Creekwood Motor Company is top notch! Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Brian Nguyen was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with in the industry. Straightforward and honest about the whole car buying process! I was only there with my boyfriend to buy a truck, but Brian went out of his way to answer some of my questions and give me tips personally as well. It wasn t just about the sell. He cares about people and it shows! That is what sold the truck to my boyfriend. I just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Sport 4WD from Brian at Creekwood Motors. I live just a little over 6 hours one way. I've been purchasing vehicles for many years and never had such a positive experience as this one. From the beginning in talking with Ty and then Brian they provided professional and honest service, everyone from the secretary to the young man that transported me to drop off my rental vehicle (sorry couldn't remember yawls name). I went ahead and got preapproved prior to driving out. There were no hidden fees as other dealerships try to do. They offered pick up at Little Rock International, but airfare was high at the time, so I rented a vehicle. I will not hesitate to travel this distance again for future purchases. I know this sounds strange, but they made me feel like family. I wasn't just some number, in efforts to make a sale. The truck was clean and ready for test drive upon arrival and performs as expected. The process took about 1 hour and would have been less time than that, but I love to talk. I recommend financing thru them as they beat my local Credit Unions APR which never happens.

This was the greatest vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. We found just what we were needing and wanting! Brian should be salesman of the year. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased and helped us understand alot outside of the sale for future purchases. It wasn't all just business we had great conversations allowing us to get to know one another outside of the sale. From the very beginning, Ty and Brian, made working a deal from 8hrs away easy and low pressure. It was very refreshing to deal with a car dealership that was as transparent as the crew at Creekwood.The staff made it simple for me schedule a 3rd party inspection; which the car passed with flying colors. Upon arrival, the car was clean and the condition matched exactly what the dealership had described.Renee did our paper work with us, and she was sweet as could be. All around a great experience. Kudos to Creekwood, keep up the great work!P.s. I m not typically a person who likes stickers on their car, but I have been proudly rocking the Creekwood Motor Company sticker on the back glass for over 3500 problem free miles.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. (I have bought and sold over 40 cars) I live 4 hours away and was able to completely negotiate my trade and the new car with Ty via text. Made the drive up the next day was in and out in less than an hour! Brian was great!

Had a great experience working with Nate and Ty on my truck deal. Was a quick turn around flying in from West Texas and diving back same day, but they moved quickly for me and sold me a great truck for the predetermined price. I d highly recommend checking out Creekwood!

Would recommend this dealer to anyone. Great work during and after the sale. Ty & Renee were easy to deal with and up front about what I was getting. Never purchased a vehicle out of state without seeing it before and I have to say they made the process very easy and straight forward! Had one slight issue with the truck that I wish I would have been told about. (Steering wheel bushing out $20 fix)But once I let them know they immediately took care of it. Great business and great people!

I drove 6 hours one way to do a truck deal with them and so happy i did i got a awesome truck at a good price with no issues and no pushy sales pressure ! just what ever i needed they delivered i cant say enough about Creekwood motors !! I had an all around great car shopping experience at Creekwood Motors. They were very patient through the whole process. They are fair on their pricing regarding vehicles on the lot as well as valuing your trade. The price you see online is the price at the dealership. There are no hidden fees or any of the other "car salesman antics" that you might expect at another dealer. Nothing but honesty and professionalism from this dealership.

I just purchased my second truck from Creekwood Motors. Ty and his crew are great people and very easy to deal with. They are absolutely no pressure sales and do everything they can to accommodate their customers. I traded the first truck I purchased back in for a newer model and the process only took about 20 minutes. Ty gave me a very fair trade in price on my old truck. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

The sales staff is extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I purchased a used truck from Creekwood this week and were very pleased with the purchase experience. Ty and Dale were very easy to communicate with, available via phone, text and email. Renee was also helpful providing the documents we needed since we financed through our bank. They had the best selection of 3/4 ton trucks, exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend them!
