Top notch folks! I got new tires on my wife s Explorer yesterday and the process was beyond easy. I called Saturday to see about getting a tire patched and how much it would cost. I was told by Austin it would be free99! Long story short, the tires were too far gone to be patched so I decided to buy a new set. I was able to drop it off before work and picked it up right at closing time. It got lost in translation that I wanted white letters out and they did not hesitate to fix the mistake right then. I also asked to keep the tires that were on the vehicle before and they were nice enough to wrap every tire in plastic before putting them in the car. I m very impressed with the service at this place. Can t thank Austin, Kyle and Justin(I think) enough for their help. Will most definitely recommend to everyone!

Great bunch of folks. Always get great customer service. They hustle to get you in and out. Today I actually brought in my mower to have front tires checked. Air pressure checked on all four tries and on my way. Above and beyond in my book. That's why I'll continue to do business there. Thanks

Wow! Unbelievable service! Professional, friendly, efficient service. Easy to get to location. Went in with a low tire and they not only repaired it for FREE they also offer free tire rotations! All they asked was that we spread the word about them and their service! So I'm sharing! Outstanding!!

The best tire store in town! I was in and out with new wheels and a tire rotation in less than 20 minutes. Kyle and his group of guys are very professional and get the job done for a great price. You may even be lucky enough to catch the crew in concert in the shop!

Awesome customer service!!! I was driving my work van..I pulled up to have them to check the air in my tires... the guy asked if could look at them to make sure there wasn't anything in them I said sure... to my surprise I had 2 nails in the back tire. He was very considerate of my time frame, I knew as hot as it was and me having people I transported that I couldn't risk being stranded on the side of road!!!! Within an hour they had me back on the road!!!!Thank you Discount Tire!!!!

I use Discount Tire around the country as I travel a lot. Great, dependable service. The staff was friendly and got my new round of tires installed quickly. It is very easy to order my tires online and setup an appointment for installation, makes me have little down time. I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 15 years, keep up the good job guys !!

I was tire shopping and had already called a few places. Discount Tire was higher than another place by a pretty good bit, but I stopped by to check out the tires. I looked at the tires and told the gentleman that I was going to the other place to see what their tires looked like. He asked me the price they quoted me. I told him, and he worked his magic he actually saved me a couple dollars. I was pleasantly surprised, and DT has won a customer!

Great tire shop with excellent, helpful employees. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that I had safe tires before I left the shop. They were super busy in the middle of the day, but they were still able to get cars in and out fairly quickly. I'll definitely be going back for future tire and auto maintenance!

From out of town, needed new tires really badly, but didn't have alot of time. Kyle helped me out with everything and allowed my nursing wife, and sleeping son to stay in the car with it running. 15 minutes later they had new tires mounted, balanced, and ready to go out the door. I didn't even have enough time to price tires on my other vehicle before they were handing me my receipt. I will be making the trip back to do tires on my truck now.

I ve gotten 3 tires and 4 wheels from them. The customer service is always top notch! Thank you Kyle and Koby for your outstanding customer service and professionalism. The prices were very responsible and you can t beat the $19 warranty. Discount tire is now my place for all my tire needs.

Great prices awesome staff! Kyle was extremely helpful and very friendly. Will did a fantastic job on my tire, windshield wipers, and removing the lock lug nuts with a key. They we're very quick and precise! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I was in Arkansas from out of state and my tire blew out. I towed my car to Discount Tire and the staff was immediately very helpful. They checked the rest of my tires and put the new one on at a great price. I will be going to discount tire for all of my tire needs. Wonderful store!

I got a used tire yesterday and went to Discount tire to have it mounted. Was told they could not mount it because it had a previous repair done on it. Specifically a patch with no sealant or plug, according to their employee. They said it was not a safe tire. Seriously? They are concerned with tires being road safe? If that were true, why let a vehicle leave that obviously has a bad tire already on it? I talked to several other tire shops yesterday. Every single one of them said the same thing. Avoid Discount tire. Not one of these other tire shops said come here or knew the fact that I had already been to Discount tire. Actually 2 of the tire shops recommended another establishment because they didn't have my size tires in stock. But they said to definitely avoid Discount Tire. Do doubt. I most certainly will. I was very clear when I told the Discount Tire employee I would never waste time with them again.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Great pricing, but fantastic service. Honest guys that will take care of you. This is a company that deserves your business. They will beat any quote from another tire shop

Always a good deal on tires and definitely get the warranty. I have put over 200,000 miles on tires from discount tires but I've only had to actually purchase about 8 tires.. the other 8 or more tires that I've used have been replaced for free with no questions asked. Always friendly service at every location I've been to across the entire country.

Was not impressed by any means. Had a flat tire needing fixed. Told the guy we were in a hurry and he was to worried bout selling us tires. Then said it would take 45 min. Guess what...went next door to southern Tire. They welcomed us, fixed our tire, and said to come back when we needed to buy new tires. Very disappointed in discount tire. I can t stand for sales people to push a sale on me.

AMAZING concept, facility, clean bathrooms, rock star customer service, super friendly store manager and efficient tire technician. I felt like a valued customer. After coming in with low leaking tire, they quickly diagnosed my tire issue, discovered two screws...fixed my tire and even aired up the spare! WOW....just blown away with the whole experience that I expected to be horrible. They are practicing text book reciprocity marketing, I will definitely come back when I need to purchase tires! Great job...whoever is in charge of recruiting and training this pro team. BRAVO!!!

Bought a new set of Hankook tires online,set an appointment for install and was in and out the door in < 45 minutes tops. Asked them to visually inspect the wheels for damage as it s a high mileage truck and they took care of that too.I ve been to several DT locations and they are all clean, friendly and know what they are doing.

This is my favorite tire and wheel service center I have interacted with. Very clean, very professional, and very quick with great customer service and friendly employees. I came in with a flat expecting to need a new tire after just purchasing a set 2 months ago. They were able to fix the tire as well as having me in and out within 20 minutes. When my vehicle was being delivered to me I walked up to pay and was told there was no charge at all. I insisted on paying something but the gentlemen at the counter Jake explained the free services they provide such as flat repairs, air checks, tire rotations, vehicle inspection and more. I would highly recommend a stop into Discount Tire here in Searcy, AR over any other tire shop for all your tire and wheel needs.
