You have to give harbor freight five stars simply because of the variety of Chinese tools. I m not given it five stars because of the quality of the product because of the quantity and the price. You come to Harbor freight because you want to good deal on a good variety of tools. They have a lot of things that you would expect they would have at prices that are comparable to Internet prices. The store is nice, neat, clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The girl at the register I dealt with found some coupons for me and I did not even ask her to. I appreciate that type of service.

I really like our store. You can always find that one item you never knew you could live without. Employees all seemed to be bummed out. No greeting or smiling.

My favorite store! They always have coupons on lots of their tools. They have anything you would want. Very helpful if you can't locate what you were looking for. Very affordable prices.

I love this tool store. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I go here when I need tools for a low cost. I buy tools that might not be the best for a jobsite but is sufficient for what I'm using them for. I definitely recommend this store for the DYIer. I also like that there is great coupon deals.

Glad to see HFT come to Searcy. Great prices, great service. 4/9/22 change to A two star because the manager is a jerk, needs to learn the customer service, with out customers u have no job. After being extremely rude my spouse and myself on three separate occasions, I will find another HB to shop at.

Store was very clean and organized. Everyone that I encountered was helpful or courteous as far as employees go. The signage was correct and identified the product it was supposed to. (Sometimes it's hard to figure out which price and product go together at some stores). Overall it's a great store for a weekend hobbyist to get tools to tackle household chores.

The prices for a lot of tools here are amazing compared to some other places. The tools are also very good quality especially for the price. On top of the prices being great you can typically get coupons as well. Although the only downside is that they can t offer as good of a return policy as some other larger stores, there s is limited to 90 days sometimes with a restocking fee.

Hands-down the best place to buy tools. Great prices. Great freebies. Great staff. Great warranties. Love their sales paper & website. Easy to shop-click- shop to store. Furniture dollies really do hold over 1000lbs & will move upright pianos with easy. Staff very knowledgeable & helpful!! It s the ONLY STORE to buy tool from in this area!

I hope the new doesn't wear off. This is the nicest HFT I've been in yet. Not giving 5 stars because they are not carrying a full Inventory and are out of stock on a lot of popular items from the catalog. Great experience overall though.

Love Harbor Frieght. If they don't have it on the shelf, they'll check the stockroom. I went in looking for a 2 ton roll around car jack. They was sold out on the shelf. So asked one of the workers. He went to the back and brought one to me. Excellent service with a smile. I'll be back.

Had most of what I wanted, they also had a rechargeable bug light ( zapper) it's small but what I needed for mosquitoes and gnats
