Front right damage to my truck from another driver. Front end and right front replacement. Excellent work, and it looks like it did before the collision. Excellent office staff that let me know what was going on during repairs. Body techs did a great job!

It only took them 2 1/2 weeks to get my completed. It was worth the 45 minute drive. I had no issues. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and helpful.

I got in an accident at the tail end of 2021. My whole front bumper was off. They got my car looking brand new. In 2023, I ran over something that mangled the bottom of my car. They again delivered stellar and speedy service. I gotta highlight the worker Brice. He helped me each time and his kindness got me through a pretty difficult period. People don t have to be nice but he was! Hopefully I won t need anymore work done but if I do I m definitely coming here. If you want someone professional and respectful that gets the job done correctly, this is where you want to be!Service: Body & Trim

Took our Terrain to have the rear bumper replaced after being rear-ended. They got the job done in two days. Body lines are perfect and can't find a single flaw in the paint. The color match was perfect. The office staff even called the rental car company to come pick up the car by the time I was walking in their door. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a body shop.Service: Brakes

Upon being in an accident in Searcy, I was seen at Steve s auto body an hour later. They expeditiously repaired my truck so that it looked better than new. The staff was very professional and polite. Had a damn deer hit my beautiful Daytona on S. Main past Henard s in Searcy one morning. Progressive Insurance recommended this place for repair and I m so glad we went with this shop instead of Gwatneys! They replaced a few panels, my hood, windshield, passenger window, side view mirror, headlight, maybe a few other things I ve forgotten to list, and did a perfect paint job matching the Dodge TorRed color! The shop guy Brice is great and very knowledgeable! Desk lady Monica is great to talk to as well, very friendly folks here with good guys working for them out in the shop. If I ever have to do any other claims or repairs, this is the place I ll be taking my cars! Phenomenal job!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They failed to do the job that they were paid to do and tried to charge me for extra parts and labor that were never put on my car. Then over paint spray got on my windshield and on fender so my car has to be brought back into the shop to get fixed from their failure to not only fix it correctly the 1st time but to now fix their problems. Also, the damage is still not complete yet they want me to ask my insurance company to pay them more for them not catching it the 1st time they were doing work in that area. I feel like It's just a scam. Will post again on this subject when I take my car back in to have it redone on their dime.

I would highly recommend Steve's Auto Body. I took my car in for collision damage and the work they did was simply amazing. My car looked practically new when I got it back.
