I called service to set up appointment and dropped it off using early bird option. They worked it in the next day with the usual great service. My wife and I both drive Nissan cars, Armada and Murano. As great as Nissan is it still is probably less than half of the equation. The friendly helpful service is what keeps my brand loyalty. A great car, yes, but the people at Orr Nissan Of Searcy is what makes the human experience complete.

Spoke with Russell on the phone for an appointment he got me in the next morning, upon arrival he was very friendly and professional. Got the job done within the estimated time he said. Online Buyers beware! Arrived to find 2k over mileage, zero compromise on cost, they quoted their best rate 4 points higher than my bank, but then offered less when I knew qualifications. I then found at my first old change (2 months into owning )AT a NISSAN that the front breaks are all but gone & a lug nut is missing and they want a second opinion or would only offer to do the repair at their cost IF I DROVE TO THEM. They take care of THEIR BOTTOM LINE not their customers. They don t value online buyers as they must assume it s not a repeat buyer. This one sure won t be!

My wife and I are stationed in Atsugi, Japan and our daughter attends Harding. We have had multiple positive experiences at Orr Nissan Service department when my daughter services her Maxima. Not once has anyone tried to take advantage of her or upsell her. Today she came in to have a piece of exterior trim installed. The appointment was at 1:00, the car was in the bay at 12:50 and the repair took only 20 minutes and the Service rep did not even charge her. I really appreciate this honest service Orr Nissan and Taylor has provided. Came in for a recall on my Nissan . Meet several people who were very nice an help to me. I hope if I get a recall on my car again I get to go back to Searcy ,Arkansas again to have it work on . Very friendly an awesome people.

This was the first service on my vehicle and also my first visit to the Service Department at Orr Nissan of Searcy.The Service Manager performed the necessary maintenance on my vehicle in just a short time and everything was done correctly.The waiting area was very comfortable and I am pleased by the whole experience.

I had my recall wrork completed on my 22 frontier. My abs light has been coming on randomly but did not store a code so it wasn't repaired. The next day after getting my truck back the abs code came back on. I was close to the dealership si I returned to have it scanned while the code was still was still on the display and they found the problem. Having a mechanical background in automotive and industrial maintenance I know this happen alot so I'm I'm not bothered by having to come back. Sometimes when it is not broke you can't fix it. I got it scheduled for tomorrow to figure out the problem since they could see the code!

We purchased a used car in 2022 from ORR Nissian. After getting the car home when the air freshener used by dealer wore off we noticed a strong smell of pot and cleaned everything we could but nothing would get rid of the smell. I finally pulled out the back seat and everything in the rear of the car. I found the blunt case, vape pod, 5 small empty baggies, and enough crumbs to fill a small baggie. All of this would have been enough to set off a K9 and caused us a really bad day.

They went above to get me what I wanted this time. I had a very bad experience 10 yrs ago and said I would never buy from them again. BUT like I said they worked to get me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with no pressure to buy.

I'm only giving them two stars because Thatcher went out of his way to be fast and courteous with us. The sales manager wouldn't work with us at all on our trades which I understand were upside down on them. But here is my opinion, the dealership wants to give us KBB trade in value on my car and van but when I looked up the KBB on the Infiniti I wanted to buy and it was only 15 grand on the high end. They have it marked at 22k so what's the difference?? It's okay for them to screw me and I'm not allowed to complain about it?? I don't think we will be doing business there considering they only wanted to give 8 grand for both of our trades and then said if we put 6k down with great credit our payments would still be 466 a month.

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. No communication from anyone! Our truck sat in the back lot for TWO months and was never even looked at to determine the issue or begin any work on it. We were told they were busy . Excuse after excuse and no answers when we called them to find out more info on our truck. We finally had our truck towed to Superior Nissan in Conway. Superior had our truck diagnosed within the first week of it being in their lot ... communicated with us weekly and it now runs great. Superior treated us as valued customers. Absolutely disgusting how ORR treated us.

Service replaced a vent that wasn't properly installed when the truck was built. The new vent now works exactly as it should. The service team completed the installation faster than the time quoted.

The service tech was argumentative, defensive, and rude! He had presumptions, and it was an awful experience. He pointed out that I had not bought the car there and even implied that I had not changed the oil because it was not done in a Nissan dealership. He was belittling not sure because I was a woman or Hispanic. Either way it was a terrible experience. I would not do business here! Ever!.

Service department rocks. Fast friendly and more importantly they are honest. They dont try to upsell nonsense. They recommend things but not in a pushy way. Very attentive and helpful. I'm normally not a person who trusts a dealership for service but I wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else. I recently moved from Pennsylvania and have used Orr 3 times. 10 stars !!!

Stopped by and looked at a vehicle, wasn t even planning on buying one that day but the guys there were so friendly and didn t try to hide anything which I liked immediately. We decided right there to go ahead and purchase what we liked, everything went real smooth and the salesman even stayed late to show my Wife how to operate all the gadgets on it, even calls periodically to see if we have any questions about the vehicle, very good experience there. We will definitely look there first in the future when we purchase another vehicle, Thank you ORR Nissan!

I will never buy another car from Orr Nissan. We've bought 3 over the last 15 years, and you guys have reneged on the things that we've made abundantly clear that had to be a deal in our buying of a vehicle. Like me paying extra $$$ for an extended warranty on top of the factory warranty, just to make sure that I was never without a car, a way to get to work, or pick up my CHILDREN. Here I am with a Jeep that you guys can't even fix, I had to send it over to Orr Crystler Jeep, you guys can't even change the oil on it correctly, you guys changed my oil last week, didnt tighten the bolt, the oil leaked out. You mess up, and you won't offer me a loaner so I can have a way to work, a way to pick up my children. Jason, you really should take better care of your customers. We bought there because I was promised we would be taken care of if anything happened to my Jeep, that's why I paid so much extra for the extended warranty. But here I am asking co workers if they can take me home. I can't go grocery shopping, I have NO WAY TO GET ANY WHERE, and you guys are telling me you can't offer me a loaner car. You guys do not do what is best for your customer because that would require you to have great customer service. You don't, that's why a customer is sitting here carless. You guys say anything to get a sell, and then it's "screw you" when we have issues.

Great experience! Actually bought my 2023 Nissan Frontier at Central in Jonesboro. Called them about service and they took my number but never returned my call. Which is why I called your service department and the gentleman answered my questions so I took my truck to your for service. Was very pleased with the service. Will be returning! Thanks!
