Stopped for an estimate and their price was very competitive. Very happy with the results. They did walk on my Flex Armor Roof with dirty shoes so I will have to paint it. Not real happy with that. But the sides of the RV was a success.

I recommend to anyone to take their vehicle here. The customer service is the best all around. I was constantly updated on the progress of my vehicle and the speed to get it fixed was fast. It's a little dirty in the photo but when I picked up my car it was clean and shiny.

Took my car in for some minor paint repair in the rear bumper. They gave me an estimate south of $1400. I was able to get my cars minor damage for less than $200.

Just have to give a shout out to the great customer service and job performance at Charlie s paint and body shop. Especially Jeremy Williams who processed the work order, on my 1997 Ford F250 four-wheel-drive truck. Jeremy took personal responsibility in taking care of my truck. These folks are very professional and I have trusted them with two cars now. I grew up working in a body shop that my father owned. For body work in/around Searcy, I won't go anywhere else.

Charlie s fixed the front end of my car after hitting a deer. The service was good and the repairs and body work were excellent. I only waited 2 weeks to get my car back and they even cleaned and washed/ buffed the entire car. The car looked better than before. I would recommend their services and will probably use them again.

I wouldn't recommend any of the body shops Ed Covington owns. We just got our vehicle back from a different shop only to find out they used sheet metal screws, glue and silicone to repair our vehicle instead of buying the piecesand parts insurance paid for. Also there were several bolts missing. This was not the first time.

The ladies in the office were so polite. Jodie took care of my car from start to finish. Customer service is high on my radar because I own a business. I know what it takes to keep customers. Thanks for doing the extra steps, like washing and vacuuming my car when it was all done. I felt very well taken care of.

I used Charlie's Glass shop for a leaking sunroof on my H2. If I could, I would give these guys 10 stars. Lee was fantastic. They came very highly recommended to me, from others who have used them, including other shops in town, now I know now exactly why they were! You don't find auto shops or people anymore who care about taking care of their customers, but make no mistake these folks do. I dropped off my H2 (understand you can't hardly find anyone who will work on them, especially a leaky sunroof), at 4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, leaving it with them to do the work the next morning..Within 3 hours they had it fixed and ready for me to pick up. FANTASTIC!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS.

Wife hit a deer. They got us in quicker than anyone around. Finished product was flawless. Worked directly with insurance. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommended.

Charlie's and the team there took great care of our mildly wrecked car (we were lucky) and got it back to brand new. They kept us very informed, updated us frequently, and were always kind. Mostly, they did what they said they were going to do and that gets high marks from us.

I did not have body work done as my vehicle was totaled. They towed my vehicle to their shop and gave me an estimate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I called. They met me outside in the cold and helped me get my belongings out of my vehicle, even got my jumper cables out of storage in the back and the lift gate was jammed shut. I would highly recommend them.

I took my car there because the under shield came off. They attached it and didn't even charge me. I really appreciate that because i know some other repair shops would have charged me insanely for the same work

You could not ask for better customer service than at Charlie's. They are honesty the best bunch to work with and actually care about you and your satisfaction of the work done. So thankful for getting my ride done right !

Charlie's did a great job fixing the door on my minivan after a deer ran into it. It looked as good as new. They finished the job when they said they would and called me frequently to let me know how the progress was going. They were very friendly.

Brought my car to Charlie's after a deer strike. They were professional and top notch. They handled everything from contacting my insurance to keeping me posted during repairs. They even detailed my ride when I got it back! Use Charlie's.

I was reluctant to give back the loaner truck they let me bortiw while mine was being worked on. For 3 days i felt classy and sophisticated. I had a sun roof, air conditioned seats, rearview camera and all the bells and whistles i have always longed for. I had tasted luxury, smelled success, submerged in sophistication and for a moment i felt how the better half lived. It is true what they, love lost is better than never having loved at all......ohh and the body work on my yukon was ace, killer job
