They did great job on rebuilding my 85 Ford AOD transmission. Because of its age, Colby and his Dad, Greg, kept close hands on watch on it's rebuild. Fair price, honest as to the problem. They'll be doing my 55 Chevy Powerglide. I was impressed.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Can't ever get ahold of anyone there by the phone! They don't seem to care if they do any business or not? Totally different from when Greg use to run it!

Colby and the other employees I've dealt with are great! Very respectful to my wife and I. They did not try to talk to us like they knew everything and we knew nothing. Explained everything to us, and made us feel they were doing everything to take care of us. Took my wife's vehicle there on another occasion just knowing we would have to have the trans replaced. They could have easily said that was the problem and been done with it. Instead, they dug deeper and found the true (much less expensive) problem and saved us thousands of dollars. They've earned our family's trust and I 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have used East Trans for several years now. Dad and Colby have always treated me with respect and listened as I tried to describe my problems. This time was an imaginary problem that I thought I had and they would not even let me pay them for their diagnosis time. They are honest people who do good work and stand behind it.I had a 4l60e swapped with one they rebuilt in my TrailBlazer. Everything went perfect. They even accommodated me when I wanted a different drain pan on it.I have no reservation recommending them for a transmission rebuild/replacement.

Colby and his crew have replaced the transmission on 2 of our vehicles now. He has been honest and has worked to save us money. Something else went out while he was repairing my husband's car - he fixed it at his own expense! Definitely went above and beyond to provide quality service.

Fast, professional and super nice! The owner remembered my name as soon as I walked in when I came to pick up my vehicle. They could have completely replaced my transmission cable for $400+ but found another effective, safe option that was 1/4 the price. Nice to know they didn t take advantage of me and go the more expensive route when there was a cheaper option! 10/10 recommend!Service: Transmission

I took my 07 Acadia in hoping this was a good shop since the reviews were positive. Colby @ East Transmission did a great job. I took my car in bc it wouldn't shift out of first periodically and then work fine again. He could've hit me with a full transmission rebuild, but my transmission was good and it ended up still needing an expensive part, but way cheaper than a full new transmission. I also shopped him on price and he was either as low or lower priced than many other shops in my area. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. Also, when I took my car in the automatic back hatch and my CD player didn't work. Whatever electronic work he did fixed that too. My first time dealing with his shop but will definitely be back if I have any other car issues. Great job, friendly service and keeps you informed throughout the whole process. They seem very honest and won't get over on you for needless repairs like some shops will. Highly recommend. Got it back fast considering the work that needed to be done.

Outstanding service! If I could give them 6 stars I would.I brought in an intermittent transmission problem with my F250 which they were able to quickly trouble shoot to a simple fix.East Transmission is highly recommended if you have transmission problems. They will find the problem and make it right.

Myself and a co-worker were having issues with our vehicle while coming through Searcy we stopped to see if they could let us know if we would be safe to make it to Benton. He was quick to help us out right at closing time and even gave us a ride to the strip mall to wait on our ride!! You guys are very appreciated!!!

Good Honest Service! The transmission in my 2003 Tahoe gave up the ghost near Searcy on a trip from Little Rock to NE Ark. So, I'm from out of town and stranded at that point. Many places would have taken advantage of my situation. East Transmission gave me a fair price on a rebuilt trans with warranty and had me back on the road in a no time! Cody did a great job and kept me informed along the way. Much appreciated! I highly recommend East Transmission! No, I'm not a family member or of any relation just a customer who knows and appreciates good honest service.

I thought my transmission was slipping. The gentleman came out and checked it. I figured it was going to cost a lot. Five minutes later, he tell me it's fixed and there was no charge. It just needed resetting.. AGAIN NO CHARGE... Now that a place that could of ripped me off. Instead the man smiled and told me to have a good day. 5 star service at no charge.
