Clean friendly maybe should have an experienced person show them how to check starters or batteries as not all are to convincing they know what they r doing. But we got it done and the correct parts were given to me so. Definitely better than other parts stores I have been to just need a little more patience for people who r learning

I have only been to this store once and it did not disappoint. I just got a new car and needed to get the battery checked out. I will not lie and I did go to AutoZone first because it was closer. Well, they did not have a battery tester so I headed to O'Reilly's. I'm glad I did. The service is phenomenal and I was greeted and helped by Squire. He was outstanding and immediately took it upon himself to test the battery. It turns out I did need a new battery and Squire handled it like a pro. I am very thankful for the service provided at O'Reilly's and I will return again. I highly recommend this O'Reilly's location in Searcy. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle and please keep up the great work.

Had all brake parts in stock for my little convertible. Appreciate their helpfulness. Staff takes time to be sure you have everything you need going above and beyond and always friendly.

They are always helpful and friendly here. The few things I have gone for and are out of stock, they quickly check around at the other stores and get me going again. I'll be back the next time I need something.

Staff is friendly enough, but like all parts stores now: if you can't tell them how to find it in a computer, they can't help you. If you're making/rebuilding/mix and matching/one-offing, forget getting help.

This was a blessing to be able get the part the same day it was ordered and fit my vehicle so I could get back mobile. Tried Auto Zone failed with a loss, Advance Auto got the wrong part. Should have shopped here first. Will from now on. Two thumbs up.

Having to stand in line just to watch 3 other services be provided while I'm only buying a quart of oil. My sale must not be good enough.

Very professional guy here names Jeff my air was out and he directed me to proper parts and even helped me out by sending me to a repair who ultimately repaired my vehicle so I was thrilled by his responsiveness to my problem

Tried to purchase $ 3.00 part. Stood at register 10 minutes waiting to pay cashier. Both cashiers were talking to each other. I left product on counter and left. Purchased item at a competitor.

I had a bad battery, so I took my car to O'Reilly's. Bill was great. He checked my battery and replaced it for me. Service was fast and friendly!

They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are my go to place because they are the most likely to have what I need in stock' and if they don't, it's usually just a day or less away. They deliver in more ways than one.

Not so good, asking for what should be a international part but the guy behind the counter said he couldn't find any reference to my hub seal had to walk away to another part store

I like O'Reilly due to the fact that you can get almost any parts you need for normal vehicles I work with 18 wheelers and they still have most of hearts that we need and they also offer discounts.

I pulled in from out of town in need of an A/C compressor for a GMC Topkick and they had it in stock. Oreillys is the greatest. The dealer didn't even have one.

Staff was friendly, but I didn't find the car detailing items I was after. Close, but not the latest formula from turtle wax. I didn't want to visit another store today, so I settled for what they had in stock.
