This shop does great work and they are honest. They care about fixing your car for the best price for you. They went through a very difficult troubleshooting situation with my Chevy truck and were thoughtful and honest at every step, even having me down there to the shop to show me what they saw on the lift. Highly recommended!

I took my car to two other shops before going here and they are now my go to place! Very reasonably priced, fast work, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very honest mechanics.I took my 04 Silverado with a starting issue and a really loud squealing/knocking sound coming from under the truck. Other two shops tried to upsell me a new engine immediately.The noise somehow resolved itself after I dropped it off and they fixed the starting issue. They could have easily charged me for fixing the other problem but they were up front about it all.Highly recommended!

Brought my 2014 Silverado in for a leak in the front differential. They had pointed out I had several more leaks and gave me an estimate the prices were more than reasonable and the work they did was excellent. They were very open and clear about what they were doing and the prices. They were also very quick and I had my truck back in no time, I can t believe I haven t used them sooner. Will be coming back for sure.

South Cone Garage did an excellent job working on my vehicle. The cost was very reasonable even cheaper than other places I had gotten a quote from. They did transmission work, radiator work, and brakes, then repaired the passenger side front window. The work was done in a very timely manner, and they kept in contact with me on what was going on. I am very happy with knowing my not very safe car is now safe for kids and grandkids to be in. They will be my goto mechanic shop from this point on.

I called Humberto the day before and explained it was hard for me to get in because I m in school from 7:30-5:30 everyday and he offered to pick it up, do a diagnostics, fix it and drop it back off to me before I got out. It was very fast and Humberto did a great job! The cost was very fair and with how helpful he was I couldn t recommend it more.

What a gem for the River Valley! These guys are awesome. Knowledgeable, professional, affordable. I have 2013 Audi and have been told by multiple people that I would be hard pressed to find anyone in this area with the knowledge needed to service or work on my car. They had the confidence needed to not only service it but to give me insight into future maintenance. Extremely helpful and professional. Kept me updated with progress and also showed pictures of the items that needed replacement. Prices are fair. Honest, quality work at a fair price and open to communication.I went back to South Cone Garage for a rear main seal that was leaky. This job was very labor intensive. However, they were up to the task and like always they kept imformed, did the repairs on a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the job. I cannot recomend them enough. Honest! Hard to find a good mechanic anymore. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a shop. The guys that work here are super friendly and do good, honest work at a very competitive price. Great communication. Highly, highly recommend South Cone Garage.

Humberto and David take the safety of their customers very seriously. I took my daughter's vehicle in to have the wheel bearings changed and found out there was a bit more to it. When I told them to fix whatever needed fixing so that she was safe, they explained what was immediately necessary versus what could wait a bit. I was happy to have them take care of everything immediately. Service was prompt, lots of communication with detailed pricing for parts/labor. There are some shops who would just do the requested work and nothing more, but these two guys went above and beyond to make sure a teenagers first car was safe and well maintained. I would recommend them to anyone at all. If you are looking for honest mechanics who pride themselves on excellent work and fair pricing, these two are your guys. Great place to take your vehicle for your auto repair needs. Humberto and David do outstanding work and are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have about your vehicle. Very prompt at working on your vehicle and fixing it. Very reasonably priced. The best in the area. They will help any way they can to help save you some money. Honest guys who will do you right on your vehicle. Highly recommend South cone Garage. I will use them again for any auto repair needs.

The South Cone Garage customer services was outstanding, they worked on my Fj Toyota. I'm so happy with the service I received from these guys. These guys are wonderful!! The man I spoke with first was Humberto and his partner is so nice as well. I have been to a few different shops and individual mechanics and have had my car further messed up in the process. As a woman it is hard to find someone who will not price gouge you or take advantage of you because you do not know anything about cars. These guys explained everything in detail to me and would always check with me before doing anything on my car and always gave me the best price. Better than anywhere I ve experienced in Russellville or Dardanelle. They also work with you if you have work and still need your car fixed and it s such an amazing convenience! They will pick you up or bring your car to you. They are wonderful guys and I highly recommend. My car is used and runs better now than when I bought it thanks to these guys. They will be who I use til the wheels off!

Humberto and David at South Cone are my new go to for anything car related. They go above and beyond when diagnosing and fixing issues, not only correctly fixing whatever problems I came to them with but also finding issues that would have left me on the side of the road later. They have worked on my daughters Mini Cooper and VW New Beetle (excellent knowledge of German made cars) and my grandmother s American made car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair. They are great on price and superb on mechanic knowledge and customer service. Super fast too!

I finally found mechanics I can trust. These guys were great, they kept me informed of the progress of the repairs the whole time they had my vehicle. I'm going to bring my other vehicle in for an inspection now because I know it won't be long before they will have to put me on a waiting list.

Very good experience with this guys that work here and the shop altogether! They called me multiple times while working on it to keep me updated. They were willing to help where ever needed to make sure I was happy. The prices were the best out of 4 people that i got qoutes from. Will be using them again if need be in the future! This mechanics did a great job changing the alternator at my Honda Odyssey they did it in less than 2 hrs the job was great and I'm happy with the work they did, the price was fair and the service excellent 100% recommended and I'll keep bringing my car to them next time I need a mechanic
