Great company. As long as you make your payments they are willing to work with you if you have car problems. Chris the gm is very understanding and will help as much as he can. Crystal is also super friendly and a great person to work with. Just make your payments and do what you re supposed to and you won t have any issues with them. I have a Chrysler 300 and absolutely love it

You people don't care about customers or anyone.Your full of greed, we all know that 90%of those vehicles are from auctions. You charge people arm and leg for them,and for older cars.One week late ,and was called and told it would be late,My granddaughter just had a baby,at store,and you were gonna repo her car with her baby in it,you all are low life scums.

I have never been to car-mart but I wanted to boast about a very ethical and kind woman who I met who came to my home for my son's car. Liz is a very nice person who I thought was so ethical and kind that I needed to post a review about her.

The staff at carmart are wonderful. They all are always willing to help you out too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle even if you don't have credit or little credit they will get you in a ride!!! Christy is the best SENIOR account rep car Mart has had in the past 3 years. She's friendly,understanding , and always willing to help you out if you fall behind on payments.

I have bought several vehicles from Searcy Car-Mart. The sales people are always very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a problem, they are there to help me. I could ask to have better service! I will never go anywhere else to buy my vehicles!

Honestly, I've never had a problem with Car Mart. At one point, my whole heating burst and was making my car run hot. A shop quoted me, and Car Mart had it fixed for cheaper. They didn't charge me outright, but instead let me make payments until it was paid off. I recently traded in that car and Chris Martin took complete care of me and everything I needed for my new ride. I don't like car lots, salesmen, or the process, but I completely trust Chris and he has my business until one of us isn't here anymore, plus getting a huge hug after signing a whole tree's worth of paper was a cherry on top. I couldn't be happier with how all of this has turned out or the customer service Chris continues to give and hire.

Chris Martin,GM worked with me when I was being so picky about the vehicle I wanted. He was super busy and yet he still took the time to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I have bought vehicle from dealerships all over Arkansas. This was literally the best experience.

Very poor shady practices of not listing the prices online, and not putting the milage or other important info on the window sticker. Prices are all extremely high considering the current market, and the 16.5% apr they are asking on the sticker price is almost criminal. I personally would steer clear of this place in favor of other options.
