Great place to buy a car and good people! Love the mission of the company and the heart and integrity of the owner. Amanda, Mary, and team are incredible. Mary Green helped me at Car world Searcy. She was professional and approachable! She worked fast and stayed until my deal was final . Even after hours! I have been without a car for 2 weeks since my transmission went out while driving to work. I had just paid off the car two months prior! She did not make me feel bad about the situation I was in and went above and beyond to help me DRIVE off the lot! She helped me find a good car, payment and gave me down payment options. ALSO they bought my car after no one else would!Thank you Mary and Car world!

So I went into the Searcy location today with $5k down looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter! I was greeted by a Salesman name Amanda that told me to hang tight while she grab the keys to the vehicle I was interested in! About 15 minutes go by and she never show back up and left me and my daughter standing outside in the cold waiting for her! We go inside and ask her for the keys and she says I m sorry I have another customer and asked me to look around till she was done! When I told her I wanted a Manager she stated she was the manager and that I would have to wait my turn! There was only one customer in the building! This place needs to get rid of this Lady or train their staff about customer service! With that being said we went to Orr and purchased a Vehicle 20 minutes later with our $5k down! Amanda please do better if you wanna grow in the Sales Business!

Mary, my salesperson, was so helpful to me while finding my new car. Laidback, transparent and knowledgeable with all the paperwork included with finding car, I couldn t ask for anyone better. In fact, this statement goes for the sales team as a whole. Car World, in Searcy, is a fine car lot!

Had and incredible experience today at car world. We went to the one in searcy to look at a certain vehicle. Jason came out with in a few minutes of us looking on the lot and told us to take it for a drive. I liked it but wasn t in love with it. I had my heart set on a Camry that was at the Sherwood location. We told Jason we were going to go look at that one and let him know. He offered to have it brought up to his location for us. We decided to drive a similar one that was at the Searcy location to make sure I liked the over all feel of it. When we got back to the dealership he informed us that particular vehicle was no longer at the location. The CFO David happened to be at the searcy store today and Jason said he was in a demo that was a Camry with the package we were looking for. So we decided to drive that. We decided to buy that one. Both Jason and David were very helpful. David was incredibly down to earth and sat with us as well off and on while Jason was finishing our paperwork not to mention had to clean out his personal items from the vehicle he had been driving for a couple of weeks! I have bought over 10 vehicles in my lifetime. And have never had a salesperson (Jason) be as easy to talk to! Everyone knows what a pain it is to sit a a dealership for the time it takes to do everything. Then add the Tornados going on all over Arkansas. I was on edge. Jason kept talking to us and joking telling us about his kids. It made the time fly by! He really is a genuine person! We were ready to walk off of the lot 2 hours earlier and jason went above and beyond to put us in something we were looking for and we never felt pushed into it. I was completely dreading car shopping . My husband and I lost everything in a fire in July 2022. Almost a year later and our insurance hasn t paid a cent. And we are still fighting them. Which has essentially financially devastated us. We went from a 740 credit score down to low 500 s. I seriously could not believe how easy the process was today and how both men assured us that was what car world was in business to do! To help people by putting them in a nice car at an affordable price when they were in need. Without capitalizing on their pain. Thank you both so much! We look forward to seeing y all again!
