Miss Murph being there. He always picked out a few vehicles for me to drive, told me where to start and would let me take each one for a couple of days until I picked out what I wanted. Those were the good old days!

One of our members purchased a vehicle from them on the 2nd of June and the water pump went out. They did a great job helping our member. They went out of their way to make the repairs and offered a courtesy car. Thank you East Park.

I bought a used truck there last year. The problems started when the heater wouldn't work. When I called them, I was told I bought a used truck and there was nothing they could do. I'm now 4 trips to the shop and over 3k in repairs to fix the heat, AC, and a hesitation in the engine. Its still not right. If I could give them negative stars i would. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I would give ZERO stars if allowable. My husband and I purchased a truck for our son 2 weeks ago. It started giving us troubles before we even put 50 miles on it. We took it back and they insist nothing is wrong with it. Thank GOD we purchased a warranty, because they refuse to give us our down payment back. Hopefully whatever it is can be fixed by the warranty. The owner just told me we could use the warranty anywhere, so we'll see. PLEASE be cautious and get the vehicle thoroughly checked out by a mechanic before you sign the papers. We didn't because East Park has had such a good reputation, but they obviously do not care about keeping the reputation good. It's sad.

I will never refer anyone to them again. They will NOT do you right and could care less about you. Never again will I deal with them. PD $6,700 on my last car, almost paid off. Never late. Got less that 1,500 miles more on it than when I bought it and were only gonna pay $400 more than what I owe. So that they can sell it for the same price again. We only wanted $300 more and they wouldn't do it.

I never wanted to lower their rating and originally had said I wouldn't because they used to be an excellent place to get a car and to get one serviced, and we consider the Salesman still to be excellent. I cannot say the same thing for the newer mechanics, as I will never be taking another vehicle there for service. We took a vehicle in for front end brake work, my husband took the car home and drove it to the doctor and back the next day one of the wheels came loose from the axle, totally messing up the front end again...he could have been in a serious wreck and hurt badly or killed. Thank God he wasn't, because he was in an area by a parking lot and just pulled over. This was actually the second time we had brought the car back with more issues after they had worked on it.

Sure nice at the dealership! They let us go home with the vehicle. Then we got texts for weeks needing more information. We were stuck in limbo for weeks. What if we totaled it? We wouldn t have even legally owned it.

Great service!!!!!!! We went in to purchase a new truck for my parents, and they were friendly fast! And was easy to navigate through the financing. Then because of the service we received my parents bought a FORD edge I told them I was looking for one, 3 days later they had a fully loaded sharp Ford Edge! So I purchased it! Highly recommend these guys, Me Bill Mr Cecil and Mrs Fonda, we thank y all!!! You guys rock, go buy your next car and let Cecil and mr Bill help you with your next ourchase

Very friendly place, and go the extra mile to take care of you. Their service department has the cheapest labor rates set at $75/hr. I highly recommend getting your vehicle services at East Park Autoplex.

Awesome bunch of guys, they worked hard to get my wife and I in the car we wanted. Couldn't ask for better service any where, Rob Allen was the salesman out standing man and family man.

Purchased a vehicle from Joey, I m six hundred miles away, all I really wanted was an honest answer to my questions and concerns, Joey made the comment I think the owners kept this in a climate controlled area, well I really knew better than that, and so should he, after I sand and buff out all the scratches and acid rain , the car should present itself well, I did purchase as is , I m good with that Joey, I just thought you might have been a little more ethical.

I would give zero stars if I could. I feel like they didn't care about my "experience" bc I don't live in Searcy. I'm sure they cater to people they know. About 15 years ago, several people at my job in Searcy recommended them so I bought a car from them. It was a piece of junk and they had to know it! The owner refused to make it right. I lost lots of money on that car.

Would give 0 stars if i could. one of the men saw me working at my job and basically told me to keep dreaming about one of the cars i told them i was interested in, because of where i worked. Very judgemental on there behalf and I hope they know who they are. Will be purchasing a car elsewhere because of this.

Go to another dealer if you want a good vehicle ! Service is not good,but they ll gladly sell you a warranty that covers nothing with them .
