Outstanding service! When I tried and failed fixing my mower myself, they were there and went above and beyond. The sales team also really helps when making a purchase by listening to you instead of forcing unneeded things down your throat. Both sales and service are very knowledgeable. I also really appreciate how they won t work you over on price. Customer for life here for any outdoor power equipment I ll ever need.

I had an issue with a trimmer multiple times and it was the manufacturers fault not Hennards, but Hennards went above and beyond to settle the matter, when it wasn't really theirs to settle, and attempted every way to fix it. Service is top tier!

I tell you what these are really good people. If I need a Kubota part for my tractor or my mower they will have it there. If they have to order it usually it s there the next day. Very nice helpful people. You can t beat Henard Foothills Equipment in Cearcy Arkansas

If that wasn't quick and easy I don't know what is.. I called Josh and asked him if he had a certain type of mower he said he had several of the type I was looking for, I showed up 30 minutes later he told me what he wanted I told him I can get close to that price, 20 minutes later he was filling it up with fresh oil sharpening the blades and getting ready to have it delivered to my house. That right there will make me come back again. Thank you Josh for the great service I really appreciate it.

I purchased a compact utility tractor online. Mickey was very responsive and quick to my emails, and phone calls. All staff on the phone were very friendly with great communication. Mickey and his staff delivered the tractor which matched the pictures and item description, and explained and showed all the features of the tractor.

Truck driver nightmare, "crates" means the racks the tractors come in , loose pieces falling off and people that loaded the first stop not qualified to load a truck ... STRONG NO !!!

It was alright i got what i needed from there but conway farm and home is still the cheapest place to go to buy chains for your stihl chainsaws.
