After calling Wilcox RV Repair at 10:30 am on April 21 they never showed up. I called again and they said they would come in the morning. On April 22 they never showed up, so I called again and complained. The owner stated he was not going to come because I called to much. Do not use Wilcox RV Repair as they will not show up. After awhile they showed up even though they had cancelled, and was agressive wanting to start a fight. I told them to leave or I call the police. They told me I should go back to Florida as they noticed my license plate. I was born and raised here in Arkansas, and just moved back for retirement and my 50th High School reunion. Im a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran of the Vietnam Era. This is how Wilcox RC Repair treats Veterans! The enclosed photos are of him leaving and my Florida plates he mentioned I should go back to Florida.

Keystone gave me Mark's number to call for repair on my AC. Mark walked me thru a quick fix that some other dealer would have charged me an arm and leg for. AC I s working fine now. Thank you Mark for your quick response and help with this issue. Would definitely recommend Mark.

We purchased a brand new RV from Nice Campers. Upon bringing the camper home we realized that the main AC unit wasn't cooling as it should have been. Nice Campers uses Wilcox RV Repair as their maintenance service. We called them. They came out on a Saturday to pull readings. After that moment. Their customer service went out the window. Completely. My biggest complaint, is their communication. Not one time... Not once, did Wilcox reach out to me, to give me updates as to what was going on. Weeks past (in a time of well over a month). We still didn't hear a thing. We had to call them, to get updates. When we did, we got bull excuses as to why nothing was being done. Even when asking to purchase and pay full price for a brand new AC unit (and service call). We received nothing. They told us they will look for a unit and call us in the morning and that was a week ago. I would leave a 0 star review but Google forces me to put at least one star. This is hands down the worst customer service, I've ever had.All it would have taken was simple communication as to what was going on. Even if it wasn't able to be replaced under warranty. I would have happily purchased a new one, and I did. With another company.

Great experience with Wilcox rv repair. It s family owned and ran. They take their work personal and are very attentive to details. Very respectful. They are busy as all repair shops are but worth the small wait. Very satisfied customer. Thank you for squeezing me in on short notice.

We were on our way back to AZ, and had some electrical issues. I would just like to give Mark and Brandon a 5 star review. I really don t know what we would have done without them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Came same day, and came back several times until the problems where resolved! Reasonably priced. Thank you agin!

I have been a full time RV er for 10 years and have dealt with several RV Service Centers throughout the US. Wilcox RV is by far the best I have ever experienced. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. I had electrical problems three service centers could not fix but still charged me hundreds of dollars. Wilcox not only fixed the problem but did it for half of what others had charged. I give Wilcox a A++ rating.

Top notch company. I have taken my Winnebago View in on two different occasions. Once with a laundry list of small repairs that was needed and the second time to replace the roof a/c. Both times was very pleased with the service. They are very courteous and accommodating.Highly recommended.

I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. Traveling through on our way west, we stopped in Ozark, AR & discovered an LP line leak. We called many RV companies, but Wilcox responded quickly & Brayden came out the next day. He fixed our issues, as well as being very friendly & informative. Rhonda was amazing at helping us get paperwork together for our warranty as well. This company gets 2 thumbs up & 5 stars all around!

They could not help us but connected us with someone who could. We appreciate their willingness to help even tho they made no profit from it.
