We took our APU to another company on two different occasions and they could not diagnose the issue. We took it to Thermo King in Russellville and Mitchell diagnosed the issue and had it working great! I ll only use these guys for any future problems. They re great at what they do. Called the day before I showed up to ask if they would be able to get me in 1st thing in the morning. Was told it's 1st come 1st serve but wasvasked what issues I was having so when I showed up in the morning I didn't even have to tell the mechanic anything. He had it up and running within the hour so I'm very happy with the service and my APU is running better than when I first got in the truck a month ago. Everyone is polite and friendly. If you need your APU repaired I highly recommend you come here!

Had to get the radiator replaced on the APU. They got me in pretty quick and didn't take long to do the work. They were friendly and professional. The only reason why I am only giving 3 stars is because they didn't replace the hose clamps and the very evening of having work completed around noon, the antifreeze had leaked out again. Therefore, I had to cut the APU coolant valves off and was unable to use it or the sleeper birth A/C or heater until it was repaired again.

My apu broke down and I stopped in and they were able to fit me in, my service dog and I are appreciative as our truck does not idol and trying to sleep in a hot truck is very uncomfortable. Great people and great work.

My Reefer was not cooling down to set temperature, so I was passing and saw the sign Thermo king, I stopped and called them, and they say come in. In less than an hour, my Reefer was fixed, and I was back on the road again. Good place to be.

Stopped in with reefer issues. I gave my company an ETA being that it was after hours on a Sunday. On duty tech showed up as I was pulling into the lot. Had me fixed within 45 minutes. Excellent work. Thank you for coming out after hours.

They did everything they could to at least get my APU back up and running again which it is and for the first week after they worked on it everything was fine. But then it started acting up like it did before I took it into them and it finally quit and they definitely want me to come back in so they can figure out exactly what's going on

I'm giving them one star only because I can not give them less. very Poor customer service, inaccurate estimate, they didn't have the A/C lines we needed in stock. They charge me double for everything, parts were doubled, the labor was double the hours and they even charged me 2 lbs of refrigerant and the APU takes only 1.2 lbs . When I brought that to the service manager he found it funny and said that I can not have my truck back unless I pay what he saysA friendly advise, if you are not desperate for service just get any other TK dealer!

Super nice lady working the office here ,,I was needing part , she took my order and payment over the phone ,,then it was after hours when I needed to pickup, so she left it outside for me. This kind of service is priceless for an owner operator who runs a tight schedule AAA++++

Had a Check Fuel Pump Circuit code on a Thermo King reefer, they diagnosed it and replaced the bad pump in less than an hour. They kept us informed during the repair and had us back on the road in no time. This is the kind of shop you want to find when having trouble on the road. Thanks guys!!!
