Justin has been awesome, there were some issues with the car I bought from them, but Justin has been nothing but helpful in getting most of those problems taken care of.I'll be recommending friends up to him when they've got something intriguing on their lot again.Good price for the car, extended warranty through the financial company, and a salesman that it feels like really wants me to walk away from our transaction completely satisfied.

I was in a difficult spot but Justin helped me get into a vehicle. I was so frustrated getting the run around at other places. Never felt like anybody actually wanted to help. Now I have a decent vehicle to build my credit.

We contacted him about a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and we drove all the way to Searcy yesterday and came home with it. Very nice and was very friendly! We love our new ride thanks to Arcarspro in Searcy!!! Y'all go see Justin he will get u set up in a new ride of ur liking!

so on July 20th of this year we purchased a 2008 dodge avenger from here.we drove down from little rock to look at what they had available.Upon arrival the guy we talked to told us multiple times his mechanic told him it was mechanically sound.we looked at the car for a while we already knew it had cosmetic issues but no big deal there.however he said it would take us where ever we wanted to go no problems.he also told us he let someone drive the car before for a few days with no issues.we live in little rock we barely made it home.we had to call our mechanic and have it towed to the shop that same Friday we bought the car.the following Monday we were informed by phone by our mechanic that he was surprised we made it to LR given the multiple issues with the vehicle.which were not disclosed to us at all before we purchased or at time of purchase.our mechanic told us that there is no way their mechanic didn't notice the jerry rigged electrical or that everything was wired directly to the fuse boxwhich is why the car radiator would stop and the car would over heat.the mechanic told us he could not work on the car anymore due to the jerry rigging and other issuesonce we got home i called ACP and asked if they would come get the car and give us back our moneybecause i felt we had been deceived about the true condition of the vehicle at the time of purchase.however we were told no can do because we bought it as is without warranty.had all the issues with the vehicle been disclosed to us before purchase we would not have bought the vehicle.we simply would have said no thanks and done our best to repair as much of our original vehicle as possibleits entirely possible his mechanic did not inform him of the vehicles true condition.But i highly doubt that is the case.im fully aware that buying a car as is without a warranty has its pro's/con's howeverto willfully look someone in the eye, shake their hand, take their money and lie to their face is absolutely disgusting to memy wife made a review pretty quickly after this all went down because she was very upset, however her review is no longer able to be seen for some reason and i know she did not take it down because she can still see the review on her endnow fortunately family reached out recently and helped us get our original car mostly fixed..it was roughly the same price we paid for the 08 Avenger.im still angry about this whole situation as because in my mind we bought a useless giant paperweight.this was just my experience with this place you may have better luck than i do but i would say check out everything before buying a vehicle from any used car lot...this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth

After getting run around and hidden charges from the big car lots, we came here. Had a good selection and great prices. The process was easy and straight forward. No run around, everything explained and great service. If in the market for a good used car at great prices, I would recommend this place.

I recently purchased a Chrysler Crossfire from these guys. Thought I was getting a good deal because they were able to deliver the car to me. At first glace, everything seemed to be fine.. Nothing wrong with engine or transmission at least. The car drives great.However, after riding it for a few days, I began to notice different problems with the vehicle. The tire pressure sensors need replaced, hydraulic hood doesn't stay up, mirrors don't adjust, passenger window doesn't roll all the way down and the brakes are near their life's end. I even had to replace the battery.When I called the dealership, they offered me $200 or a 6 month power-train warranty that doesn't even cover the repairs that I need. I'm a college student tight on cash & depend heavily on this vehicle. Their only advice to me was "good luck".I wouldn't suggest doing business here unless you're prepared to do a thorough vehicle inspection first.

Found the perfect truck from them. Made offer with Trade-in, got a few counter offers one of which was really surprising, made and agreed on a deal, and left with a fully paid off truck from the lot. Thank you Justin, very good experience and very professional.Had called before talking with Justin. The other employee dismissed initial offer and blew it off, didn't even try to come up with a few ideas that might seal a deal and sell a vehicle. That gentleman wasn't too professional after initial offer and trade-in, didn't even come up with a way to get the deal to go through. Just because someone doesn't offer a full price and throws out a down payment, with a set maximum they plan to go for, doesn't mean they don't have the money, it just means they want to negotiate most times. Too many assume how a buyer wants to purchase something.If you want a professional that works with you to find the best deal, talk to Justin. He thinks outside the box. Thank you Justin, The truck was perfect.

I highly Mike Tanner at AR Car Pros in Cabot. He went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect truck for my business. His knowledge of the local used car market was impressive and although the truck I purchased wasn't in stock on his car lot, he found it, inspected and detailed it. Then had it delivered to me with a full tank of gas! He informed me that's all the minor maintenance issues have been fixed and I opted to purchase the extended warranty for that added peace of mind. So again if your in the market for a used car give these guys a call and have them do all the leg work to find you the perfect vehicle.Thanks again Mike!

I m a first time buyer with no credit history.. I was a bit wary due to having an awful experience at McLarty Nissan, but David was excellent! I felt extremely comfortable with my purchase, I didn t feel pressured or put off. He made sure I was making the right decision with me not having any prior credit. I m so fortunate to have him. extremely friendly staff. they will actually spend the time to get to know you before talking business and you wont get any "fluff" here. straight up and honest folks. i actually went out to look at a truck next door but arcarpros was the only dealer open. guess who got my business. they busted their tails for me and i ended up driving off the lot with a beautiful 2011 truck at an amazing price. thanks again guys...and gal for lifting the stress burden off my shoulders!

I purchased a truck from them in 2019 and still can't get the title. I cannot get my tags now and they will not return my messages. I have been lied to every since I purchased this truck. They told me it had never been wrecked, I took to a mechanic last year and he said it had been wrecked pretty bad. Will update this post as I seek to resolve this issue.

Well I learned about arcarpros on line I talked to them about the Ford f250 super duty and it had 79000 miles it was the best deal form north Dakota to Arkansas I got it for 15000 and I say it worth about 20000. Not only was it a good deal but they took care of me when the tire blew out after I had purchased it from them it even blew out the light but the replaced it the next day at no cost to me thier good people and will take care of you there! The people there are nice and understanding but the car I bought there is horrible. First day of buying dodge nitro and taking it back home to another county, my car passenger side was Smokey and something near the tire broke but however, they did fix it because they didn t want me to use my warranty because they didn t want the asc warranty people think they were running a bad business therefore, we couldn t drive it for a week. The person who sold us the car said that the warranty deluxe should cover the major problems. 4 months after having the car, there s an oil leak somewhere, tapping noise,passenger side window doesn t work, emergency brakes don t work, car died out while driving, and etc.The warranty doesn t cover any major problems that really needs to be fix for my safety when it s being driven on the road,the only thing that the warranty can fix is the window. Make sure y all check your car before taking it off the lot. And btw the car is only driven to work which is 5 mins away from home. Now I m pretty much pay $7000 on a bad car, that can cause a bad accident when driving.
