Both vehicles had new tires with warranties. The offered us 27,500 for both. The 2022 Toyota Highlander we purchased for 41,500. After agreeing on these numbers, I asked for a Carfax on the Highlander, but before we received the Carfax they had my husband sign a document stating we accepted the terms. The Carfax showed the car was a rental car out of New York/New Jersey area. We went to financing and we told the finance guy, we just found out the car was a rental car, he just kept processing. We felt we had to take the 4995.00 warranty because of the unknown. It adds 100,000 miles to the existing warranty. We passed on the key fob warranty for a 1000.00, not knowing that we were only getting 1 key fob. We did not know this until we were leaving with the car and I ask where is the 2nd key. The salesman told my husband they only received 1, you get 1. They do not have to give us a second one. I understand used cars are AS IS, with manufactured warranty left, but how were we supposed to know that there was only 1 key. We have never gotten less than 2 keys. We have purchased both new and used cars in the pass. The salesman said he did not know either.Arkansas should have laws that state dealerships need to disclose if the vehicle is a previous rental vehicle. This law is common in many states. We would not have purchased this car at 41,500 knowing it was rental, we may not have purchased it at all. In the Little Rock area, they had other rental vehicles posted for 36,000 to 38,000. for the same model and miles. We are going to contact the State Attorney office and Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission, to check and verify the laws. We are also going to write our representative for consumer protection laws. I am retired and my husband is getting ready to retire, this was going to be a traveling retirement vehicle. They may have rode a fine line with laws, however, very very bad businessman.

I was talking to someone here about getting a trade in value for my car. I told them I was not interested for less than 22k. They kept pushing for me to come in and I told them I did not have the time to waste for 18k (cause I got that offer somewhere else and 22k was already low) and they assured me they were looking at 21,500. They told me this several times and kept pushing for us to come in. We finally decided we would do 21.5 and drove the 40 min over there and brought another vehicle also to get the oil changed so we weren't wasting time. We got there and they did the inspection (the car was in perfect condition) and came back saying 18.5 was the most they can do cause they aren't selling for much more than 22k. That had NOTHING to do woth the inspection and they said they did that research before we came in which was a complete lie. So after pushing us, they still wasted our time. On the vehicle we were getting the oil changed in, we had a coupon so it was supposed to be $50. They charge like $90 for that. Then told us they "could not let us leave" with the breaks in the condition the were in (which automatically made me want to leave cause they can't make us change them) but my husbamd decided to go ahead and do it since they insisted they were sooo bad and he didn't want to deal with it. After they took HOURS doing it, they charged us about $200 more than they quoted before they started, and the paperwork said the breaks might need to be assessed in the future. They weren't even bad enough to be rated needing to be replaced and they told us they were basically gone. I'll never do business here again unless they refund part if this and I'm definitely a Toyota person. Absolutely not impressed!!

Wish they added 0 stars. DON'T BUY HERE. Greedy useless staff won't help after buying a used 2021 car with low mileage. My family traded an old Jeep car with no issues on it for it. The dealership said there was nothing wrong with the car. Almost a week, the car battery died. The battery is fine. The issue has to be the alternator. The dealership won't help or refund. They sold my family a broken car without telling my family about it. It hasn't been 30 days

I should have shopped here first. My sales person Brandon McMaster was very kind and transparent from start to finish. He hustled to get the vehicle we wanted with the price that we wanted. He was very patient with us and pulled thru. We won't be going anywhere else for future vehicle purchases. Thank you Brandon.

Super nice people, I had to have my truck fixed and they were always very professional and reasonable. The service adviser was very nice and just wanted to help. I also talked to a salesman for quite a while and he was very nice and knowledgeable. If I were buying a car I would definitely buy one from here.

Zach at Orr Toyota was awesome! With the shortage of available vehicles at most dealerships, finding exactly what we wanted was not an easy task. Zach was patient, kind and so helpful! I would definitely make the beautiful drive to Searcy, Arkansas to buy at Orr Toyota from Zach again! Highly recommend.

I have a Subaru BRZ. For those that don t know it s a Toyota/Subaru design. I decided on ORR Toyota because the manual called for Toyota auto trans fluid. I Went in to have my transmission flushed. Was told was flushed with 12 quarts. Between 1500 and 2000 miles later I noticed the transmission shifting a little harder and seemed like it wanted to slip.I bought some fluid and decided to check it myself. When I took the drain plug loose, I thought I drained the oil by mistake. Fluid was brown, like motor oil. There s not any way possible 12 quarts was run through my trans or any part of it and not changed the color. I got 2 jugs and 2 quarts at a time drained and filled, drained and filled and by my last 2 quarts red fluid was coming out. Was a noticeable difference after the first 2 quarts. Wish I d never wasted my money and time taking it to ORR Toyota. I could ve got it actually done at the Subaru dealership for about 60 dollars more. Not wanting to mention the possible damage to my transmission for trusting that they changed the fluid but I will. There aren t many honest shops left, just want what money they can get or charge you for a bunch of stuff they say needs to be fixed when nothing is wrong with it. I haven t been back to ORR Toyota of Searcy so I can t say they charge for other things they don t do. Can only comment with certainty about transmission fluid change. They were very nice people and buying a car may be different, but I won t have another service done there.

went in to get a 7 passenger vehicle. They had my wife all talked into this 2020 mitsubishi outlander with 49,545 miles and said it was 23,000. found out the car is only worth 16,500 along with total of 26,875 dollar loan instead of the normal along with high interest rate. Went to my bank now they are going to take over with 5.1 apr. I will not recomend going to any orr place I sure will not ever go there again 1st time going last time going

I have always been impressed with the service at Orr Toyota in Searcy. They let me make an appointment and get me in an out as quickly as possible. I appreciate that I can always ask Rob Massingill for his honest opinion of what my vehicle needs right now, and what I can plan to do later. I never have to worry about them being dishonest. I have bought two vehicles from this store and will definitely be back in a few years for my next vehicle.
